Abstract

Salah satu program pemerintah dalam usaha menurunkan angka kemiskinan terutama dalam hal kecukupan pangan adalah dengan memberikan bantuan beras bersubsidi. Selama ini proses yang terjadi dalam pendistribusian beras  bersubsidi menemui banyak permasalahan. Permasalahan yang paling sering adalah  distribusi  beras  bersubsidi  yang  tidak  tepat  sasaran.  Distribusi    beras  bersubsidi  ya ng  telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah saat ini belum tepat sasaran sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam Program Pemerintah ini. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pengawasan dalam pendistribusiannya. Progam Pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan Rumah Tangga Miskin dapat dicapai jika pendistribusian beras bersubsidi tepat sasaran yaitu  diberikan pada  Rumah Tangga Miskin. Proses yang berjalan dalam pendistribusian beras bersubsidi saat ini belum memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi,    hanya dilakukan  melalui catatan survey yang  diberikan dari perangkat  daerah terendah ke perangkat daerah tingkat yang lebih tinggi.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang dapat membantu mendistribusikan beras bersubsidi sehingga tepat sasaran serta mensimulasikan perhitungan dalam menentukan penerima beras bersubsidi  dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy  Simple  Additive  Weighting  (SAW)  yaitu  salah  satu  Metode  Penunjang  Keputusan  dengan melakukan Penjumlahan Terbobot. Metode SAW membutuhkan proses normalisasi matrik keputusan ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil dari perancangan sistem penunjang keputusan dan simulasi perhitungan dalam pendistribusian beras bersubsidi ini menjadi dasar bagi pihak terkait untuk menentukan penerima beras bersubsidi.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu tujuan dari bidang pelayanan adalah memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan baik instansi pemerintah maupun swasta saat ini tengah berlomba untuk meningkatkan pelayanan agar lebih berdaya guna dan berhasil guna melalui berbagai cara, salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi ke dalam sistem pelayanan mengingat kemajuan teknologi informasi ini dapat menuntun manusia kedalam cara kerja dan berpikir yang lebih cepat dan efisien. Penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada SAMSAT Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dalam bentuk rancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Samsat Online. Adapun subsistem yang akan dikembangkan melalui Sistem Informasi SAMSAT online se-Sumatera Selatan yang meliputi rancangan integrasi data dan sistem berbasis e-SAMSAT yang bekerja sama dengan bank, rancangan integrasi SIM SAMSAT dengan SIM BPKB (SIKB), dan rancangan Samsat self services berbasis KIOSK.Kata kunci: SIM, samsat online, integrasi

Abstract

SMPN 4 Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency is one of the junior high schools that was only established in 2019. Currently, most academic administrative activities are still carried out manually such as student data, teacher data, grades data, and attendance data are still in the form of archives, making it difficult to search for data. Based on this, it can be concluded that SMP Negeri 4 Rambutan requires a website-based academic sistem that can solve the problem, besides that training and assistance to the academic community is also needed. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the delivery of materials, training and mentoring. The purpose of this activity is to make it easier for all academics in carrying out the teaching and learning process every day

Abstract

In an effort to reduce the mortality rate due to infection in infants, immunization activities are carried out. Implementation of immunization, namely through Integrated Service Posts. In the current system, child immunization data is recorded on the KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) that parents bring to the immunization program. The card is prone to missing, which causes parents to not have their child's immunization history data. The existence of a computerized application can help the health service process to be faster and provide valid and up to date data. Immunization data monitoring application is an application that was built to help organize the data into information needed to support routine monitoring activities at the public health center of Pembina. The design of this application uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method that can produce systems quickly and directly involve the user in the application development process. This research resulted in an immunization data monitoring application intended for parents and officers of the Integrated Service Post at public health center.

Abstract

Kelurahan 16 Ulu is one of the areas in the city of Palembang which has an area of 475 Ha and consists of several RT. Citizen data collection is the main task of a RT head. The process of managing citizen data by the head of the RT at Kelurahan 16 ulu is still using manualmethod so to get and search information about citizen spread point and data mapping cost a lot of time cause the data still in family card, and the data not yet in mapping state. To solve this problem, it needs visually show the mapping based on Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS is able to manage data that have spatial references for purposes related to mapping and planning. The resulting mapping visualization is in the form of E-government based on GIS. So that it can help to find out the citizen spread point and improve effectiveness and performance in service to the citizen.

