This study aims to determine the effect of planning (X1), implementation and administration (X2) variables on accountability (Y). The object of this research is BUMDes in Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling with a total sample of 32 BUMDes. The results of the study prove that the planning (X1), implementation and administration (X2) variables for accountability (Y) are partially or simultaneously. This proves that in BUMDes management, planning and implementation as well as administration in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures will have an impact on optimal BUMDes management accountability. Abstract: This seminar is an activity related to pioneering company that nowday runs its business in the creative industries world through a growing digital business. The specific objectives of the research are to know the technical aspects of the work donational implementation, to determine the required human resource, to determine job specification and job description committee, to determine the criteria of the resource, motivate the working team in the organization, know the descriptive reports and financial reports of human and operational aspects, to find out the constraints that occur from the beginning of preparation to the implementation of the seminar, to find out how the solution of the constraints that occur from the beginning of preparation to the implementation of the seminar. The methods used in planning and organizing this seminar consist of project preparatory plans, project implementation plans, project completion plans and project reporting plans. The result of the research shows that the initial plan that is the determination of activity specification and job description and looking for experienced and expert source. In the implementation of motivation given the extrinsic motivation, intrinsic and needs continued run the agenda of the event. While the form of supervision that is preventive and repressive. Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of the application of business ethics conducted by mobile marketing reseller of basic fashion as customer purchase decision. The type of research is descriptive, The data were collected from 8 (eight) respondents and they were the mobile marketing principals through the interview processes. These results indicate that the reseller business fashion in general has been implementing business ethics. because the transaction was not occured by face to face but in online then business ethics which should be applied in mobile marketing from the perspective as the seller and the consumer are included contact person, responding to consumer curiosity, honest and responsible of reseller fashion, setting the price that corresponding market price, providing good service, providing a sense of satisfaction for consumers. While the form of the application of business ethics reseller fashion as consumers are: creating a purchase decision quickly, attitude response from consumers and fulfilling promises. Although the government has made various efforts to encourage the sustainable use of coastal and marine resources, utilization patterns that are damaging and threaten the sustainability of coastal and marine resources are still ongoing. This is due to the pressing of need for life, which is getting higher and higher. Development of mangrove ecotourism is one of the alternative development that can help overcome the problem. Utilization of mangrove ecosystem for the concept of tourism (ecotourism) in line with the change in the interest of tourists from old tourism as a new tourism. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of ecotourism and to determine ecotourism development strategy in Bengkalis Island. The research method used for data type is quantitative and qualitative data with data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection conducted through questioner, survey method, literature and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis used is using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the research show that the potential of mangrove ecotourism in Bengkalis Island that can be identified is located in Bengkalis, Bantan, Rupat, Bukit Batu, Siak Kecil and Bandar Laksamana subdistricts. Based on the processing of questionnaire data, the results obtained if consumer interest in mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island, is dominated by referential interest, where the respondents want that mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island is better known and in demand.

Abstract: The global crisis has resulted non performing loan (NPL) increased. The measurement of the banks non performing loan ratio is applicable to assess the composite rating of a bank, as the impact of the global crisis toward non performing loan of foreign exchange banks. This study aimed to determine whether there was significant difference between foreign exchange banks non- performing loan before and after the global crisis. The Bank’s non performing loans was measured by comparing the Non-Performing Loan to the total credit. The population of this study was 35 foreign exchange banks. The Hypothesis was tested by using Mann Whitney different test and Independent Sample T Test. The research of this study showed that non performing loan of foreign exchange banks before, during, and after global crisis did not have significant difference. Abstract: Based on SKKNI that one of the competency units that must be mastered by students, the students are able to operate computer accounting applications. This study was conducted to determine whether there are differences in learning results in computer accounting subjects between classes A, B and C. The Test used is Mann-Whiteney nonparametric test. The number of population in this research is 81 students of 3rd semester of D3 Program of Business Administration. The results of this study indicate that the learning achievements or the ability of students in the subject of computer accounting using MYOB between class A, class B and class C is no different. Differences of lecturers who teach computer accounting subjects in each class have no effect toward student learning achievements. Key Words: comparison, score, computer, accounting, students.

this study aims to identify the non- oil and gas economic sectors as key sectors to drive economic growth of Riau Province by analyzing the sectoral contribution in the economy of Riau Province based on its output contribution, intermediate demand, final demand and Gross Value Added This study uses Input Output approach, which is to aggregate Input Output Table of Riau Province 2010 into a 25x25 sector matrix. Results of the study show that the sectoral contribution analysis of Riau Province economy in 2010 based on the output contribution, intermediate demand, final demand and Gross Value Added found that the Riau Province economy is dominated by the Oil and Gas Mining sector. However, Food, Beverages and Tobacco Industry sector, trading sector, Pulp, Paper and printing Industry sector, forestry sector, as well as rubber sector are the key sectors of the Riau Province economy other than Oil and Gas sector.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in online shopping, determine the dominant factors and determine the lowest factor consumer behavior in shopping online during the covid-19 period in Bengkalis district. Method of collecting data is through a survey through a questionnaire instrument. Research questionnaires were presented to respondents through distributing online questionnaires on uploaded internet links, number of samples obtained was 100 respondents in total. The sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique, a type of snowball sampling. The results show that personal is the dominant factor while culture is the lowest factor influencing consumer behavior, where both of these factors are included in the high category. respondents who filled out the questionnaire to be able to help pass it on to other potential respondents. It is hoped that in the future this research can continue to be developed in accordance with the times.
