Abstract

Pendahuluan. Rendahnya minat pendonor plasma konvalesen menyebabkan terapi ini masih sangat kurang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasien positif COVID-19. Jumlah penderita yang tinggi namun pendonor plasma konvalesen yang rendah menyebabkan angka kesembuhan yang belum dapat dimaksimalkan. Untuk itu Palang Merah Indonesia menggalakkan peran aktif relawan Tim SIBAT. Tim SIBAT sebagai Satuan Tugas Jogo Tonggo untuk memberikan informasi dan mengajak penyintas COVID-19 untuk melakukan donor plasma konvalesen. Tujuan. Untuk mengetahui peran Tim SIBAT dalam penanganan COVID-19 serta kendala dalam menjaring penyintas COVID-19 untuk melakukan donor darah plasma konvalesen. Metode. Metode penelitian yaitu studi kualitatif dengan wawancara tim SIBAT PMI Kota Surakarta sebanyak 8 orang untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya minat donor plasma konvalesen pada penyintas COVID-19. Hasil. Peran dari Tim SIBAT untuk menjadi Satgas Jogo Tonggo. Faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam menjaring penyintas COVID-19 yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tim SIBAT mengenai teknis donor plasma konvalesen, stigma penderita COVID-19 yang masih tinggi di masyarakat serta ketidak tahuan penyintas COVID-19 mengenai manfaat dari donor plasma konvalesen. Simpulan. Perlu dilakukan pelatihan lanjutan bagi Tim SIBAT, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai manfaat donor plasma konvalesen, koordinasi dengan pemerintah dan dinas terkait untuk melakukan pencanangan donor plasma konvalesen untuk penyintas COVID-19 serta wadah secara online berupa grup WA, aplikasi khusus penyintas COVID-19 maupun website bagi penggerak donor plasma konvalesen. Abstract

Lansium domesticum Corr. is called Duku, an endemic Indonesian plant whose fruit has commercial value. The formation of the seeds of this plant takes a relatively long time (±15 years) for conventional propagation. Micropropagation with plant tissue culture techniques can be a solution. In the first phase of micropropagation, optimization of the type and concentration of growth regulators for callus induction is needed. This study aimed to determine the response of various types of duku explants (such as leaves, petioles, and mother petioles) to combinations of growth regulators (such as 0 ppm 2,4-D + 0 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 0, 5 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 0.75 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 1 ppm BAP) in callus induction. The explants were cultured on Wood Plant Medium (WPM) with 30 g sucrose and 8 g agar for 28 days. The results showed that the concentration of 0.75 2,4-D + 0.75 BAP with leaf stalk mother explants was the best for callus formation. The characteristics of the callus formed were white-yellow with a compact texture. Keywords : Lansium domesticum Corr., Callus induction, Growth regulators, Types of explants.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of the ethnopedagogical approach and the character of integrity on the cultural literacy abilities of elementary school students. This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of the ethnopedagogical approach on students' cultural literacy abilities. (2) the influence of the character of integrity on students' cultural literacy (3) the interaction between the ethnopedagogical approach and the character of integrity on students' cultural literacy abilities. This research was conducted on class IV students at SDN 107416 Sugiharjo and SDN 101865 Bintang Meriah with a total of 90 students. This research is of the Quasi Experimental Design type. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 22.0 with 2x2 factorial. The instruments used were an integrity character questionnaire and a cultural literacy skills test. The research results show: (1) There is an influence of the ethnopedagogical approach on students' cultural literacy abilities with (=2.068) so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected; (2) There is an influence of integrity abilities on students' cultural literacy abilities with (=68,500) so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected; (3) There is an interaction between the ethnopedagogical approach and the character of integrity on students' cultural literacy abilities with (=27,875). Abstract

Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mempertahankan ataupun meningkatkan perilaku prososial adalah mengajak orang lain untuk aktif dalam kegiatan sosial, serta memiliki regulasi emosi yang baik. Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Regulasi Emosi dengan Perilaku Prososial pada anggota Forpis Kota Surakarta Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei.  Sampel penelitian sebanyak 78 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling purposive. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023. Analisa univariat disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan analisa bivariat menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rho dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000<0.005 maka signifikan. Nilai koefisien korelasi spearman rho yaitu sebesar 0.589 artinya kuat. Arah korelasi dilihat dari angka koefisien korelasi hasilnya positif sehingga hubungan antara kedua variabel searah. Nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000, maka signifikan. Nilai koefisien korelasi sperman yaitu sebesar 0.589 artinya hubungan antara kedua variabel kuat serta arah korelasi kedua variabel searah.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Kibar method in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an in Class VI of SD Negeri 82 Palembang. The aim is to determine the application of the Kibar method in improving students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to find out whether there is an increase in students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an before and after the Kibar method is applied. This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the influence, namely causes and impacts, where in this research the analysis is carried out using numbers so that it gets a more accurate meaning compared to using words. The type of research used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design experimental research. The sample for this research was 30 class VI students. The data collection method uses observation, tests and documentation, while the data analysis technique uses the t test formula. The results of this research show that 1) Students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an before implementing the Kibar method was 6 students in the high category, 19 students in the medium category, and 5 students in the low category. 2) Students' ability to read the Koran after applying the Kibar method was 9 students in the high category, 17 students in the medium category, and 4 students in the low category. 3) Based on the paired samples t-test table, the significance value obtained is 0.001, which means less than 0.05 and the calculated t value of 17,906 is greater than the t table, namely 1.699, indicating that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest, this shows that there is differences in treatment for each variable. From the calculations above, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that there is an increase in the application of the Kibar method in improving the ability to read the Al-Qur'an in class VI of SD Negeri 82 Palembang.

