Abstract

Abstrak Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler yang termodifikasi merupakan suatu sistem persamaan yang berkaitan dengan kinetika kimia. Pada sistem tersebut akan terjadi osilasi secara terus menerus menurut waktu t. Dalam penelitian ini, terlebih dahulu dianalisa stabilitas yang terjadi di sekitar titik setimbang. Kemudian, dengan menggunakan rata-rata Lyapunov exponent, diperoleh bahwa Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler yang termodifikasi merupakan suatu system yang bersifat chaos. Terakhir, diterapkan Sliding Mode Control (SMC) untuk mengontrol perilaku sistem. Dari hal tersebut perilaku sistem yang awalnya tidak stabil dan bersifat chaos dapat diarahkan menuju titik setimbang. Kata kunci : Sistem Persamaan Rӧssler, Chaos, Sliding Mode Control (SMC).   Abstract Rossler Equation System is a system of modified equations associated with the chemical kinetics. In such a system will be oscillating continuously by time t. In this study, first analyzed the stability that occurs around the point of equilibrium. Then, using the average Lyapunov exponent, found that a modified Rossler Equation System is a system that is chaotic. Finally, applied to Sliding Mode Control (SMC) to control the behavior of the system. From this behavior of a system that is unstable and chaotic nature can be directed toward the equilibrium. Abstract

Abstract:The crime occurred in Palopo city each year is volatile enough. Although they tend to fallthrough leaving 176 cases in 2013, it does not mean that Palopo is relatively safe from the criminalacts. The societies of Palopo especially the police, it is essential to know the areasincluded in the crime-prone areas. Therefore, this study tried to map the crimes occurred inPalopo city by applying Correspondence Analysis. The research objects were criminal datareported by the police of Palopo City from January to September 2015. From Chi-Squareanalysis, it was found that there was a relationship between the variables of Criminal ActionTypes and Occurrence Time. Similarly, the Criminal Action Types with Occurrence Places, andCriminal Action Types by the reasons occurring Criminal Acts also showed a relationship withcriminal acts against the place and the reasons for the crimes. Furthermore, based on thecorrespondence analysis it was found that the most massive crimes in the area of the police of Palopoare the theft of the motorcycles and the smallest crimes are persecutions. Most of the time incidentsoccurred at 24.00-07.00. The crimes occurred in Wara district.

Abstract

The application of Graph Theory Concept in Communication Network Analysis is interesting to observe. This research was carried out to learn how Communication Network structure was formed and who had necessary role in the network. It was explorative research and conducted at Female Students’ Dormitory of State Islamic Institute of Palopo (Asrama Putri IAIN Palopo). The results were interpreted by using Microsoft NodeXL Version 1.0.1.113. It was found that the communication network structure of female students’ who stayed at the Dormitory decentralized. It shows that each student had same opportunity to communicate one another directly or indirectly, which 4 to 9 path distance. It was also identified that from 110 people, Suarni was the student who had significant influence in the communication network.
