Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of value equity on repurchase intention, to analyze the effect of brand equity on repurchase intention, and to analyze the effect of relationship equity on repurchase intention. The population of this research is all consumers of Turkish Kebab Zahara Padang. Determination of the sample size is calculated using 10 multiplied by 19 indicators = 190 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of being a buyer of Kebab Turki Zahara Padang at least 3 times and being willing to be a respondent in the study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that value equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Relationship equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The correlation between value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity on repurchase intention is proven to be very strong, as evidenced by an R-value of 0.953.

Abstract

Kain katun merupakan jenis kain yang terbuat dari serat kapas dengan sifat yang mudah menyerap bahan alami maupun kimia seperti pewarna. Pengembangan warna sangatlah menarik di industri tekstil, karena warna merupakan salah satu faktor yang menarik perhatian konsumen. Zat pewarna dibedakan menjadi 2, yaitu pewarna alami dan pewarna sintesis. Pewarna sintesis mudah diperoleh dan praktis penggunaannya akan tetapi dapat mencemari lingkungan. Pewarna alami aman dan ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan penelitian pengaruh variasi konsentrasi kitosan terhadap stabilitas warna kain katun dengan metode gelasi ionik melalui tahapan ekstraksi pewarna, sintesis kitosan, perendaman dan pewarnaan pada kain katun. Karakterisasi kitosan meliputi analisis gugus fungsi menggunakan FTIR dan analisis kekuatan warna menggunakan UV-DRS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji kekuatan warna kain yang dilapisi kitosan 0,2%; 1,5% dan 2,0% adalah 0,65 eV; 0,77 eV dan 0,79 eV, kain tanpa kitosan adalah 0,63 eV. Penambahan variasi konsentrasi kitosan mampu memberikan kekuatan warna yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kain katun tanpa pelapisan kitosan. Semakin banyak penambahan kitosan maka akan semakin meningkatkan kestabilan warna.
