Abstract

Architects in Indonesia (senior architects and freelance architects) still find it difficult to sell architectural design products. Especially for architects who are outside the island of Java. So we need a website-based e-commerce application specifically for selling architectural product designs for the media for architects and prospective buyers to make buying and selling interactions that are more efficient and effective. This article discusses the software requirements specification for a website-based Rafsya architecture e-commerce application. The purpose of this article is to design an application that can make it easier for prospective customers to choose a house design, make it easier for prospective buyers to find architect services, and provide job vacancies as well as architect promotion media. The research methods used are interviews, surveys, and literature studies. The results of this research are requirements specification, physical data model, application design. Abstract

This article discusses the development of a website-based Rafsya architecture e-commerce application, starting from the creation of software requirements specifications to the implementation and testing stages. The purpose of this article is to design an application that can make it easier for prospective customers to choose a house design, make it easier for prospective buyers to find architectural product designs, and provide job vacancies as well as architect promotion media. The data collection methods used are interviews, surveys, and literature studies. Meanwhile, the application development method uses the Agile method. The result of this research is a website-based Rafsya e-commerce architecture application which is designed according to the software requirements specification. Abstract

Penetapan aturan social distancing berikut penutupan sekolah dan tempat hiburan anak selama penyebaran wabah COVID-19 menimbulkan kesulitan bagi anak untuk berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Keterbatasan akses ini menimbulkan kekhawatiran yang tinggi pada orangtua dengan anak yang memiliki diagnosa autisme karena kemampuan sosial anak ASD dapat menurun apabila tidak diberikan jumlah stimulasi sosial yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di beberapa negara maju, virtual reality (VR) dilihat sebagai sebuah platform yang efisien, aman dan menarik bagi anak-anak dengan gangguan spektrum autisme untuk dapat melatih keterampilan sosialnya secara online. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, Universitas Pertamina bekerjasama dengan Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Padjadjaran untuk membangun aktivitas berbasis VR yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial pada anak dengan diagnosa autisme. Aktivitas akan dirancang dalam bentuk permainan interaktif yang dapat menstimulasi kemampuan interaksi anak, seperti kemampuan untuk berempati, memusatkan atensi visual dan auditori ke lawan bicara, mengikuti instruksi verbal, mematuhi aturan dan menyelesaikan konflik sosial. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di kemudian hari dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu di dalam kegiatan terapi sosial oleh para profesional, seperti psikolog dan terapis yang bekerja dengan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, orangtua dari anak autis juga dapat memanfaatkan alat ini untuk menstimulasi kemampuan anaknya di rumah.

Abstract

Today's development of information technology makes the competition for software products increasingly tight. Developers should release immediately and gain the trust of users. One crucial strategy that needs to be done is improving the software's quality. The application of software engineering principles in every development process is how to deliver quality software. The SOLID principles are the standard for developers to build well-designed software. Using this principle will make the software easier to understand, more flexible, easy to maintain, and testable. Implementation of the SOLID Principles can be started from the design of the class diagram. In this research, a software development called SOLID-Calculator was carried out to speed up measuring the quality of class diagrams. When developers can quickly find out the level of design quality, the faster errors can be detected and corrected. It is believed that the product will soon enter the market share and even excel in user ratings.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi multimedia terus berkembang, salah satunya adalah teknologi format video 360° yang menangkap seluruh sudut pandang pada video. Konsep 360° dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media promosi atau virtual tour, terutama di era pandemic Covid-19. Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pertamina memanfaatkan konsep video 360° untuk mempromosikan dan memberikan informasi kepada khalayak ramai mengenai prodinya. Proses pembuatan video 360° mirip dengan video konvensional dengan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). Namun diperlukan penyesuain karena fitur lensa kamera 360° yang berbeda dengan lensa kamera biasa. video 360° yang dihasilkan mendapatkan respon yang cukup baik, walaupun masih diperlukan perbaikan pada beberapa bagian.

Abstract

Café Sudut Temu by Toastea, located in Cirahayu Tegalega Street, Central Bogor, was established in 2015. The manual booking system in place at Café Sudut Temu is currently inefficient and vulnerable to error, resulting in lengthy waiting times, order errors, and challenges in inventory management. Therefore, this research is planning to build a QR code-based food ordering system through a website. The ordering system in this study was developed using the Waterfall methodology and the application was designed using the Laravel PHP framework. The design phase begins with the collection of requirements, the creation of design, the implementation or development of the system and ends with testing. This research results in a system that simplifies the ordering process, reduces errors, and improves operational efficiency.In addition, the responsive design with a mobile-friendly interface allows customers to order directly without having to wait for the help of the server. The system is expected to increase customer satisfaction and contribute to coffee growth amid increasing competition in the industry. The results of this research are a website-based application for ordering food and beverages using a QR Code on Café Sudut Temu.

Abstract

In this study, the main problem encountered is the calculation to determine the actual operating costs in knowing the profit or deficit experienced by Bank Sampah Eswka is still not available. The ABC method is used to identify costs based on transportation operational activities for waste collection from Bank Sampah Unit (BSU) towards Bank Sampah Induk (BSI). The results showed significant efficiency in the calculation of operational costs with a difference in internal costs with a contract value in the range of IDR 993 to IDR 8,220. Thus, the use of the ABC method helps Bank Sampah Eswka to recognize the achievement of a high level of operational efficiency, which allows them to manage waste distribution and processing at a lower cost compared to contractors. This shows that the existing internal system is effective and efficient.

Abstract

Background: Pertumbuhan usaha mikro di Indonesia terkendala masalah pencatatan keuangan konvensional, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, dan pengetahuan bisnis yang terbatas. Digitalisasi pencatatan keuangan melalui aplikasi Mobile-Friendly seperti MonMon diharapkan menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan dan pertumbuhan unit usaha mikro, didukung oleh tingginya penetrasi pengguna smartphone dan internet di Indonesia. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yang dimulai dengan survei lapangan. Hasil survei lapangan kemudian digunakan sebagai basis untuk membangun aplikasi pencatatan keuangan sederhana MonMon untuk kelompok pelaku usaha mikro. Aplikasi yang dibuat kemudian disosialisasikan dan dilakukan dua kali pendampingan baik secara luring maupun daring. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih tiga bulan dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi. Hasil: Aplikasi pencatatan keuangan sederhana MonMon berbasis Website yang ringan dan ramah pengguna smartphone berhasil dibuat dan memperoleh sambutan baik dari mitra. Aplikasi ini memuat beberapa fitur pencatatan keuangan dasar yang penting bagi pelaku usaha mikro sesuai hasil survei lapangan dan mudah dioperasikan. Kesimpulan: Aplikasi MonMon mudah digunakan dapat membantu pelaku usaha mikro dalam memudahkan pengelolaan keuangan.