Abstract

The background of this research is to understand the significant role of the Umayyad Caliphate in the political and social development of Islamic civilization, which initially faced challenges due to the conflict and machinations perpetrated by Muawiyah against Caliph Ali bin Abi Talib, as well as the transition of the caliphal selection system from democratic to monarchical. The objective of this study is to analyze the contributions of this dynasty to the formation of advanced political and social institutions. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a historical perspective. Data collection techniques involve a literature review encompassing primary and secondary sources related to the history of the Umayyad Caliphate. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive-analytical methods to depict and evaluate the political and social developments during the reign of this dynasty. The findings indicate that the Umayyad Caliphate successfully brought significant progress in the political realm, such as the establishment of governmental laws, ministerial councils, state secretariat institutions, and specialized political advisors, which contributed to the complexity of governance and state administration during its time.

Abstract

Based on data from the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), 41% of 15-year-old students in Indonesia have experienced bullying more than a few times a month. Furthermore, the delinquency that is rampant among teenagers is brawls. As stated in the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report, throughout 2021 there were 188 villages throughout Indonesia that became arenas for mass fights between students. This research aims to develop e-book media for preventing bullying and brawl behavior for junior high school students. The research method used is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This e-Book has gone through feasibility testing with several stages including feasibility testing by 4 experts, 30 BKPI students, and 30 junior high school students. Furthermore, the e-book was tested on 103 Kosgoro Junior High School students in Bogor City. The results showed that this e-book Awareness Line media innovation had received a feasibility assessment from media experts and material experts. After being tested on Kosgoro Junior High School students, an average result of 99.36% was obtained, which shows that this e-book is quite effective in increasing student awareness in preventing bullying and brawling behavior. Abstrak Berdasarkan data yang dimiliki United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) bahwa 41% siswa berusia 15 tahun di Indonesia pernah mengalami bullying lebih dari beberapa kali dalam sebulan. Selanjutnya kenakalan yang marak dilakukan oleh kalangan remaja yaitu tawuran. Sebagaimana tercantum pada laporan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), sepanjang 2021 ada 188 desa/kelurahan di seluruh Indonesia yang menjadi arena perkelahian massal antar pelajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media e-book pencegahan perilaku bullying dan tawuran untuk siswa SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE, yang mencakup lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. E-Book ini telah melalui uji kelayakan dengan beberapa tahap diantaranya uji kelayakan oleh 4 ahli, 30 mahasiswa BKPI, dan 30 siswa SMP. Selanjutnya, e-book diujicobakan kepada 103 siswa SMP Kosgoro Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi media e-book Awareness Line ini telah mendapatkan penilaian kelayakan dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Setelah diujicobakan kepada siswa SMP Kosgoro diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 99,36% yang menunjukkan bahwa e-book ini cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dalam mencegah perilaku bullying dan tawuran.

Abstract

The electric power distribution system is very important for the distribution of electricity to consumers, especially for the continuity of voltage and power services. Currently, due to the maintenance / maintenance of Circuit Breakers in the Rindik feeders, it is necessary to maneuver the load by installing an LBS Load Break Switch (LBS) between the two feeders. From that it is necessary to do an analysis of the power flow between the existing conditions and after the maneuver, obtained based on the Software Simulation in the first condition seen from the end voltage of the Bencah feeder, which is 19,423 kV, with power losses of 0.129 MW. The results of the second condition power flow can be seen at the tip voltage at the Bencah feeder, which is 18,153 kV with a power loss of 0.294 MW. And the simulation results. The third condition of the power flow can be seen from the tip of the Bencah feeder and the City turtle, the value of the end of the Bencah feeder is 18,969 kV and the tip voltage at the City feeder is 19,395 kV with a total power loss of 0.304 MW. Judging from the results of the 3 simulation simulation results, the maneuvering load that produces a good end voltage, and has the most small power losses, is in the first condition maneuver simulation so that it can be stated Load Brek Switch (LBS) Gang asem the first condition is feasible to install.

Abstract

Psikologi memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan dengan mengkaji perilaku dan proses mental manusia, meskipun seringkali kurang fokus pada aspek keagamaan. Psikologi agama khususnya mengkaji dampak kepercayaan terhadap sikap dan perilaku individu yang relevan dalam merancang kurikulum yang komprehensif. Kompetensi kepribadian guru sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pengajaran dan kesejahteraan siswa, dengan kompetensi yang baik dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional, mengurangi kecemasan, dan meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian gaji guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sesuai dengan Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan motivasi guru yang pada gilirannya mendukung pengajaran yang berkualitas dan pengembangan potensi siswa. Oleh karena itu, integrasi psikologi agama dan perhatian terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang efektif.

Abstract

In Islamic education students are individuals who are developing. The term student has a deeper meaning than the mention of students. that is, in the educational process there are individuals who really want students to be active in the teaching and learning process, not educators. The term learner in Arabic is designated by a number of terms, including terms, mutarabbi, muta'allim, mutaaddib, and daris . In the paradigm of Islamic education, students are God's creatures who have a number of basic potentials (nature) that have not yet developed and have not reached the level of maturity, both from the physical, mental-spiritual, intellectual, and psychological aspects. Therefore, he always needs help, assistance, and direction from educators so that he can optimally develop his potential and direct him to maturity. This means that Islamic education does not only improve the academic quality of students, but also is responsible for the formation of the noble character of students.
