Abstract

Savings and Loans Cooperatives or in Indonesian called “Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP)” are business entities whose management requires work regulations and good administrative arrangements so that they can run well. The purpose of this program is to improve the work skills of administrative staff at KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi and increase employee awareness in complying with the work regulations. The method used is the transfer of knowledge and technology through work practices and socialisation activities. The result of the activity is the frequency of employee attendance running efficiently and regularly and improving the quality of discipline in the management of KSP Mitra Mandiri Abadi.

Abstract

Batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage, especially for Batik Nologaten with typical Sleman batik. The purpose of this internship program is to apply knowledge and skills in accordance with the fields of students so that they can contribute to help the development of Batik Nologaten MSMEs. Methods of carrying out activities through counseling and training. The results of this work program activity are increasing the knowledge and skills of Batik Nologaten MSMEs in improving the quality of human resources in Batik Nologaten MSMEs on skills development, increasing knowledge of batik production, and strengthening managerial skills. In addition, organizational management also focuses on structured management, management process, and reporting systems.

Abstract

A management system is a collection or combination of processes that start from planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and work together to achieve certain goals in an efficient and effective way. Sweetroom does not yet have a management system, so it becomes an obstacle in implementing work coordination and organizational communication. The goal of a management system is to obtain something of better value by exerting effort. At Sweetroom the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each work unit is not yet available, so it is necessary to prepare SOPs for work activities in each work unit. The results obtained from preparing the SOP are increased employee discipline and increased sales in Sweetroom.

Abstract

The development of the printing business in the digital era is increasingly rapid along with high consumer demand for using these services. In order for the business to survive in competition, it is necessary to formulate the right marketing strategy. This community service is carried out to improve the performance of the printing business at Sablon Jogja ID through online marketing assistance activities and improving service quality. Activities are carried out using counseling and training methods. Through attractive online promotional activities and satisfactory customer service, companies can build closer relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction, and ultimately achieve sustainable business growth in this digital era.

Abstract

The objective of the service program was implemented at Astajava Coffee and Roastery with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of digital marketing through training in creating marketing content with the Canva application and building a customer loyalty program. The implementation method involves surveying company needs, implementing training programs, evaluations, customer satisfaction surveys, creating a customer database, and creating a member loyalty program. The results include developing employee skills in creating engaging marketing content through Canva, innovation in the selection of promotional content, increasing the number of Instagram followers, and positive customer response to the loyalty program.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out by the MSMEs "Sriti Gamplong" which produces various handicrafts. The aim of this activity is to optimize marketing activities by utilizing digital technology such as: social media and marketplaces. It is hoped that this will increase consumer buying interest. Apart from that, technology-based ways of managing finances and inventory were also introduced. The results of the activity show that partners increasingly understand the importance of digitalization to support increased business performance. Apart from that, marketing activities are becoming more effective, financial and inventory management is becoming more controlled.
