Abstract

In developing this information management system, the research conducted at PT. TRITRA PERKASA Boyolali engaged in pertamina gas distribution agent on a small scale until a large scale. Technology exists to be able to make business processes more effective and efficient, in this case the demand for gas distribution, amounting in much need of recording and reporting of data quickly to the effectiveness of labor time and cost efficiency. In this study focuses on the record of gas distribution, schedule-making, allocation from SPBE, purchasing data in accordance with the schedule allocation, and spending of the company that was once the recording is still done manually, so it often goes wrong and a long time in making the report. The output of this system is to produce data accurate managerial reports in order to supervise the performance of the company and facilitate owners in the reporting of data distribution to Pertamina. The author will use qualitative research methods, which will be made observations on the business processes running in the company as well as an interview of both the owners and staff. The author will discuss in detail about how the design and analysis of the application to be made using platforms php and android, starting from the stage of needs analysis, feasibility analysis system design, interface design, the design of the program design, design database design, implementation phase, up to the stage of testing app to be the right application to suit company needs.

Abstract

Bawaslu Sleman merupakan lembaga yang bertugas mengawasi jalannya pemilihan umum. Seperti lembaga pemerintah yang lain Bawaslu sleman memiliki website resmi, sayangnya penataan dari informasi yang tersedia tidak tertata dengan baik. Seiring berjalannya waktu pengguna aplikasi mobile semakin banyak sehingga dibutuhkan lah aplikasi android untuk menunjang kebutuhan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi android untuk lembaga diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi dengan lebih tersusun dan efisien. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode agile scrum dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman android kotlin dan menerapkan server database sql untuk penyimpanan data. Pembuatan aplikasi mobile ini di buat berdasarkan dengan wawancara yang telah dilakukan pada lembaga, sehingga mendapatkan akses informasi serta kebutuhan yang valid.

Abstract

Banyak masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran daring, salah satunya adalah kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi dengan baik. Berbagai upaya telah diklakukan dosen untuk mendukung pembelajaran secara daring, mulai dari penjelasan materi langsung melalui media conference maupun pembuatan video pembelajaran. Untuk mengetahui apakah siswa benar-benar memahami materi yang disampaikan dosen, maka diperlukan penelusuran dengan tujuan jika terdapat banyak mahasiswa yang belum menguasai materi maka perlu ada perubahan pada proses penyampaian materinya. Penelitian ini melakukan prediksi tingkat pemahaman dalam perkuliahan daring. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data nilai mata kuliah Algoritma Struktur Data. Data dengan variable tugas, praktikum, UTS, UAS dan jumlah kehadiran perkuliahan diperoleh dari nilai mahasiswa program studi D3 Manajemen Informatika angkatan 2020 dan 2019. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Naïve Bayes dengan hasil prediksi pada angkatan 2019 sebesar 46.15% dengan akurasi confusion matrix 69.23% dan hasil prediksi angkatan 2020 sebesar 54.54% dengan akurasi confusion matrix 72.73%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkuliahan online tingkat pemahamanya meningkat dari perkuliahan offline.

Abstract

Cucumber plants spread and can live in tropical climates like Indonesia. The cucumber plant has many benefits and can be a beauty ingredient. Cucumbers, like other plants, can also have disease attacks, which can threaten farmers. This expert system can help farmers discover diseases that attack cucumber plants and how to control them. The certainty Factor is a method used to measure the certainty of facts to describe an expert's confidence in facing a problem. Forward Chaining is an approach method monitored by data starting from information in the form of facts and supported by rules to reach conclusions. Implementing an expert system for diagnosing cucumber diseases using certainty factor and forward chaining methods will make it easier for farmers and the public to cultivate cucumber plants and get good results. Applying the forward chaining method and factor certainty in this expert system can produce an accuracy level of 95.918%.

Abstract

A website-based archiving information system is an application that allows users to manage digital documents in a structured and easily accessible manner via the internet. In today's digital era, the use of digital documents is increasing and requires a filing system that can store, manage, and provide document access easily and quickly. Therefore, the use of a website-based archiving information system is becoming increasingly popular because it makes it easy to manage digital documents. A web-based archiving information system consists of several features that allow users to manage documents easily. These features include document search, document upload, and document categories. In the document search feature, users can easily search for documents by entering specific keywords. The document upload feature allows users to upload documents to the system easily and quickly. The document categories feature allows users to group documents according to specific types or categories. The design of this archiving information system website is created using Laravel. The result of this research is the Surat Dinas Archiving Information System at the Land and Regional Planning Agency of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
