Abstract

The use of technology in the era of the COVID-19 virus is increasingly demanded to be used throughout the world. The impact of changes that are seen very clearly in this era of covid 19 is in the field of education. Where previously the education system was still running normally with face to face, turned into distance learning (online). To support distance learning, a technology in the field of education is needed, one of which is a learning management system (LMS) such as e-learning that can be used in these conditions. SMA Nahdhotul Islam Sri Tiga is an official high school education, this school has quite qualified learning and educational facilities such as a computer lab and a fairly good internet connection. However, even in this era of covid 19, the teaching and learning process activities used in online learning are not optimal. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an e-learning system is designed that can assist in the distance learning process at SMA Nahdhotul Islam Sri Tiga more effectively and make it easier for teachers to distribute materials and students to receive materials. The system development method used for the design is the Prototype method. The prototype method is one of the new methods in the cycle of information system development, not only from existing information system development methods, but also as a flow in system development where system development and users can experiment from the initial development process. In the prototype method there are 3 stages in system development, namely the communication stage, the design stage and the testing stage.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin di capai dari di laksanakan Pelatihan Komputer atau aplikasi dalam komputer bagi karang taruna,siswa atau remaja di Desa Rambutan,Kecamatan Rambutan,Kabupaten Banyuasin ini adalah:Mengenalkan Kepada karang tarun,siswa dan remaja Desa Rambutan Pelatihan Dasar Komputer pentingnya penguasaan Teknologi Komputer saat ini serta mengajarkan bagaimana menggunakan aplikasi di dalam Komputer yang dapat di gunakan untuk Belajar.Metode yang di guanakan pada kegiatan ini adalah Pelatihan Dasar Komputer Bagi karang taruna dan remaja,siswa di Desa Rambutan penyampaian Materi dan Pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi pada Komputer.Hasil dari Kegeiatan ini adalah memberikan implikasi wawasan kepada karang taruna,siswa dan remaja Desa Rambutan tentang Dasar Komputer dan aplikasi di dalam Komputer,Kegiatan ini di laksanakan secara Offline sehingga karang taruna dan remaja Desa Rambutan dapat mengikuti Pelatihan Dasar Komputer.Hal ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang di lakukan sebelum dan setelah di adakanya kegiatan Pelatihan Dsar Komputer.Dimana terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan sebelum dan setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pelatihan Dasar Komputer.

Abstract

Salah satu dampak yang paling menonjol dari penggunaan teknologi informasi yaitu pada bidang marketing, dimana marketing pada saat ini telah banyak yang beralih pada dunia digital seperti menggunakan Whatapp, Instagram, Tiktok dan lain-lain. Dalam melakukan promosi penjualan, masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan media digital Marketing. Masyarakat sudah banyak yang mulai beralih ke pemasaran modern dan berangsur-angsur meninggalkan cara pemasaran yang tradisional. Pelatihan Digital Marketing ini kami lakukan secara daring melalui zoom meeting pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan semua peserta sangat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikutinya. Diharapkan dengan pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi dapat lebih memanfaatkan teknologi dengan tepat dan benar serta memanfaatkannya lebih ke arah positif.

Abstract

Activities that provide activity records and documentation of existing activities in state institutions and companies will result in correspondence management activities that are archived into documents. Archives play a crucial role in state institutions and companies because they are a source of news. The purpose of archiving is an archive that is combined into a source of information that requires fast time to deliver the required information. The purpose of developing this letter archiving application is to provide web-based mail archiving which consists of the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail and making more efficient and effective mail management reports. Extreme Programming is the technique used. The research results are presented in a web-based application that makes it easier to archive and search for information sources that are more effective, efficient, and up-to-date than the previous system. It also features archive recording and correspondence filing notifications for information retrieval and correspondence reporting.

