Abstract

Many companies often pay less attention to the health of their employees during the work, it can seen from the number of employees exposed to the risk of diseases or health problems in retirement due to the imbalance between the needs of body and energy consumption that can lead to decreased productivity, especially labor-intensive companies one of them on the CV. X. The purpose of this study is to calculate the number of calories needed healthy body for employees of transport workers to regulate the pattern of food intake of the right transport workers so that caloric needs can be met. Data is collected by interview, observation and documentation study. The results showed that the work performed by transport workers was 1.5 hours including heavy work, 5 hours of moderate work and 1.5 hours of rest with an average caloric needs of 1253,601 cal / 8 hours of work, the body will experience a lack of calories when they work more or less about 6.5% (106,8576 cal / 8jam) of food they have eaten daily, then improved the food menu with an average of 1284,013 cal / 8 hours, an increase of 9.63% with the ratio of work productivity from before the improvement of 73.99% to 74.81%, resulting in an increase of 0.81%, implying on the convenience of laborers

Abstract

Penguatan kapasitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi esensial bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) guna menghadapi tantangan pasar yang dinamis. Artikel ini menguraikan pendekatan praktis dan solusi berbasis komunitas dalam memperkuat kapasitas pengelolaan SDM di UMKM. Melalui tinjauan literatur, kami mengeksplorasi konsep penguatan kapasitas, pengelolaan SDM, dan peran komunitas dalam konteks UMKM. Ditemukan bahwa UMKM membutuhkan strategi yang terjangkau, relevan, dan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas SDM mereka. Pendekatan praktis berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap pengelola SDM, sementara solusi berbasis komunitas memanfaatkan kolaborasi antara UMKM, pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan organisasi non-pemerintah. Kerangka kerja ini memungkinkan UMKM untuk mengakses sumber daya dan mendapatkan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan potensi SDM mereka. Implikasi praktis dan arah penelitian masa depan dibahas untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penguatan kapasitas SDM bagi UMKM.

Abstract

PT Tirta Sukses Perkasa is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of plastic for packing CLUB mineral water products. Based on initial observations, this company experienced problems in controlling raw materials, thereby reducing cost effectiveness and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to control and determine the amount of raw materials that must be provided. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with 25 material populations. This study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 4 materials. Researchers here as research instruments that act as data collectors. The analysis method used is the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method with the help of QM for Windows V5 software. Based on the research results, the MPS forecasting method uses the Moving Averages technique, because it has smaller MAD, MSE and MAPE values compared to using the Exponential Smoothing method. The most optimal Lot sizing uses the Lot for lot technique compared to using the EOQ method because it has a lower total inventory cost.
