Abstract

E-commerce has grown tremendously in recent years, with many platforms offering a wide range of products and services. Alfagift, as one of the e-commerce applications, provides convenience for users to shop online with various attractive features, such as promos and discounts. The app is designed to meet the needs of users who want a convenient and efficient shopping experience. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction by using the Swot (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method to evaluate the satisfaction of Alfagift application users. The SWOT method was chosen because of its ability to provide a thorough analysis of internal and external factors that affect user satisfaction, as well as the opportunities and threats that exist in the e-commerce market. From the results of the variance value reliability test, where the score for a positive review value of 4.47 which shows that the user has a very good experience with the use of the alfagift application with a variance value of 0.25, it shows that the score of giving positive reviews has an interesting experience. The calculation of Cronbach's Alpha value obtained was 0.828 which is in the "Good" category and indicates a high reliability instrument, so the data collected can be relied on for further analysis.

Abstract

Kotanegara Village, fresh fish agents still tend to use traditional methods in carrying out their operations, such as manual recording and word-of-mouth promotions, Manual processes that are still relied on often lead to recording errors, delivery delays, and customer dissatisfaction. This further emphasizes the importance of developing web-based technologies to support their businesses. Limited understanding of technology and lack of access to easy-to-use digital platforms are one of the main factors The application of the design thinking method has proven to be effective in producing interface designs and user experiences that suit the needs of local customers, especially for fresh fish agents in Kotanegara Village. Through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, this method is able to identify key problems in traditional businesses, create innovative web-based solutions, and test and optimize prototypes until they are ready for implementation. The result is a UI/UX design that improves operational efficiency, provides a better customer experience, and supports the digital transformation of the business, thereby driving business growth and competitiveness of fresh fish agents.

Abstract

Kotanegara Village is located in East Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, South Sumatra, and the majority of its residents make a living as farmers, especially rice. This village has abundant natural potential, but faces challenges in accessibility, infrastructure, and fluctuations in the price of agricultural products. Village communities implement a culture of mutual cooperation and still depend on the agricultural sector for their livelihood. problems faced by farmers in Kotanegara Village in promoting rice crops, especially due to the lack of access to effective promotional media. Most farmers still use conventional methods. The researcher aims to create a Website-Based UI/UX Application Design for Rice Crop Collectors in Kotanegara Village with the Design Thinking Method" aims to provide innovative solutions that focus on user needs. Through the Design Thinking method, this study succeeded in designing an application prototype designed to make it easier for collectors to manage crop yields, access market price information, and improve coordination with farmers. The results of this study show that the application of website-based technology can support work efficiency, transparency, and better data management.

Abstract

The use of manual locks such as keys, this type of locking is easy to duplicate, prone to loss if taken on a trip and if you forget to close the door, it will provide an opportunity for other people to enter the house or to a private room, for that a door locking device is needed that can provide ease of use from conventional locking, namely using automatic locking using a knock pattern. This research aims to design a door security system. Based on the results of the design and testing of the Arduino-based automatic door locking system using passwords that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the automatic door locking system using this password can be made and operated using the ATMega328 microcontroller as a control center and circuit and programmed using Arduino IDE software. The Arduino Uno microcontroller can control the automatic door locking working system according to the instruction sequence. The research method used in this research is the field research method. The field research method aims to directly observe the object being studied to obtain the necessary information. Abstract

The role of public media such as websites is needed to disseminate products or goods, especially for small businesses that have the potential to face competition with other businesses. Websites are an alternative solution to the limitations of the business area and provide the speed of bidding and provide the opportunity to become the best seller. E-Commerce makes consumers more time-saving, and differentiates cheaper prices, it provides various things to sell and minimizes crowding in stores, E-Commerce Websites support our trade business by providing products and services online to users in various regions. Websites are an alternative solution to the limitations of the business area and provide the speed of bidding and provide the opportunity to become the best seller. The researcher found a problem that the border computer partner figure in data processing is still done manually with paper media. Therefore, the author took the initiative to design an E-Commerce information system for Computer Embroidery Partners in Palembang City with a waterfall method design. This waterfall method has a fairly clear workflow, measurable work time and clear documentation. This research was tested with the Blackbox test, with this website it is hoped that it can facilitate the sales system for Computer Embroidery Partners in making sales reports automatically and with this website it is hoped that it can be a promotional medium for Computer Embroidery Partners
