Abstract

One of the most important problems in Indonesia is the problem of corruption. At present corruption is a very serious crime. And corruption has occurred in many fields. This corruption problem cannot just happen. Of course there are various factors that encourage corruption. And the impact caused by corruption is certainly very detrimental to the Indonesian people. Not only for the Indonesian people but also for all levels of Indonesian society, they also feel the loss of corruption. Various actions have been taken by the government to eradicate corruption cases. However, these acts of corruption are still common in Indonesia. Acts of corruption crimes committed by regional government officials to a higher level. The state apparatus is a group of educated people. But the perpetrators of corruption crimes continue to do bad things even though they know that these actions are inappropriate actions. This shows that the role of Pancasila values has begun to be ignored by the people of Indonesia. Moreover, the ethical and moral values in society that have begun to fade. The challenge in this regard is how Indonesian society can revive roles rather than Pancasila values in an effort to eradicate corruption in the country of Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas siswa saat penerapan inquiry-based instructional model berbantuan virtual lab OLabs dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi dan mengetahui respon siswa setelah pembelajaran dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini memakai metode pre-experimental dengan One Group pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian yakni 28 siswa XI MIPA 4. Instrumen yang diterapkan yakni instrumen tes kognitif (C1, C2, C3, C4) dan non tes (lembar observasi dan angket). Hasil belajar siswa menyatakan tingkat N-gain 0,947 (tinggi) dan pada tahap signifikansi α= 0,05. Hasil rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif sebesar 98,16% (tinggi), ranah afektif sebesar 80,86% (sangat baik), dan ranah psikomotor 76,84% (baik). Hasil penelitian menyatakan yakni hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif dalam kategori tinggi, terindikasi dari kemampuan mengajukan masalah, membuat hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, menggeneralisasi temuan dan menganalisis proses. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya hasil respon siswa setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai sebesar 76,95%(baik). Pada temuan penelitian ini, bisa diambil kesimpulan yakni inquiry based instructional model efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi.Kata Kunci: inquiry based instructional model, hasil belajar, sistem reproduksi

Abstract

Obesitas masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia. Masalah obesitas akan berdampak pada menurunnya kesehatan dan produktivitas pada setiap kalangan usia baik anak-anak, remaja, dewasa bahkan lansia. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan informasi, motivasi dan pencegahan obesitas bagi pengunjung di Puskesmas Bangsal Mojokerto. Metode pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan secara tatap muka tentang pencegahan obesitas, faktor risiko terjadinya obesitas pada pengunjung di Puskesmas Bangsal Mojokerto. Untuk menambah pemahaman, dilakukan pembagian leaflet tentang obesitas dan melakukan sesi tanya jawab serta pengukuran berat badan, tinggi badan dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT/BMI) bagi peserta penyuluhan. Hasil pengukuran dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan berupa kepuasan pengunjung melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui sebanyak 48% peserta puas dengan kegiatan, 20% sangat puas, dan selebihnya merasa cukup. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan tanya jawab secara langsung pada pengunjung. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan ini berjalan lancar dan respons peserta penyuluhan baik dan antusias memperhatikan. Penyuluhan tentang obesitas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kesadaran tentang pencegahan obesitas di Puskesmas Bangsal Mojokerto.

Abstract

This study examines the legal challenges arising from the enforcement of Government Regulation No. 21 of 2024 on the Public Housing Savings (Tapera) in Indonesia, which mandates a 3% salary deduction from private sector employees, sparking significant public concern over legal certainty, utility, and fairness. The primary objective of this research is to assess the urgency of Tapera’s implementation and to analyze its alignment with Islamic law (fiqh siyasah), focusing on the principles of maslahah (public interest) and justice within state policy. This study adopts a normative legal research method using a statutory and conceptual approach, focusing on the inventory and analysis of positive law and legal doctrines relevant to Tapera’s framework. Findings indicate that the regulation fails to fully meet the principles of legal certainty, utility, and justice, as reflected in inadequate public consultation and insufficient clarity regarding the distribution and management of collected funds. From the perspective of fiqh siyasah, the enforced salary deductions without clear and fair mechanisms contradict the principles of equitable treatment and voluntary consent emphasized in Islamic law, highlighting concerns of unjust burden on employees. The study also underscores that, despite Tapera’s intended aim to facilitate equitable access to housing for low- and middle-income groups, its current implementation may undermine the welfare state principles envisioned by the Indonesian Constitution and the values of social justice upheld in Islamic governance. Thus, this research emphasizes the need for transparent communication, inclusive policy-making, and restructuring of Tapera’s implementation to ensure it becomes a fair, lawful, and socially beneficial instrument in addressing Indonesia’s housing challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Develop audio-visual learning media on molecular gastronomy topics, 2) Determine the feasibility of audio-visual learning media on molecular gastronomy topics. This study is a research and development (R&D) study through the 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the development of audio-visual learning media on molecular gastronomy topics can be described as follows: a) The media has a duration of 12 minutes and 15 seconds, b) The learning media format is in the form of an mp4 video sized at 420.1 MB, c) The sections of the media are divided into the opening stage, aperception material, core material containing explanations about the definition of molecular gastronomy, techniques in molecular gastronomy, practice of making imitation caviar using gelification techniques, evaluation quizzes, and conclusion, d) The media dissemination is done by uploading it through the YouTube platform on the BOGA UNY channel with the URL https://youtu.be/61-ZqZIXkSA. The results of the feasibility assessment of audio-visual learning media on molecular gastronomy topics by subject matter experts received an average score of 100%, which falls into the highly feasible category. Evaluation by media experts resulted in an average score of 95.19%, also classified as highly feasible. The assessment by students yielded an average score of 84.29% on a small scale and 89.71% on a large scale, both falling into the highly feasible category. Based on the feasibility test results, the audio-visual learning media on molecular gastronomy topics is declared highly suitable for use as a learning medium.
