Abstract

AbstractNowadays, employee performance is a determinant of success in a particular industry, company, or organization, if the employee performance is good, then good also the results received, but if bad, it will be poorly received results are not optimal, one of the industries that often find the problem of employee performance is less than the maximum is the hospitality industry, where service becomes the aspect of work, where the performance of employees will affect the services provided to hotel guests, and also affect the hotel guest satisfaction. The author determines the most appropriate Section Front Desk Agent, because the scope of service is very broad, and often problematic to the services provided because the performance of Front Desk Agent is not maximal which makes the guests feel dissatisfied, so the authors do this study aims to determine whether the performance Front Desk Agent has a significant and positive influence on hotel guest satisfaction, where the authors determine the exact location of research because there is an appropriate problem in the hotel Allium Nagoya Batam, in this study the authors use descriptive method Verifikatif to determine the influence, while the population of this study is the hotel guests and took a sample of 50 guests, and collected data from several samples with questionnaires distributed. Based on the results of the data processing questionnaire, which uses a simple linear regression analysis that with the addition of 1% X will increase the satisfaction value = 0.731, and the performance of the Front Desk Agent at the Nagoya Allium Batam hotel has a positive effect on guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian Indonesia. Koperasi adalah badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-seorang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskan kegiatannya berdasar prinsip koperasi, sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat atas asas kekeluargaan. Azas kekeluargaan menjadi kata kunci di dalam Pasal 33 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan di Pasal 1 UU Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. SAK ETAP atau Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik merupakan standar yang diterapkan untuk entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik. Pelaporan keuangan koperasi mengikuti prosedur dan standar SAK ETAP. Pelaporan keuangan berupa Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Perubahan Ekuitas, Laporan Arus Kas, dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam PGRI Ranting I Pondok Ranji secara umum sudah menyajikan komponen laporan keuangan yang mendekati klasifikasi dari SAK ETAP, hanya masih butuh penyesuaian dan pemahaman yang lebih mengenai penyajian dan pelaporan yang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP.

Abstract

The government through the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), since February 2015 has issued an application or information system called DJP ONLINE to make it easier for taxpayers to carry out their tax obligations. To find out whether the DJP Online information system is running as it should, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the information system. The level of user satisfaction is expected to increase taxpayer compliance in paying taxes. This research is a quantitative study that wants to analyze the effect of using an online tax application system on the satisfaction level of individual taxpayers. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method, namely taxpayers who work as employees at PT.Enerren Technologies. The research was conducted using a survey method. as well as linear regression analysis. The results of the T-test in the study show that the online tax application system has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer satisfaction.Pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jendral Pajak (DJP), sejak  bulan Februari tahun 2015 telah mengeluarkan sebuah aplikasi atau sistem informasi  yang bernama DJP ONLINE untuk memudahkan para wajib pajak untuk melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya.  Untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi DJP Online berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, maka diperlukan proses evaluasi terhadap kinerja dari sistem informasi tersebut. Tingkat kepuasan pemakai diharapkan akan meningkatkan kepatuhan WP dalam membayar pajak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang ingin menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan sistem aplikasi pajak online  terhadap tingkat kepuasan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi. Penentuan sample penelitian dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu Wajib pajak yang bekerja sebagai karyawan di PT.Enerren Technologies. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. serta analisis regresi linear. Hasil Uji T dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem aplikasi pajak online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan Wajib Orang Pribadi. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk evaluasi dan pengembangan sistem informasi DJP Online berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of land clearing on CO2 carbon production due to forest fires that often occur in Riau Province in 2018-2019, and to analyze the opportunities for forest fires to occur in Riau Province using available data. The results of the logistic regression show that forest fires are more likely to occur in peaty forests even though in reality the soil is not peaty in Riau. Land clearing causes the emission of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas into the atmosphere, including the conversion of forests to small-scale agriculture. The aim of the study was to measure CO2 emissions from an economic perspective due to land clearing for plantations by regional domestic product companies (GRDP), such as rubber plantations (Hevea brasiliensis) aged 8-10 years, oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) plantations aged 5-6 years. , and ginger (Zingiber officinale) aged 0-6 months. The conversion of HRG was originally intended to obtain economic benefits in the form of an increase in the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) of the plantation sector. However, these efforts have also led to the loss of the benefits of HRG environmental services. This paper is intended to provide an overview of the economic value of the lost environmental services as a result of the conversion and degradation of HRG Riau and its impact on sustainable development and to consider the potential for restoration as an effort towards sustainable economic development. The results showed that CO2 from the opening had a contribution to increase the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere. Carbon control from small-scale agriculture on peatlands makes an important contribution to achieving the target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions from the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much the factors studied are able to influence hotel revenue from rooms that have been handled by room attendants and carried out promotions, as well as to determine the most dominant factor influencing hotel income at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam. The data analysis method used in this analysis is multiple linear regression coefficients. The variables studied that affect hotel income at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam are room cleanliness, room rates, promotion costs, and the number of rooms. This study uses interview and observation methods in obtaining data, while the data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the data analysis conducted, it turns out that the cleanliness of the rooms and the number of rooms are the most dominant factors influencing hotel revenue. The room rate and promotion cost factors are not as dominant as the room cleanliness factor and the number of rooms but together they are able to influence hotel revenue which has been proven through the F test using the SPSS program. The results of this study turned out that at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam the number of rooms is the most dominating thing for existing room revenue.Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor yang diteliti mampu mempengaruhui pendapatan hotel berasal dari kamar yang sudah ditangani oleh room attendant dan dijalankan promosi, serta menentukan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah koefesien  regresi linier berganda. Variable-variabel yang diteliti yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan hotel pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam adalah  kebersihan kamar, tarif kamar, biaya promosi dan jumlah kamar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode interview dan observasi dalam memperoleh data, sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, ternyata faktor kebersihan kamar dan jumlah kamar merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel. Faktor tarif kamar dan biaya promosi tidak dominan seperti faktor kebersihan kamar dan jumlah kamar tapi secara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi pendapatan hotel yang telah dibuktikan melalui uji F dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini ternyata pada Pasific Palace Hotel Batam jumlah kamar merupakan  hal yang paling mendominasi pendapatan kamar yang ada.

