Abstract

The government as a public service provider is needed by the community, which must be responsible and continue to strive to provide the best service in order to improve public services. Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services is a reference for all public service agencies in providing quality services. Quality public services provided by the government to the community have a very important role in determining the success and sustainable satisfaction of the community. Community satisfaction is a measure of the success of public services provided by public service providers. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) service by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hulu Regency and to analyze or identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP) service by the Department of Population and Civil Registration Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study uses the Pasuraman theory (Makmur & Thoha, 2017) which consists of: Tangible (direct evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (guarantee), and Empathy (attention). The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service of Electronic Identity Cards (e-KTP) by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hulu Regency from the aspects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy has not been implemented properly. In addition, employees who work at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Indragiri Hulu Regency have not been able to provide services in accordance with the expectations and desires of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the role of principal supervision in motivating the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Tebo teachers in Jambi Province. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, as well as data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research is being conducted at MAN 2 Tebo in Jambi Province. The subjects of the study included the madrasah principal, deputy head, teaching staff, education staff, and students. The findings revealed that implementing principal supervision in stages, such as planning, implementation, and evaluation (reflection and self-assessment), had a positive impact on the motivation and performance of MAN teachers in Jambi Province. The research recommends that the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia improve and even out its mapping in implementing the Education and Training program to improve the supervisory competence of madrasah principals at the Madrasah Aliyah level, so that improving the quality of education is evenly distributed throughout Madrasah in Indonesia.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) diartikan sebagai suatu usaha yang dimiliki oleh perorangan atau kelompok tertentu dalam mewujudkan struktur perekonomian nasional yang seimbang,berkembang dan berkeadilan. Dalam meningkatkan UMKM di Kecamatan Bintan Timur, perlu adanya kemitraan antara Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan dengan para pelaku UMKM. Kemitraan adalah suatu ketertarikan usaha yang dilakukan secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung yang saling memperkuat dan menguntungkan para pelaku UMKM. Pola kemitraan merupakan suatu bentuk pelaksanaan kerja sama yang dilakukan untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan dengan saling memberikan manfaat antar pihak, ataupun saling menguntungkan satu sama lain. Untuk meningkatkan UMKM di Kecamatan Bintan Timur, para pelaku usaha tidak hanya diberikan pengetahuan dalam upaya pengembangan usaha, tetapi juga perlu membangun kemitraan antara para pelaku usaha UMKM dengan Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan (Diskoperindag).
