Abstract

Bakery is a place frequented by people as a place to buy bread to be given as a gift or food. The number of bakeries that are open in Pematangsiantar city makes consumers confused and need accurate information to decide to visit a bakery that suits their needs. Moreover, every bakery provides and offers their best products to consumers. The method used in decision making is the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) because SMART is a method in making multi-attribute decisions. This system can provide recommendations for bakeries that are in accordance with the expectations of consumers to be considered in choosing the right bakery, especially in pematangsiantar city where there are 5 bakeries namely: Double (A1), Aroma (A2), Francebakery (A3), Valetine ( A4) and My darling (A5). In this study there are 5 criteria that support the research objectives, namely: service (C1), texture (C2), taste (C3), price (C4) and location (C5). The research data was obtained by interviewing and giving questionnaires / questionnaires to 250 consumers. The results of the questionnaire were processed and calculated using the SMART method. Based on the results of the study, it is obtained double (A1) first rank with the final value of 0.8835, francebakery (A3) second rank with the final value of 0.5530 and my dear (A5) ranked third with the final value of 0.45. It is hoped that this research can provide input to consumers in recommending and choosing the best bakery in Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Supplier adalah pihak individu ataupun perusahaan yang menjual atau memasok sumber daya dalam bentuk bahan baku kepada pihak lain , baik divide ataupun perusahaan untuk diolah menjadi barang atau jasa tertentu. Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process atau biasa disingkat AHP merupakan model pengambilan keputusan yang terstruktur dan komprehensif dengan perhitungannya lebih cepat. Metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process atau AHP meliputi proses penilaian kinerja yang dimulai dengan penilaian kriteria untuk mengetahui nilai kepentingan masing-masing indikator, kemudian indikator yang dapat menghasilkan nilai alternatif untuk mengetahui nilai tertinggi dari alternatif yang ada. AHP dapat memberi dan memecahkan permasalahan yang kompleks, rumit dan tidak terstruktur ke dalam bagian-bagian komponennya, menyusun varibel pada susunan hirarki. Memperoleh nilai pada pertimbangan subyektif mengenai pentingnya peranan setiap variable dalam mengeksistensikan berbagai pertimbangan untuk menetapkan variable mana yang memiliki prioritas paling utama dan bertindak untuk mempengaruhi pada pemilihan supplier Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process penilaian kinerja guru dengan nilai tertinggi pada PT Kary Indomas Elok adalah PT Hilon. Di dapat hasil akhir bahwa PT Hilon lebih unggul dengan nilai 0,671553 prioritas kedua diperoleh oleh PT Kemilau dengan nilai 0,234403 dan prioritas terendah diperoleh PT Acuan dengan nilai 0,094045.

Abstract

ENHANCING USER CREATIVITY WITH MS-WORD AND CANOFILE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF MASS LETTER DOCUMENTS FOR TEENAGE TEACHERS AND SANTRI OF TPQ NURUL HUDA SUNTER MUARA, JAKARTA UTARA. The conditions that are seen today, many small agencies at this time so easily become worse because of data processing constraints that are not or have not yet adapted to technological advances resulting in very rapid setbacks, because they are unable to keep up with technological trends. even middle and upper agencies can experience the same thing that will experience a downturn. Thus the implementation of this community service provides solutions for small institutions such as TPQ Nurul Huda Sunter Muara to be able to adjust to wrestling about computer technology, especially in word and database Canofile applications. Starting from the results of the free test process, it was seen that on average many did not know it, after going through this training process with high enthusiasm and enthusiasm, participants were asked to return to fill in the instrumentation in the form of a questionnaire as a barometer post test and the results were processed using the Direct Rating Method, which is processed mathematically, by using five variables and ten indicator questions. The results obtained and processed using a combination of these two applications, given good results seen from the graphic display with an average weight is 4.61 and 76.93. Thus, through computer training activities which are bridged in the form of community service, it can be said that there is an increase in good learning outcomes, although there are still psychomotor variables that must be improved, so that these psychomotor variables require routine and continuous treatment.

Abstract

TRAINING ON MAKING PRESENTATION MATERIALS USING POWERPOINT FOR SECRETARIAT STAFF OF KEBON BAWANG VILLAGE, TANJUNG PRIOK, NORTH JAKARTA. The delivery of presentation materials is widely used in terms of material delivery activities in the form of an attractive appearance. In the alignment of the secretariat of Kebon Bawang Village, Tanjung Periuk, North Jakarta really needs a presentation application in the form of a Powerpoint to handle all forms of activities in the delivery of material to the community in Kebon Bawang Village and other activities. secretarial activities. This activity is used as a form of Higher Education Tridharma for Lecturers and Students of the Nusa Mandiri University Campus. The form of this activity is in the form of counseling by providing guidance to participants who are guided directly online by the Tutor Team via a zoom meeting regarding online Powerpoint materials for basic understanding of the material. The purpose of this training is to provide learning to the secretarial staff of the Kobon Bawang Village and to create professional users of the Powerpoint application for secretarial staff in preparing presentation materials in Kebon Bawang village environment for secretarial staff. The results of the activities that can be felt by the training participants are measured by the direct ranking method and get a total value of 59.92 with the predicate is "good" value which is carried out based on the instrumentation in the form of a pretest and posttest questionnaire for secretarial staff participants who participated in the app learning training of Powerpoint.

