Abstract

PTS ini membahas supervisi akademik pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SD di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kajiannya dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya jumlah semua guru sekolah dasar yang mengajar pada kecamatan Kampar Kiri yaitu 123 orang, dan jumlah guru PAI saat ini adalah 52 guru yang meliputi guru mata pelajaran fiqih, akidah ahlak, sejarah kebudayaan Islam (SKI), dan Al-Qur‟an hadits, sedangkan jumlah pengawas yang ada di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri saat ini adalah 1 pengawas. Jumlah madrasah ibtidaiyah baik negeri maupun swasta ada 13 sekolah. Studi ini dimaksud untuk menjawab permasalahan: (1) Bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi supervisi akademik pengawas dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru?, (2). Bagaimana faktor-faktor penghambat pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru?, (3) Bagaimana Supervisi Akademik Pengawas?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi supervisi akademik; a) Perencanaaan supervisi akademik Pengawas sekolah dari aspek perencanaan program tahunan yang disusun oleh Pokjawas di Kabupaten/Kota melalui diskusi terprogram; program semester, yang dilakukan oleh setiap pengawas sekolah dimasing-masing sekolah binaan; rencana kepengawasan akademik yang dilakukan oleh pengawas sekolah. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang belum tercapai diantaranya: jadwal pelaksanaan supervisi akademik bersifat kondisional dan terkadang juga bersifat mendadak yaitu menyesuaikan kegiatan Pengawas sekolah dan pihak sekolah binaan, sehingga persiapan GPAI kurang maksimal; b) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik Pengawas sekolah dilaksanakan 3 kali kunjungan pada sekolah binaan. Supervisi akademik dari pengawas dilaksanakan dengan instrumen supervisi kelas yang dilakukan dengan observasi secara langsung di kelas. Hampir secara keseluruhan program di RKA sudah terealisasi semua di lapangan. Namun dalam melaksanakan pembinaan kompetensi pedagogik, ada beberapa indikator yang belum terealisasikan, dikarenakan menurut pengawas sekolah GPAI dirasa sudah menguasai; c) Evaluasi dan tindak lanjut program supervisi akademik dilaksanakan setelah observasi proses pembelajaran di kelas ataupun melalui kegiatan KKG PAI. Dari sini sudah teridentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi guru rumpun mapel PAI, dan juga dengan mengadakan workshop, pelatihan ataupun diklat bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Agama Kab. Kampar . 2) Hambatan yang dialami pengawas dalam supervisi akademik adalah kurangnya tenaga pengawas PAI, banyaknya guru yang harus dibina dan kurangnya intensitas supervisi akademik terhadap guru. Sedangkan solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Saran dari kendala tersebut adalah rekrutmen pengawas baru, peningkatan intensitas supervisi kunjungan kelas dan peningkatan program pembinaan supervisi pengawas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi informasi, masukan bagi pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru rumpun mapel PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik agar mutu pendidikan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Children at MIS Muhammadiyah Bontolangkasa are in an important stage of development and therefore need stimulation for creativity and independence. Conventional learning methods that emphasize memorization are considered less effective in developing their potential. This PKM program aims to enhance creativity, independence, and fine motor skills through learning by playing, especially with a bracelet-making workshop. Activities include introducing basic tajwid, waqaf practice, educational games, and bracelet making as a learning medium. Methods used include colored verse cards, board games, animated videos, pocket books, and evaluation through observation and direct practice. The results show increased active participation, creativity, independence, and students’ understanding of tajwid. Teachers and parents gave positive feedback, considering this method effective in fostering enthusiasm for learning and building children’s character. The bracelet workshop also trains fine motor skills, self-confidence, problem solving, and teamwork.

Abstract

The selection of Head of Study Program (Head of Study Program) in Higher Education is often still done subjectively through personal recommendations, without measurable assessment instruments and transparent evaluation reports. This study aims to design a decision support system based on Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to improve the objectivity and accountability of the Head of Study Program selection process. The research data consists of 10 candidates for permanent lecturers in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in 2025 with five assessment criteria: length of service (C1), functional position (C2), education (C3), performance (C4), and achievement (C5). The analysis process was carried out by converting the data into fuzzy numbers, normalizing according to attribute types, and calculating preference values ​​using the SAW method. The results showed that the top three candidates were Harianja, S.Pd., M.Kom and Elgamar, S.Kom., M.Kom with the highest V value of 2.75, followed by Febri Haswan, S.Kom., M.Kom with a value of 2.50. The main contribution of this research is to provide a Head of Study Program selection model that is consistent with other MADM methods (TOPSIS and VIKOR), in accordance with historical selection patterns, and is able to increase transparency, objectivity, and accountability through measurable evaluation reports that can be used as a basis for the SOP for selecting Heads of Study Programs.

Abstract

Introduction: Mu'amalah is the activity of interaction between individuals and their surrounding environment. In Islam, this teaching promotes cooperation in everyday life. In the era of globalization, Islamic financial institutions such as Pegadaian Syariah are becoming increasingly vital, offering trust products with strict adherence to Sharia principles. This evaluation becomes a crucial key to measuring product performance and customer satisfaction, supporting the sustainable growth of Islamic financial institutions. Purpose: This research aims to evaluate the benefits provided by Amanah Products at Pegadaian Syariah Central Makassar Branch and measure the level of customer satisfaction with the product. Methodology: The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Findings: The findings of this research reveal that Amanah Products at Pegadaian Syariah offer easy, structured, and inclusive requirements and procedures, facilitating various groups of individuals such as civil servants, employees, and micro-entrepreneurs to obtain vehicle financing without difficulties. The transparent application process also assists customers in meeting their vehicle needs. Customer satisfaction is very high due to the friendly, professional quality of service and structured procedures meeting customer expectations. Customer loyalty is reflected in their intention to continue using Amanah Products. Pegadaian Syariah Central Makassar Branch demonstrates a high level of professionalism, providing equal treatment to all customers, creating an inclusive atmosphere, and facilitating understanding of structured work processes. The quality of service and professionalism build a strong relationship between Pegadaian Syariah and its customers, enhancing long-term trust and loyalty.
