Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out whether the gender diversity of the board of directors, audit committee and independent commissioners can influence tax aggressiveness in property and real estate sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The approach used is a quantitative approach with secondary data types. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique and obtained 24 companies as samples. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression test. The results of the test are that the gender diversity of the board of directors has a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, the audit committee does not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness and independent commissioners have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

The point of this inquire about is to look at and analyze the relationship between corporate social duty and obligation to value proportion on company esteem. This investigate employments auxiliary information, specifically money related reports and yearly reports. This investigate studied 23 nourishment and refreshment companies recorded on the IDX between 2020-2022. The testing procedure utilized was purposive testing. Inquire about information was analyzed utilizing different direct relapse investigation. The investigate comes about appear that corporate social duty and obligation to value proportion have a critical impact on company esteem.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction in the issuance of police record certificates (SKCK). This research uses an associative quantitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. This research surveyed 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires directly to the community who made SKCK at the South Sumatra Police SPKT Office. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that service quality has a significant effect on public satisfaction in issuing police record certificates (SKCK).