Abstract

The industrial world in the era of generation 4.0 needs personnel related to human resources who can handle crucial problems, especially in terms of data digitalization. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the supporting criteria that can be used as a measure of programmer selection for the needs of the industrial world which can provide optimal decisions and pay attention to the use of multi-criteria that have different quantitative assessments such as criteria related to contradictory times in its application. The problem, in the industrial world, does not only require speed alone but requires professional staff who can transform into digital technology, digitalization technology is needed in terms of the data conversion and transferring process, so a programmer has an important role in changing favorable conditions because it requires a selection process to get the best professional from several programmers. The method that can be used in multi-criteria decision-making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and elimination et choix traduisant la realite (ELECTRE) methods in the concept of elimination. This method is part of the MCDM, which uses eight criteria in the selection and evaluation process. The results obtained from several selected programmers produce several professionally selected people, and can be used as an optimal benchmark for the programmer selection and evaluation process with a long preference index stage through the elimination process, this provides evidence that the selection and evaluation process can determine decision making which is optimal for a select number of programmers that only a few have through the aggregate dominant matrices.

Abstract

EMPOWERING VILLAGE COMMUNITIES THROUGH OPENING LTE/4G-BASED INTERNET ACCESS AND DISSEMINATING WISE INTERNET UTILIZATION IN BALEKAMBANG VILLAGE, JONGGOL DISTRICT, BOGOR REGENCY, WEST JAVA. Balekambang Village is a village located in Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. The name Balekambang comes from the words Bale and Kambang/Ngambang. Bale means a place or building that is in the water and Kambang or Ngambang. So Balekambang is a building in the middle of water or swamp. It is planned that this sub-district will join the East Bogor Regency. From the results of interviews that have been carried out with the Balekambang Village Head, that the problems faced in the area are internet access that is difficult to access and the lack of knowledge and benefits of internet facilities. We, from the lecturers, who were assisted by a number of students from the University of Nusa Mandiri through Community Service activities with good consideration, to provide solutions to overcome the problems faced by Balekambang Village by empowering the village through the opening of new Internet access with LTE/4G-based modem devices and socialization Utilization of the Internet for the community in Jonggo District, Bogor, West Java. We do this with the first objective being to provide internet access assistance so that it can be freely accessed for the people of Balekambang Village through the installation of cheap LTE/4G Modem-based access with easy installation and the second goal is to provide socialization of the use and use of the internet properly and efficiently. wise. With the Community Service activities in Balekambang Village, it is hoped that the community can understand and use them properly and directed towards the facilities that have been provided and are able to use them properly and wisely for the procurement of these internet facilities.

Abstract

IMPROVING VIDEO EDITING CREATIVITY WITH CAMTASIA FOR YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS RW 07 OFFICERS, NORTH BEKASI, WEST JAVA. Utilization of technology has become a mandatory requirement for users who want to develop their knowledge. The application of technology is not only on hardware but software is also growing rapidly which is balanced with the varied needs of users. Video editing is a form of development of software technology that plays a role in managing and producing works in the form of videos. Many video works are used in providing material delivery in the form of education, distance learning, and the development of new knowledge that is manifested in practical applications. Processing Video editing can use the Camtasia application or other applications. The editing application with Camtasia can be applied to the training of young people groups in the RW 07 Perwira officer village with the aim that training participants are able to make video editing with good editing standards, as well as create professionals who are able to create editing works that are full of creativity and understanding. in using animations, transitions, and effects to bring scine video to life. This training activity is supported by all authorized parties, both from the RW 07 Perwira office and from the activity committee in the form of community service. The results obtained from the Camtasia application training activities are in the form of mastery of material from all menu elements in the Camtasia application and creating professional young people groups in RW 07 Perwira with a short time in the form of community service.

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah keberadaan supplier, sehingga pemilihan supplier yang tepat bagi perusahaan merupakan salah satu  pengambilan keputusan yang sangat penting yang perlu dilakukan oleh setiap perusahaan yang melibatkan supplier dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Salah satunya adalah pada PT. Buana Artha Indopratama Jakarta yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang ritel seperti alat rumah tangga dan botol kosmetik. Pemilihan supplier saat ini dilakukan masih subyektif Permasalahan yang pernah terjadi adalah supplier yang dipilih melakukan keterlambatan dalam pengiriman barang serta kualitas barang yang dikirim terkadang tidak sesuai yang mengakibatkan PT. Buana Artha Indopratama mengalami kerugian dan menimbulkan citra yang kurang baik dimata pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari kriteria-kriteria yang mempengaruhi pemilihan supplier dan menentukan supplier terbaik bagi  PT. Buana Artha Indopratama Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil pengolahan data dengan 5 alternatif yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi adalah Zhongshan Yijianxing dengan bobot prioritas 0,339 dan Kriteria yang memiliki prioritas tertinggi adalah kriteria kualitas dengan bobot 0,360.Kata Kunci: analitycal hierarcy process, sistem pendukung keputusan, supplier AbstractOne of the factors that affect company performance is the existence of suppliers, so choosing the right supplier for the company is one of the most important decisions that every company involves suppliers in its business activities needs to make. One of them is at PT. Buana Artha Indopratama Jakarta, a company engaged in retail such as household appliances and cosmetic bottles. The selection of suppliers is currently being carried out is still subjective. The problem that has occurred is the selected suppliers make delays in the delivery of goods and the quality of the goods sent is sometimes not suitable which results in PT. Buana Artha Indopratama suffered losses and created a bad image in the eyes of customers. This study aims to find criteria that influence supplier selection and determine the best supplier for PT. Buana Artha Indopratama Jakarta using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The results of data processing with 5 alternatives that have the highest priority are Zhongshan Yijianxing with a priority weight of 0.339 and the criteria that have the highest priority are quality criteria with a weight of 0.360.Keywords: analitycal hierarcy process, decision support system, supplier
