Abstract

Job satisfaction is a key element in creating a productive and motivating work environment. Satisfied employees tend to be more productive, creative, and loyal to their company. However, employee engagement, which includes employees' feelings that they have an important role in the organization, is also an important factor in achieving job satisfaction. Therefore, exploring the relationship between employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in manufacturing companies in Ambon is a very relevant research focus. This study is research with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data obtained from a survey process using a questionnaire, where the survey process was carried out online. The independent variable in this study is organizational commitment (Y). The dependent variables in this study are job satisfaction (X1), work characteristics (X2), organizational commitment (X3), turnover intentions (X4). There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement. There is a significant relationship between work characteristics and employee engagement. There is no significant relationship between employee involvement and turnover intentions. There is a significant relationship between employee involvement and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Perusahaan dituntut untuk menjadi yang terbaik dari yang terbaik agar dapat bertahan di era globalisasi yang penuh dengan persaingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisi pengaruh Beban kerja dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan atau Library Exploration. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengkaji literatur penelitian perbandingan teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effects of variable working hours, adversity quotient, and work motivation on Alfamidi employee performance in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. The study's sample consisted of 47 Alfamidi employees chosen at random. The data was analyzed using SPSS Multiple Regression analysis, which employed descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that work motivation, adversity quotient, and working hours significantly positively impacted Alfamidi Employee Performance in Nusaniwe District, Ambon City. The study's findings indicate that Alfamidi Employee Performance in Ambon City's Nusaniwe District will benefit from increased working hours, the adversity quotient, and work motivation. Keywords: Working Hours, Adversity Quotient, Work Motivation, Employee performance Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jam kerja, adversity quotient, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamidi di Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon. Sampel sebanyak 47 karyawan Alfamidi diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda SPSS, yang menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, adversity quotient, dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Alfamidi di Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan jam kerja, adversity quotient, dan motivasi kerja akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Alfamidi di Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon. Abstract

The importance of education and training for employees in any institution lies in the fact that an employee or staff member must contribute their best to the organization. Education and training are provided to each employee to maintain their competence. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of education and training on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating factor. The research was conducted at the Wokam Village Office, Kepulauan Aru District, using a saturated sampling technique, with a total sample of 30 individuals. The data analysis method used was Path Analysis. The results of the study demonstrate that education has a significant impact on employee performance. Training significantly affects employee performance. Education significantly influences work motivation. Training significantly impacts employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Education significantly affects employee performance when mediated by work motivation. Training significantly affects employee performance when mediated by work motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource quality, job placement and competency on the performance of PP Aru District Regional Secretariat employees. The sample in this research was 58 employees of the Regional Secretariat of PP Aru Regency, using a sampling technique, namely the probability sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS Ver.22.00 test tool. The results of this research show that developing human resource capacity, work placement and competency has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Aru district regional secretariat employees.

Abstract

In today's era where technological advances and accelerated transformation require humans to have a mindset that can think critically and creatively in facing life's challenges. This acceleration shapes the character of each person. This character determines a person's decision in making decisions. The phenomenon that occurs is that the characteristics of students in determining decisions in their lectures are different. Not a little influence on the student's lecture period. This research was conducted on 50 Industrial Engineering Students Class of 2020 Pattimura University Ambon. Sampling in this study was carried out using saturated sampling techniques. then a questionnaire was made through a Google Form as many as 20 statements which were then processed using SPSS Software. This result is known by looking at the value of the partial test, of independent variables (Growth Mindset, Fixed Mindset, Self Efficacy) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Grit Academic).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader behavior and employee empowerment on employee performance mediated by work motivation. Sampling in this study used a sample of 56 respondents. The data collection method used was interviews and questionnaires. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The variables analyzed in this study are Leader Behavior, Employee Empowerment, Employee Performance and Work Motivation. The results of the study indicate that there are variables that have a significant effect, namely. Leader behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance, performance empowerment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, leader behavior has a significant effect on Work Motivation, employee empowerment has a significant effect on Work Motivation, Work Motivation has an effect on employee performance, leader behavior has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by Work Motivation, employee empowerment has a significant effect on Employee performance, which is mediated by Work Motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji adanya pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung antara variabel Komitmen Organisasional (X1), Remunerasi (X2), Motivasi Diri (Z) variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja dosen tetap Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pattimura. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitati dan kuantitatif, sumber data adalah data primer yang yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber utama atau objek yang menjadi fokus penelitian, dan data sekunder data tambahan yang sumber datanya diperoleh dari dokumen atau data pada Sub Bagian Keuangan dan Kepegawaian Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pattimura dan penelusuran referensi penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Populasi yang digunakan adalah dosen tetap Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pattimura sebanyak 111 orang, dengan sampel 88 orang. Teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4, mulai dari pengukuran outer model yaitu Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity dan Composite Reliability. Analisis data diawali dengan membangun model struktural, kemudian uji validitas dan reliabilitas model pengukuran (outer model), uji signifikan hubungan antar variabel (inner model). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara langsung ada pengaruh positif komitmen organisasional terhadap motivasi diri dosen, remunerasi terhadap motivasi diri dosen, komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja dosen, secara langsung ada tidak ada pengaruh remunerasi terhadap kinerja dosen, tidak ada pengaruh motivasi diri terhadap kinerja dosen. Secara tidak langsung, tidak terdapat pengaruh komitmen organisasional secara positif terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi diri, dan tidak ada pengaruh secara positif remunerasi terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi diri dosen tetap Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pattimura.

Abstract

The statistics training using the SPSS application in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pattimura aims to enhance students' understanding and skills in analyzing quantitative research data. In today’s era of technological advancement, proficiency in statistics and its applications is crucial for students to produce competent and high-quality research. This training involved 22 students and was conducted in the Marketing and Business Laboratory through lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice. The speaker, a lecturer from La Trobe University, Australia, provided insights into using SPSS for both descriptive and inferential data analysis. The step-by-step application of SPSS for descriptive and inferential statistics was demonstrated with practical examples, making it easier for students to understand.
