Abstract

In managing network quality of service (QoS), this research uses the Fibonacci pattern to optimize delay control and bandwidth allocation. QoS is very important in contemporary network management, especially considering the increasing demand for stable and effective data services. This study prioritizes data based on traffic levels using a Fibonacci algorithm simulation. Each priority is assigned a value corresponding to the Fibonacci sequence, which allows for resource allocation that is more in line with network load. The simulation was conducted under normal and overload conditions. The research results show that conventional methods, such as round-robin and weighted fair queuing, can improve QoS efficiency with the Fibonacci pattern by up to 15%. This improvement primarily focuses on managing important data packets such as real-time communication and video streaming, and reducing latency. Additionally, this technique is better at adapting to traffic changes. The research results show that the Fibonacci pattern can be an innovative method for managing network QoS, especially for complex priority needs. By using the Fibonacci pattern as a data priority management technique, this research helps improve network quality of service (QoS). This method is capable of improving bandwidth allocation efficiency and reducing latency by up to 15% compared to conventional approaches such as Round-Robin and Weighted Fair Queuing. The main contribution of this research is to offer a new approach based on Fibonacci patterns that can be adapted to the dynamics of network traffic.

Abstract

In managing network quality of service (QoS), this study uses Fibonacci patterns to optimize delay control and bandwidth allocation. QoS is essential in contemporary network management, especially given the increasing demand for stable and effective data services. This study prioritizes data based on traffic levels using a simulated Fibonacci algorithm. Each priority is assigned a value corresponding to the Fibonacci sequence, which allows allocating resources more in line with the network load. Simulations are performed under normal and overload conditions. The results show that conventional methods, such as round-robin and weighted fair queuing, can improve QoS efficiency with Fibonacci patterns by up to 15%. This improvement mainly concentrates on controlling important data packets such as real-time communication and video streaming and reducing delay. In addition, this technique is better at adjusting to traffic changes. The results show that the Fibonacci pattern can be an innovative method for managing network QoS, especially for complex prioritization requirements. It can be a reliable tool to improve user experience with modern network services if used properly. To find out how Fibonacci patterns relate to future network technologies such as 5G and the Internet of Things, further research is needed.

Abstract

Sea level rise (SLR) due to climate change poses an existential threat to coastal areas, especially in archipelagic countries such as Indonesia. An effective policy response requires simulation tools that can represent spatial and temporal dynamics in an integrated manner. This study formulates and tests a spatiotemporal model based on Digital Twin to simulate the impact of SLR on infrastructure, settlements, and coastal ecosystems. This model combines satellite altimetry data (Sentinel-3), bathymetry data, a 2D hydrodynamic model (Delft3D), and CMIP6 climate projections (SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5) within a cloud-based Digital Twin framework. The case study was conducted in urban coastal areas with high subsidence, which are among the areas with the highest rates of land subsidence in the world. The simulation covers KMA scenarios up to 2050, with a spatial resolution of 5 meters and daily temporal resolution. The results show that in the SSP5-8.5 scenario, up to 68% of urban coastal areas with high subsidence will be below the average sea level in 2050 without intervention. This spatiotemporal model achieved a flood prediction accuracy of 91.3% (based on spatial IoU) compared to historical tidal flood data from 2020–2024. In addition, the system allows for the evaluation of the impact of mitigation infrastructure such as the North Coast Sea Wall (NCICD). This study proves that the formulation of spatiotemporal models in Digital Twin provides a critical foundation. Additionally, the system enables the evaluation of the impact of mitigation infrastructure such as the North Coast Sea Wall (NCICD).

Abstract

This research was conducted with the objectives of testing and analyzing the influence of organizational culture on performance; and testing and analyzing the influence of human resource quality on performance; and testing and analyzing the influence of job satisfaction on performance; and testing and analyzing the simultaneous influence of these three variables on employee performance at the Makassar Branch Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and its Subordinate Branch Offices. This research used primary data with a sampling technique, namely the Total Sampling or Census method, through a survey of 90 employees working and assigned to the Makassar branch office and its subordinate branch offices. The survey was conducted from February 2026 to March 2026. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on performance; and Human Resource Quality has a positive and significant influence on Performance; and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Performance; Organizational Culture, Human Resource Quality, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on Performance; of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the Makassar Branch Office and its associated branch offices. Overall, the results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture, Human Resource Quality, and Job Satisfaction are important factors contributing to improving the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the Makassar Branch Office and its associated branch offices.
