Abstract

Every educational activity requires the implementation of steps or strategies to achieve goals and expectations effectively and efficiently for every organization, department, madrasah and so on. As explained by Ahmad Sutarmadi that the greatest strength that can bring progress in human life is the enormous desires and hopes that people live and have. It can be explained that, nothing can hinder the huge tide of ideologies that live in society, where that ideology is a vision and mission. With the right vision and mission, an organization (educational institution) can move forward towards the future and can develop, and process. This gives the meaning that how important the vision and mission are in an arrangement in the organization (educational institution). This article discusses the phenomenon that occurs regarding problems that develop related to the arrangement of Islamic education or the concept of Islamic education at SMP Negeri 1 Kotapinang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi rendahnya minat dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) di beberapa sekolah dasar, terutama di UPT SDN Plosorejo 01, UPT SDN Kanigoro 04, UPT SP SDN Karangtengah 01, dan UPT SDN Srengat 01. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa 75% guru menggunakan buku LKS sebagai media pengajaran, sedangkan penggunaan media digital terbatas akibat kurangnya fasilitas. Metode ceramah yang dominan membuat 77% siswa merasa tidak menikmati pembelajaran PKn, dengan 84% cepat merasa bosan dan 71% kesulitan memahami materi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket, dan tes, serta dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji-t. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Flip chart Pancasila efektif meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa, dengan rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen mencapai 86,89, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol yang hanya 78,44. Selain itu, skor minat belajar siswa meningkat dari 67,10 menjadi 87,10 setelah intervensi.