Abstract

The need for data maintenance is very large, especially for data that is very important, but sometimes in searching for data there are several obstacles. Some of them were errors in writing the search text, which caused the search for data to take a lot of time and even made the data not found. Several data search methods, namely KMP and Leveshtein, have their own advantages. In this study the author aims to make a comparison between the KMP and Levenshtein methods using the Experimental research method, to find out the results of which data search method works and the search process is faster, in order to provide benefits for users to make it easier to search data. The results of the study show that the performance of the Levenshtein algorithm is superior compared to the Knuth Morris Pratt algorithm, with the result that the speed and accuracy in searching for member data is 0.022 for the average search algorithm for Knuth Morris Pratt and 0.02 for the average search algorithm. levenshtein.

Abstract

Seeing the rapid development of the internet, digital marketing occupies a very strategic position as a mainstream marketing medium. One of them is for branding and marketing a product through social media. This activity aims to add insight to MTS Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya students to become young entrepreneurs who have digital marketing soft skills to support marketing their products online. The results of this training show that 80% of the participants have understood digital marketing and the use of social media.

Abstract

Information regarding online patient registration is urgently needed by the people of Palembang City. But in reality, there are still many registrations that have not done online registration at clinics and hospitals. So we need an application that makes it easier for people to register online. The author chose the Talang Kelapa Clinic as a place that needs to register online so that people can easily register at the Talang Kelapa Clinic. The implementation of the application uses the Multilevel Queue (MLQ) Method. This method is the basic idea of an algorithm based on a process priority system. So, each process can be grouped based on priority. The use of appropriate and varied applications in the online registration process can make it easier to register online and can reduce the attitude of users who have to register manually.

Abstract

Aplikasi Shopee adalah platform e-commerce yang populer dan diandalkan di Asia Tenggara terkhususnya di Indonesia, dari beberapa pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan memiliki beragam fitur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketergunaan dan kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Shopee dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode yang digunakan ini melibatkan penggunaan pertanyaan khusus kepada partisipan dan skala Likert untuk mengukur respons mereka. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan aplikasi ialah faktor yang mana dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas dari informasi, fitur, dan kelengkapan halaman penjual dan pembeli mendapatkan skor tinggi, menunjukkan bahwa pengguna puas dengan fitur dan layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi Shopee. Peningkatan kecepatan aplikasi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna, sementara kualitas informasi, fitur, dan kelengkapan halaman penjual dan pembeli sudah memuaskan dan Aplikasi Shopee secara keseluruhan dapat diterima.

Abstract

DANA application is a digital wallet platform designed to make transaction possible in a non-cash manner, whether online or offline. This study was used to determine the lvl of UI/UX usability in the DANA application using the System Usability Scale Method. The results in the DANA application obtained an average score of 72,41 with grade “B” which stated that the DANA application was in the “Excellet” category, and had acceptable ranges in the “High” category, which was caused by the small number of responses to odd questions on the questionnaire stating the application DANA is easy to use, while the even questions on the questionnaire state that the DANA application is difficult to use. So that the DANA application needs to improve the function of using the DANA application and make the application display easier to understand.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan dokumen penting yang berisi catatan keuangan perusahaan baik transaksi maupun kas. Pembuatan laporan keuangan perusahaan dilakukan dalam periode tertentu. tujuan laporan keuangan yaitu untuk memberikan informasi mengenai posisi keuangan, kinerja keuangan, dan arus kas. Pelatian ini dilakukan untuk menambah pengetahuan bagi siswa dan siswi SMK Pertiwi Prabumulih agar mereka lebih paham akan pentingnya Laporan Keuangan dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis atau usaha. Pelatihan ini hanya membahas laporan keuangan mengenai penyusunan jurnal umum, laporan rugi laba dan neraca saldo dan mempraktekkannya menggunakan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, persiapan teknis, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan dengan dilakukannya pelatihan ini siswa dan siswi mendapat pengetahuan mengenai akuntansi, laporan keuangan mulai dari jurnal umum sampai neraca saldo dan siswa-siswi pun dapat mengoperasikan komputer dan mempraktekkan laporan keuangan tersebut mengunakan Ms. Excel.
