Abstract: The purpose of this research are to know how the application of promotion strategy at the department of cooperation small and mediun scaled- business   of   bengkalis   regency,   To   know   the   constraints   faced   in   the implementation of promotion strategy at the department of cooperation small and mediun scaled-business of bengkalis regency, To find solutions to what is done to deal with the obstacles in the implementation of promotion strategy at the department  of  cooperation  small  and  mediun  scaled-business  of  Bengkalis regency. the location of this thesis in the department of cooperation small and mediun scaled-business of (UMKM) Bengkalis regency. object of studyis taken from the department of cooperation small and mediun scaled-business of (UMKM) Bengkalis regency. This research  is Descriptive metodology, qualitative research studies. the implementation of (UMKM) promotion strategy of Bengkalis regency. Organize activities expo exhibition in several cities, Cooperate with the company / other agencies, Implement promotionl activities through the medium of television RTV Bengkalis, constraints facedthe implementation of promotion strategy at the department of cooperation Issue improper budget time, Time exhibition is not timely, solutions faced To Overcome Obstacles Inthe application of promotionstrategyDoing temporary loans to certain financial institutions, Lots of unexpected costs in the field, time is not timely exhibition.  Keywords : Promotion Strategy, Small and Mediun Scaled Business.

Abstract

Although the government has made various efforts to encourage the sustainable use of coastal and marine resources, utilization patterns that are damaging and threaten the sustainability of coastal and marine resources are still ongoing. This is due to the pressing of need for life, which is getting higher and higher. Development of mangrove ecotourism is one of the alternative development that can help overcome the problem. Utilization of mangrove ecosystem for the concept of tourism (ecotourism) in line with the change in the interest of tourists from old tourism as a new tourism. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of ecotourism and to determine ecotourism development strategy in Bengkalis Island. The research method used for data type is quantitative and qualitative data with data source in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection conducted through questioner, survey method, literature and documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis used is using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The results of the research show that the potential of mangrove ecotourism in Bengkalis Island that can be identified is located in Bengkalis, Bantan, Rupat, Bukit Batu, Siak Kecil and Bandar Laksamana subdistricts. Based on the processing of questionnaire data, the results obtained if consumer interest in mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island, is dominated by referential interest, where the respondents want that mangrove ecotourism on Bengkalis Island is better known and in demand.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas PMW, minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, dan besarnya pengaruh efektivitas PMW terhadap minat berwirausaha pada Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik probability sampling, yaitu Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi literatur.  Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Polbeng yang masih aktif yang berjumlah 1.825 mahasiswa sehingga mendapatkan sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas PMW Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dinyatakan telah berhasil meningkatkan softskill mahasiswa, adanya keterlibatan dalam kegiatan bisnis, dan menumbuhkan jiwa bisnis. Sedangkan minat berwirausaha mendapatkan persepsi sangat tinggi sebesar 4.64 adalah yaitu bangga jika dengan berwirausaha dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel efektivitas PMW terhadap variabel minat berwirausaha mahasiswa adalah sebesar 27,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dapat dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the students' interest in entrepreneurship, the most dominant interest in entrepreneurship among students, and the lowest interest in entrepreneurship among students of Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The population in this study were active students of Bengkalis State Polytechnic in 2019, with a sample size of 100 students, and the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The results showed that of the four indicators of entrepreneurial interest, namely feeling motivated, feeling interested, feeling happy, and having a desire to be entrepreneurial, the overall criteria are very high, the most dominant is feeling happy to be entrepreneurial with an average response of 4.64 , while the lowest was feeling motivated to become entrepreneurial with an average response rate of 4.21.

Abstract

Abstract : The purposes of this study were to analyze the influence of consumerattributes, brand awareness attributes, and brand image attributes simultaneously and partially on the brand equity of higher education institution inBengkalis, the effect of brand equity on the decision of choosing a highereducation institution in Bengkalis, and the indirect influence of consumerattributes, brand awareness attributes, dan brand image attributes throughbrand equity toward decision of choosing a higher education institution inBengkalis. The population in this study were all 2,819 active students enrolledat three higher education institutions located in Bengkalis Islands. Thesamples were 100 students with the sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The research data were analyzed usingpath analysis and processed using SPSS for Windows version 17. The result ofanalysis showed that the consumer attributes, brand awareness attributes, andbrand image attributes jointly affect the brand equity of higher education inBengkalis. Individually, There is also an influence of consumer attributes,brand awareness attributes, dan brand image attributes toward brand equity ofhigher education institution in Bengkalis. In addition, the results obtained alsoshowed that there was an influence of brand equity on the decision of choosinga higher education institution in Bengkalis, in which, the higher and the morethe quality of brand equity have will directly increase the consumer's decisionto choose a higher education institution and vice versa. Beside that, The resultof analysis also showed that the better and  higher the quality of brand equity,the better the influence of consumer attributes, brand awareness attributes, danbrand image attributes toward the decision of choosing a higher educationinstitution in Bengkalis.Keywords : Consumer Attributes, Brand Awareness Attributes, Brand ImageAttributes, Brand Equity, Decision Choice.

Abstract

The research was conducted to know the Business Plan And Production Cultivate of Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours, determine the marketing mix, and to know the solution constraints to be implemented on the business of Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours. There are four methods used in implementing part these are preparation plan, implement plan, completion plan and report plan. The preparation stage, the marketing dapartement first thing to do is capital preparation, market a product market survey, preparation of products to be marketed, determination of target, designing and making label until product packaging process. For the time the implementation of this project lasted for three month, starting from 14 march 2017 to 1 may 2017 which took place in the street SMAN 2 Air Putih Village Bengkalis, then subsequently marketed I the district Bengkalis like in outlet KADIN Bengkalis, Evan Swalayan, Mikro Market, Apollo, Swalayan 88 (Plaza Laksmana Bengkalis) and Pesona. Completion of the project Seaweed Crackers Various Flavours this have three variation price is Rp.2.000,-/wrap  for 20 grams, Rp.8.000,-/wrap for 80 grams and Rp.9.000,-/wrap for 100 grams. Project report consists of implementation report of project activities and financial report of project activities.

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship Development Program (PPK) is a community service program that aims to create new, independent entrepreneurs. PPK provides opportunities and opportunities for students and alumni of the Bengkalis State Polytechnic to utilize their expertise into business opportunities. The PPK has a positive impact in inspiring people to support the improvement of the campus entrepreneurial ecosystem. Students and alumni with skills that have economic value, are nurtured and prepared to become new entrepreneurs. Through the PPK, new entrepreneurs have been born in the fields of IT, animal husbandry, culinary, animation, creative economy, photogrammetry and geospatial information, MC services, printing, and drone services. The PPK is like a midwife for the birth of new and independent entrepreneurs in Bengkalis Regency.
