Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the stock price of the company PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, either simultaneously or partially. The sample of the population used is a PT Telecommunications company for the 2016 – 2020 period. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that simultaneously, showing that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had no significant effect on stock prices at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. While partially shows that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no significant effect on stock prices at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

PT. Telkom menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengelola kegiatan kunjungan (ICT Tour) dan pemantauan peserta magang yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses manual ini mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu, sering terjadi kesalahan, dan sulit untuk mengelola data dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat mengintegrasikan pengelolaan kedua kegiatan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service), penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan sistem untuk memperbaiki proses pengelolaan. Selain itu, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD) juga diterapkan untuk memastikan proses pengembangan sistem berjalan lebih cepat dan efisien, dengan hasil yang sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dirancang memiliki fitur utama seperti pendaftaran peserta kunjungan dan magang, pengelolaan jadwal, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan laporan kegiatan. Dengan antarmuka yang mudah diakses, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi kesalahan, mempercepat operasional, dan memberikan layanan yang lebih baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan kedua sistem ke dalam satu platform berbasis web, yang dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan PIECES dan RAD, dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi PT. Telkom untuk meningkatkan operasional dan layanan.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital systems for managing academic data, including the preparation and distribution of student report cards. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based Digital Report application using the Kodular platform as a solution to the inefficiency and errors of manual systems. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), focusing on quick iterations through stages of requirement analysis, interface design, and functional testing. Data were collected through literature study, observation, and interviews with schools to ensure that the application features met user needs. The results show that the application provides login, dashboard, student data input, score management, and real-time report access. Implementation of the Kodular no-code platform in the development of a mobile-based digital report card system that is easy to implement in the school environment, as well as providing an efficient and adaptive academic system development model for schools with limited technical resources. Kodular proved effective in speeding up the development process without complex coding, supporting school digitalization, and improving transparency and efficiency in managing academic data.

Abstract

Dhandhanggulo merupakan praktik pengobatan tradisional yang berdiri sejak tahun 2009 di Desa Prasung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Keberadaannya berawal dari kepedulian terhadap keterbatasan akses masyarakat terhadap layanan kesehatan formal, sekaligus menjadi sarana pelestarian kearifan lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan praktik pengobatan tradisional Dhandhanggulo, menelaah manfaat kesehatan, sosial, dan budaya, serta memotret nilai solidaritas yang tercermin dalam pelayanannya. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa Dhandhanggulo mengintegrasikan layanan ramuan herbal dengan terapi tradisional, ditopang sepenuhnya oleh tenaga relawan tanpa imbalan. Bahan ramuan sebagian ditanam secara mandiri, sebagian lainnya diperoleh dari pasar. Sebelum pandemi Covid-19, praktik ini telah melayani ribuan pasien dari dalam dan luar Sidoarjo. Temuan ini menegaskan peran penting Dhandhanggulo tidak hanya sebagai alternatif layanan kesehatan, tetapi juga sebagai media pelestarian budaya dan penguatan solidaritas sosial. Dhandhanggulo is a traditional healing practice established in 2009 in Prasung Village, Sidoarjo Regency. Its existence stems from concern about the community's limited access to formal healthcare services, while also serving as a means of preserving local wisdom. This article aims to describe the traditional healing practice of Dhandhanggulo, examine its health, social, and cultural benefits, and capture the values ​​of solidarity reflected in its services. Observations indicate that Dhandhanggulo integrates herbal concoction services with traditional therapies, supported entirely by uncompensated volunteers. Some ingredients are grown locally, while others are obtained from the market. Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, the practice served thousands of patients from within and outside Sidoarjo. These findings underscore Dhandhanggulo's crucial role not only as an alternative healthcare service but also as a medium for cultural preservation and strengthening social solidarity.
