Abstract

Masa balita merupakan pertumbuhan dasar yang akan mempengaruhi dan menentukan perkembangan anak selanjutnya. Pada usia ini otak anak akan dikenal dengan istilah masa emas. Golden Age merupakan masa yang sangat penting untuk kita memperhatikan tumbuh kembang anak secara cermat agar sedini mungkin dapat terdeteksi apabila terjadi kelainan atau gangguan. screening yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah perkembangan anak normal atau tidak adalah menggunakan Denver. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini Untuk mengidentifikasi masalah tumbuh kembang anak. Metode yang digunakan yakni skrining tumbuh kembang anak menggunakan Denver, hasil skrining didapatkan semua anak yang dilakukan skrining sesuai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan usianya. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini sangat direspon baik oleh pihak sekolah dan diharapkan skring ini dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan.

Abstract

The use of contraceptives can reduce 32% of maternal mortality rates and 10% of child mortality rates in the world. This study aims to determine the influence of factors that influence the use of MKJP in the work area of the Suwawa Tengah Health Care. This study uses an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample used was a total sampling method of 28 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet and data analysis using chi-square test analysis with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05). The age factor obtained a p value = 0.029 and statistical tests through a 95% IK value of 10.7. The parity factor obtained a p value = 0.046, OR = 7.125. The education factor obtained a p value = 0.046 OR = 8.000. The work factor obtained a p value = 0.078, OR = 8. The knowledge factor obtained a p value = 0.008, OR = 15.00. Husband support factor obtained p value = 0.023, OR = 8.000 and health worker support obtained p value = 0.023, OR = 8.00. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between age, parity, education, knowledge, husband support and health worker support with the use of MKJP. There is no relationship between work and the use of MKJP at the Suwawa Tengah Primary Health Care.

Abstract

Pelvic rocking is an exercise that moves the pelvis or swings and shakes it forward and backward; the right side, left, and circular will feel more relaxed and facilitate the opening of the birth canal during labor. This study aimed to determine the effect of Pelvic Rocking modification on the progress of first-stage labor at Siti Khadijah Gorontalo City. Pelvic rocking modification is expected to provide better results in labor progress in the first stage. This study was conducted at the Sitti Khadijah Mother and Child Hospital, Gorontalo City. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a post-test-only control group design. All primigravida inpartu mothers were in the study population with a sample size 50. The results showed that the p-value of 0.036 < α (0.05) there was an effect of Pelvic Rocking modification on the progress of labor in the first phase of the active phase in mothers who were given pelvic rocking modification and those who were not given pelvic rocking.
