Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru kelas dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) melalui kegiatan supervisi klinis SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini dilakukan di SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Jenis tindakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa tindakan nyata yaitu membimbing guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui supervisi klinis. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester I, tepatnya pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2018. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru kelas di SDN 01 Lembah Melintang UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Lembah Melintang, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan jumlah 12 orang guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan supervisi kelas oleh kepala sekolah terbukti berhasil meningkatkan kinerja guru kelas SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL). Dengan meningkatnya kinerja guru kelas SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, selain proses belajar siswa lebih bermakna juga hasil belajarnya pun turut meningkat. Peningkatan kinerja guru SDN 01 Lembah Melintang dalam mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning (CTL) dibuktikan dengan peningkatan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada 3 apsek penilaian. Pada aspek penilaian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) meningkat dari 54,46 menjadi 75,60 dan 94,35 sedangkan aspek penilaian kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran meningkat dari 54,63 menjadi 70,83 dan 87,96 dan aspek kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, evaluasi, tindak lanjut dari 55,77 menjadi 68,91 dan 81,73 pada akhir siklus kedua. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru meningkat dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) melalui kegiatan supervisi klinis SDN 01 Lembah Melintang. Untuk itu, peneliti menyarankan agar di sekolah-sekolah dapat dilakukan supervisi klinis dalam mengembangkan model-model pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics on the quality of services in Komnas Perempuan, protection of women's rights to service quality in Komnas Perempuan, individual characteristics of human resource competencies in Komnas Perempuan, human resource competencies on service quality in Komnas Perempuan, protection of women's rights to human resource competencies in Komnas Perempuan, human resource competencies in mediating the relationship between characteristics and quality of services in Komnas Perempuan, and human resource competencies mediating the relationship between protecting women's rights and the quality of services protecting women rights in Komnas Perempuan. Based on the formulation, objectives and research hypotheses, the method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Descriptive approach can be interpreted as a research method that seeks. The results found that the individual characteristics variable had a significant effect on the human resource variables of the National Commission on Violence Against Women employees. The variable on the protection of women's rights has a significant effect on the human resource variable of the National Commission's female employees. Individual Characteristics Variable has a significant effect on service quality variables in the National Commission on Violence Against Women. The variable of human resources has a significant effect on the variable service quality of employees. The variable on the protection of women's rights has a significant effect on the variable service quality of employees. 6) Characteristic variable does not significantly influence Service Quality through human resource construct variables. 7) The variable for the protection of women's rights does not significantly influence the Quality of Service through the human resource construct variable. Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze factors that determine customer segments of BPR syariah and Syariah General Bank. This research conducted on two groups of customer as population; BPR syariah and Syariah General Bank. BPR syariah are represented by the customers of BPR Makmur Syariah in 50 kota Payakumbuh and BPR Syariah Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas in Solok. While the syariah general bank are represented by the customers of Bank  Mandiri Syariah and syariah business unit of Bank Nagari (BPD). Sampling technique is judgment sampling  by considering age, gender and customers business. Sample size of each segment is 70 respondents. Sample of each syariah bank is 35 respondents. Methods of data analysis is  Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research found that both of segments are considering the compliance on Islamic rule and this factor was ranked first. However, the proximity of the location factor, financial gain, and service quality has different rank ofimportance between two segments.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of brand community and brand personality to customer layalty of Oriflame in Padang city. The population of this research is all of members of Oriflame community in Padang city. Sample size is 100 persons. Sample technique is sample  random sampling. The data has collected are primery and scondary data. The data collected by questionaire and  documentation. Data are analyzed with multiple regression. The research results revealed that (1) brand community has positive and significant influence to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city (2) brand personality has positive and significant influences to Oriflame brand loyalty in Padang city. The brand community has biggest influences than brand personality

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of the advertisement toward brand equity of nike (2) the influence of the price toward brand equity of nike (3) the influence of the advertisement and price toward brand equity of nike. The population in this research is the entire people in Padang who ever wear Nike with samples 100 people. The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. The data was analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results of this research shows that: (1) the advertisement has positive significant influence toward brand quality of nike (2) the price has positive significant influence toward brand quality of nike (3) the advertisement and price have positive significant influence toward brand quality of nike.Keywords: Brand equity; advertisement; price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of value equity on repurchase intention, to analyze the effect of brand equity on repurchase intention, and to analyze the effect of relationship equity on repurchase intention. The population of this research is all consumers of Turkish Kebab Zahara Padang. Determination of the sample size is calculated using 10 multiplied by 19 indicators = 190 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of being a buyer of Kebab Turki Zahara Padang at least 3 times and being willing to be a respondent in the study. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that value equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Relationship equity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The correlation between value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity on repurchase intention is proven to be very strong, as evidenced by an R-value of 0.953.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social media on impulse buying, to analyze online reviews on impulse buying, and to analyze the effect of price discounts on impulse buying. the population of this study were Padang City students who used the Shopee application. The research sample is 180 respondents. Purposive sampling was the method employed, and the only requirements were that the participants be students from Padang City and have purchased items through the Shopee app. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method utilized for data analysis. The findings demonstrated that social media significantly and favorably influences impulsive buying. Impulsive buying are significantly and favorably impacted by online reviews. Discounts significantly and favorably influence impulsive buying.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of brand image, brand trust, and brand experience on brand loyalty among consumers in Padang City. The research employs a quantitative approach. The study population includes residents of Padang City aged 18 to 35 years who have used Avoskin products. A sample of 200 respondents was selected through a survey distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), utilizing Smart PLS software. The findings indicate that: (1) brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty in Padang City; (2) brand trust exerts a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty in Padang City; (3) brand experience also has a positive and significant impact on Avoskin's brand loyalty in Padang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the benefits of product packaging on the interest in purchasing MSME products in Pasaman Regency. The population of this research are consumers of MSME products in three villages in Pasaman Regency. A total of 255 samples were selected by purposive sampling technique. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique using SmartPLS 3 as a data analysis tool. The results showed that the benefits of packaging (Hedonic benefit of packaging and Utilitarian benefit of packaging influenced consumer buying interest in MSME food products in Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan air tawar, yang menjadi salah satu komoditi besar di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, Kabupaten Pasaman, perlu dilakukan hilirisasi produk. Sehingga diciptakan sebuah inovasi produk yang meningkatkan nilai ikan tersebut. Nilai tambah perlu ditingkatkan untuk menambah nilai jual dari sebuah produk. Sehingga pendapatan masyarakan menjadi meningkat. Berdasarkan analisis dilapangan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen membeli produk olahan ikan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, diantaranya faktor kepercayaan dan kualitas yang dirasakan (perceived quality). Analisis dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada orang-orang yang mencoba produk hasil olahan ikan hasil produksi UMKM di Kecamatan Rao dan Rao Selatan, Kabupaten Pasaman.
