Abstract

Spiritual education-Java version of Islam in this paper emphasizes the thought Ronggowarsito in Serat Wirid Hidayat Jati and Serat Pamoring Kawula Gusti. Broadly speaking, the spiritual education in both of these fibers include six piwulang namely: the spiritual education based saliimul 'aqidah, spiritual education based on the power of a single, spiritual education based quwwatul faith, spiritual education based pensaksian, spiritual education based on science kasampurnaan and spiritual education based tazkiyatun nafs. The purpose of spiritual education of Java-Islam is substantively strengthen the quality of human spirituality by recognizing the oneness, the glory, the power of God through the efforts to cleanse our hearts and fill them with the nature of merit by doing tapaning bodies, tapaning minds, tapaning hawa lust, asceticism, tapaning suksma, tapaning cahya umancur, tapaning urip. These efforts will not succeed without their spiritual teacher instructions. A teacher in the teaching of spiritual education plays a very vital namely educating the human heart to abide by and adhere to the rules of Allah. For that teachers should have a spirit of compassion, patient, selfless, sensitive, and not arrogant, fine words, polite behavior, steadfast stance, noble sacrifices, sharp thinking, as well as a good sense of devotion.

Abstract

Meskipun  tidak  termuat  dalam  Undang-Undang  Sisdiknas  ataupun  Permendiknas, kepemilikan  kompetensi  spiritual  bagi  guru  sampai  kapanpun  mutlak  menjadi  sebuah keniscayaan. Perihal tersebut dilatarbelakangi dengan semakin bertambahnya angka kejahatan serta tindak kekerasan, dekadensi moral remaja melampaui titik nadir kehidupan, perzinaan dan perselingkuhan seolah menjadi  hiasan membanggakan bahkan  ibadah sebatas dianggap sebagai ritualitas tanpa makna. Semua itu terjadi akibat sistem pendidikan di Indonesia ma sih bersifat kognitif and skill oriented. Selain berbagai bentuk perilaku a  moral, spiritualitas anak usia dini umumnya masih bersifat  imitasi,  sebatas  meniru,  ego  sentris  dan  tidak  mendalam  (unreflective).  Sehingga menumbuhkembangkan nilai-nilai spiritual bagi anak usia dini memerlukan bimbingan serta pengajaran  dari  guru  secara  tepat.  Dalam  konteks  inilah,  guru  harus  memiliki  seperangkat kompetensi spiritual baik secara personal maupun profesional. Kompetensi personal spiritual diwujudkan  dalam  bentuk  kesalehan  diri  sendiri  dalam  mengimplementasikan  nilai-nilai spiritual. Sementara  kompetensi profesional spiritual diwujudkan dalam  mengajarkan  nilai nilai spiritual kepada peserta didik secara tepat.

Abstract

The study entitled The Success of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an Program on the Pursuit of Package B Daqu al-Karim Banyumas Baturraden is motivated by several things including: First, Tahfidz 30 juz program of the Pursuit of Package B Daqu al-Karim is the only flagship program in Banyumas Regency. Second, the success rate of the Tahfidz program reaches 82%. Thirdly, Daqu al-Karim's Tahfidz Package B program has an applicative curriculum that is arranged in a planned, measurable manner and takes into account the environment, culture, and conditions of the child. Data collection in this study using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis is done through the process of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification.The results of this study indicate the success of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program on the Pursuit of Package B Daqu al-Karim in the 2018-2019 school year was determined by the institution's vision policy and strengthening strategies implemented in the program: first, prepare the tahfidz curriculum applicatively. Second, tighten the selection of recruitment of teaching staff and prospective students. Third, strengthen the development of learning methods. Fourth, improve leadership quality. Fifth, create cooperation and agreement to approve the program. As well as the sixth, implementing program evaluation and control. The six strategies are synergized with each other and the implementation is evaluated based on the target targets that have been determined. Keywords: Tahfidz al-Qur'an, Pursue Package B, Non Formal Education.

Abstract

Research on the policy of increasing the quality of santri-based entrepreneurship in boarding school is caused by oblique image of society to pesantren salaf which only able to produce cadre of scholars but poor in development of santri entrepreneurship. Consequently alumni of salaf pesantren who do not have formal education majority can not take part in developing economic independence. Different from pesantren Al-Falah, entrepreneurship education shaped life skills development into vision and excellent programs for every santri. Extracting data in this research using observation method, interview and documentation. While data analysis is done through process of data reduction, display data and conclusion and verification. The results of this study indicate that pesantren has implemented a policy of improving the quality of santri optimally through the formulation of policies in accordance with the vision and mission of pesantren, policy implementation through life skills education and policy control through monitoring, evaluation and reward.
