Abstract

Anemia is one of the nutritional problems that has the potential to hinder the development of the quality of Indonesian human resources. The support of science and information technology in the form of a website application can be a solution to facilitate education, monitoring and management of anemia so as to accelerate the handling of anemia. This study aims to design an anemia information system in the form of an online platform with the name "Srikandi Health" based on Progressive Web Apps to support the prevention of anemia in Indonesia in Indonesia. This research was conducted in December 2020 in Bantul, Yogyakarta. This study uses the prototype method. The stages of the prototype method start from gathering requirements, building prototyping, and evaluating protoptyping. The result of this research is the prototype of the online application "Srikandi Health" based on Progressive Web Apps. Conclusion Srikandi Health prototype is designed to meet the needs analysis of the system, namely to facilitate monitoring and prevention of anemia in adolescents.The suggestion of this research is the implementation of the system so that the system becomes more complete and can be applied to the wider community.

Abstract

The business group of Peyek 3E is a home industry business which is managed in a simple by a group of housewives in downtown of Yogyakarta. The business is run to improve the family’s economy. Peyek is produced and packaged simply with simple tools so that it is oily and packaged in a simple way. The Peyek 3E business group is assisted to improve the quality of its production and expand marketing. This activity goes through 4 steps, namely preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The results of service activities can be seen from the production aspect and marketing aspects. From the production aspect, the resulting project is no longer oily. Business already has a business license and PIRT sertificate. Product packaging is more attractive, designed according to the packaging standards of the Department of Health. From the marketing aspect, products have been sold at convenience stores and online. Additionally, the sales turnover increased.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMedication error merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang paling banyak menimbulkan dampak bagi keselamatan pasien. Salah satu medication error yaitu prescribing error yang terjadi karena skrining resep yang dilakukan farmasi belum berjalan maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan analisis permasalahan dan studi kelayakan dengan metode PIECES (performance, information, economic, control, efficiency dan service). Tahap analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi secara langsung terkait proses pelayanan resep yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Kotagede 1.  Pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen skrining resep menggunakan model prototyping dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dan implementasi sistem. Desain sistem menggunakan diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Data (ERD). Data yang diambil meliputi data resep bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2019 yang digunakan sebagai database dan melihat permasalahan dalam hal skrining resep. Berdasarkan hasil skrining resep bulan Agustus - Desember 2019 bahwa skrining klinis merupakan proses yang masih belum optimal dilakukan. Pengembangan sistem informasi skrining resep yang dilakukan di Instalasi farmasi rawat jalan Puskesmas Kotagede saat ini masih dengan cara manual. Skrining resep dengan cara manual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam melakukan skrining dan angka kejadian error lebih tinggi sehingga masih sering terjadi kesalahan pengobatan. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen skrining resep dapat membantu tenaga kefarmasian dalam pelayanan resep rawat jalan sehingga waktu tunggu pasien menjadi lebih cepat dan tepat.Kata kunci : Skring resep, PIECES, Rawat Jalan, PuskesmasMedication error is one of the health problems that most causes an impact on patient safety. One of the medication errors is prescribing errors that occur because prescription screening is not done optimally. The purpose of this study is to conduct a problem analysis and service study using the PIECES method. Making the prescription screening information system method is the result of analyzing the problems and needs that are in accordance with the needs of the Kotagede Health Center I. The research method using the prototype method starts from the needs analysis, system design and system implementation. The data taken includes prescription data from August to October 2019 which is used as a database and looks at problems in prescription screening. Interviews were conducted with the PIECES method and made system design using context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Data (ERD). This study uses data from interviews and observations of prescription screening at the Kotagede I Public Health Center. Based on the results of prescription screening in August-December 2019 that clinical screening is a process that is still not optimal. The use of the PIECES method in making the system can help pharmacy in prescribing outpatient services so that patient waiting times become faster and more precise.Keywords: Screening recipe, PIECES, Outpatient, Community Health Center

Abstract

Arum Handycraf leather craftsmen, who are one of the MSMEs in the Manding RT 07 Sabdodadi Bantul Tourism Village area, have experienced a decline in sales and marketing of the products they produce since the pandemic until now. Over time, these MSMEs began to rise slowly in producing and selling products. The purpose of service is to help increase sales by branding the products produced both offline and online. Offline branding includes making advertising designs about products and then published through print and non-print media. Online/digital branding in the form of expanding market share through online marketing, namely Web MSMEs. This service activity is carried out by the method of conducting counseling in the form of training, discussion and question and answer. These service activities include providing knowledge about the importance of product branding to MSME players and digital marketing through the MSME web. The MSME web is made with brand visualization that is in line with the identity of MSMEs and the MSME web that is easy to use by MSME actors. The results obtained in this service activity MSME actors understand the importance of product branding and correct rules, high-quality product photos appear on the MSME web complete with detailed information on goods in the form of skin specifications used and prices. Craftsmen become more able to market products more widely with their characteristics.

Abstract

Pengrajin kulit Arum Handycraf yang merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada di daerah Desa Wisata Manding RT 07 Sabdodadi Bantul mengalami penurunan dalam penjualan dan pemasaran produk yang dihasilkannya sejak masa pandemi hingga sekarang. Seiring berjalannya waktu UMKM ini mulai bangkit perlahan dalam memproduksi dan menjual produk. Tujuan pengabdi berusaha membantu meningkatkan penjualan dengan melakukan branding produk yang dihasilkan baik secara offline maupun online. Branding secara offline antara lain membuat design iklan tentang produk kemudian di publikasikan melalui media cetak dan non cetak. Branding secara online/digital berupa memperluas pangsa pasar melalui pemasaran online yaitu Web UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode pelaksanaan penyuluhan berupa pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan pengabdian ini antara lain pemberian pengetahuan tentang pentingnya branding produk pada pelaku UMKM dan pemasaran digital melalui web UMKM. Web UMKM dibuat dengan visualisasi merek yang sejalan dengan identitas UMKM serta web UMKM yang mudah digunakan oleh pelaku UMKM. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini pelaku UMKM mengerti pentingnya branding produk serta kaidah yang benar, foto produk berkualitas tinggi tampil di web UMKM lengkap dengan informasi detail barang berupa spesifikasi kulit yang digunakan serta harga. Pengrajin menjadi lebih dapat memasarkan produk secara lebih luas dengan ciri khas yang dimiliki.