Abstract

The use of the internet has become part of the lifestyle of modern society, especially for those who are used to smartphone, tablet, computer, and laptop technology. Mass media such as TV, radio, newspapers, and billboards are good to attract local buyers while internet media can attract global consumers from various countries. The use of the internet as a digital medium for promotion and marketing, such as the web and social media, should receive significant attention from MSME business actors. Digital media as a marketing tool for a product or service is an effective marketing strategy because it can reach consumers in a timely, personal, and relevant manner. This activity took the form of outreach for SMEs in the Jombang Region and Pamulang Estate, South Tangerang. The activity was carried out in a panel discussion at the Pamulang University Campus. Through this activity, MSMEs in the Jombang and Pamulang Estate areas that still use manual strategies, product packaging that is still simple, product marketing is still traditional, product marketing still covers a limited area and there is no product promotion will have the insight to take advantage of digital technology while applying this insight so that business can grow better.Penggunaan internet telah menjadi bagian dalam gaya hidup masyarakat modern, terutama bagi mereka yang sudah terbiasa dengan teknologi smartphone, tablet, komputer dan laptop. Media massa seperti tv, radio, surat kabar dan baliho hanya mampu menarik konsumen lokal sedangkan media internet mampu menaik konsumen global dari berbagai negara. Pemanfaatan internet sebagai media digital dalam rangka promosi dan pemasaran seperti web dan media sosial seharusnya mendapatkan perharian penting bagi para pelaku usaha UMKM. Media digital sebagai alat pemasaran suatu produk atau jasa merupakan salah satu strategi marketing yang efektif karena dapat menjangkau konsumen secara tepat waktu, pribadi dan relevan. Kegiatan ini berbentuk sosialisasi yang dilakukan untuk UMKM di wilayah Jombang dan Pamulang Estate Tangerang Selatan. Kegiatan dilakukan secara panel diskusi yang bertempat di Kampus Universitas Pamulang. Melalui kegiatan ini UMKM di wilayah Jombang dan Pamulang Estate yang masih menggunakan strategi manual, kemasan produk yang masih sederhana, pemasaran produk masih tradisional, pemasaran produk masih mencakup wilayah terbatas dan belum adanya promosi produk akan memiliki wawasan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital sekaligus menerapkan wawasan tersebut agar usahanya dapat berkembang lebih baik.