Abstract

The archiving process at the Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Palembang was still manual, where archive officers must prepare storage areas, sort and classify archives, put files into folders, and create archival data. The increasing number of archives and piling up in storage space makes searching for archives difficult and takes a long time in the process of searching for the required archives. The purpose of this research is to improve the existing system by designing a web-based archiving digitization application. In this research, the system development stage uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with an application development framework using CodeIgniter. Based on the test results using the blackbox testing method, the system can display information on the decision archives graphically, the archive search process quickly, downloads the decision archive documents digitally, digital documents that have been separated by archive type and archive year, so it can be concluded that the archival information system with the application of information technology can facilitate work in processing, storing, reporting to obtain information and can then be used for decision making.

Abstract

Sumber Baja is a trading company engaged in used goods such as cans, iron, and junk which will be sent to the client. At the time of delivery the company is still making notes in the book to make a report on the delivery of goods. This system is intended for the design of sales monitoring applications that can assist in making reports on goods that have been sent to the client. Because it has several obstacles in using the system which is still recorded in the book. So the process of making reports takes a long time because of searching for data in the books, making file and document storage increasing which makes it difficult to find old data, and data loss often occurs which can make company leaders not know whether the goods sent were appropriate or not when sent. . research aims to create a sales monitoring information system on CV. Sumber Baja Palembang, so that it can help admins in making reports on sales of goods and making it easier to search for new or old data and avoid data loss. The system design technique used is the agile method and the implementation of this research uses the PHP programming language and the MYSQL database. The results of the study are expected to help admins store data on goods that have been sent and help make reports to find out the difference between goods.

Abstract

Pada project ini penulis memegang tanggung jawab menyelesaikan Project Share Ur Book dimana website tersebut terdapat terdapat menu Home Page, Detail Book Page, Favorite Book Page. Pembuatan website Front-End Web ini dibuat menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan Node.js, dan di desain menggunakan framework Bootstrap. Pengerjaannya dilakukan dengan menerapkan materi yang diajarkan oleh Dicoding seperti Mobile First Approach, PWA, dan lain-lain. Hasil dari pembuatan proyek ini adalah sebuah Front-End Web yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan list buku sebagai referensi bagi user. Misi dari project penulis supaya bisa bermanfaat untuk para literasi buku agar mereka mudah menemukan rekomendasi buku bacaan. website ini dapat memposting review buku user, mencari rekomendasi buku, membaca review buku dari user lain, dan memberikan tanggapan terhadap review user lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) yang bermanfaat sebagai wadah dalam mencari rekomendasi buku dan juga referensi buku sebagai bahan bacaan.

Abstract

Learning media is a tool used by teachers to convey subject matter to students or media used by students to deliver assignments given by the teacher. In this training activity, computer-based learning media were introduced for presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, which students of SMP Patra Mandiri 2 Palembang could use to present assignments given by the teacher to the front of the class with attractive shapes and appearances. Community Service Activities (PKM) in the form of training are carried out for two days, in which students are required to be able to make presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and present the material they made in front of the computer laboratory room. This activity is carried out in direct and interactive practice, where students directly practice the material provided by the PKM Team, and students can also have direct discussions with the PKM Team. Before implementing the training activities, students were given a written knowledge test to determine the level of students' understanding of the training material to be delivered. Only 20% of the student participants often made materials using Microsoft PowerPoint. After two days of implementing this training activity, an evaluation was carried out regarding the knowledge and abilities of the student participants in creating and presenting material using Microsoft PowerPoint. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that all student participants have succeeded in making presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and some student participants are also able to present the material in front of the class

Abstract

The health was everyone's dream, so the sport is an alternative to be able to maintain physical fitness. Not everyone has the space and ability to have the sports equipment they want, so sports field rentals are an attractive business to do. The problem that occurs is that sports field rentals are not managed optimally, in addition to manual transactions it is also difficult to get information about empty field schedules, how much is the cost of field rental, how to find out the location and facilities provided by sports field tenants. The purpose of this research is to apply the extreme programming (XP) method to build a web-based meeting system between owners and tenants of sports fields to make it easier for users and managers of sports fields to interact directly with optimally. Based on the application of the XP method on the information system that was built, it really helped researchers in developing a system quickly and responsively to changes so that the system built, which was named SIPELA, could make it easier for sports field rental users to choose and determine which field rental suits their needs. admin staff can carry out administrative management activities quickly and easily and business owners can monitor and make decisions on all their business activities with better broad access.
