Abstract

Di dalam masyarakat, dari yang paling terbelakang sampai yang paling maju, guru memegang peranan penting hampir tanpa terkecuali, guru merupakan satu diantara pembentuk-pembentuk utama calon warga masyarakat. Bagaimana  guru  bisa  berperan  dalam  mengubah  kelemahan-kelemahan  pada remaja menjadi kekuatan untuk masa mendatang?Sesuai  Undang-Undang  Republik  Indonesia  Nomor  14  Tahun  2005 tentang Guru dan Dosen Pasal 2 ayat (1) menegaskan bahwa guru mempunyai kedudukan sebagai tenaga profesional pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, pendidikan menengah, dan pendidikan anak usia dini pada jalur pendidikan formal yang diangkat sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Pada Pasal 4 juga dijelaskan bahwa kedudukan guru sebagai tenaga professional sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal  2 ayat  (1) berfungsi untuk meningkatkan martabat dan peran guru sebagai agen pembelajaran berfungsi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional.Berangkat dari paradigma tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi  profesional  guru  untuk  meningkat  meningkatkan  mutu pembelajaran di SD Negeri 030425.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan memperpanjang waktu penelitian dan triangulasi.Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa:  (1)  Profesional  guru  merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan (2) Mutu pembelajaran di SD Negeri 030425 diwujudkan dengan penerapan pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan  serta  melalui  penelitian  tindakan  kelas.  (3)  Upaya  Kepala Sekolah Dasar dalam meningkatkan professional guru di SD Negeri 030425 adalah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui kursus dan diklat, pengadaan sumber dan media Pembelajaran, mengelola lingkungan belajar, penerapan e-learning, dan controling (4) Upaya guru SD Negeri 030425 dalam meningkatkan profesionalnya dengan mengikuti diklat dan Kelompok Kerja Guru, dan membuat penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

This study is to find out the vocal technique abilities that are possessed by the song leaders of HKBP Church of Sukadame Ressort Sukadame Pematangsiantar to sing out songs in Buku Ende and to identify the proper vocal techiques that need to be improved and mastered by the songleaders. Song leaders usually take part in most HKBP church services. They help the congregation to sing out the songs of Buku Ende by leading them to sing in the correct tunes as written in the book. As one of the main book songs that is used in churches’ services by HKBP including HKBP Sukadame of Ressort Sukadame Pematangsiantar, Buku Ende must be sung correctly in the correct tunes and manner so that the messages of the song can be conveyed correctly to glorify God to the max.. Therefore, the churches’ song leaders are expected to have the good vocal techniques. The study is conducted by using a descriptive qualitative research method. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. This study reveals that the vocal tehcnique abilities that are possessed by the song leaders of HKBP Sukadame of Ressort Sukadame Pematangsiantar need to be improved by conducting a vocal training. The vocal technique abilities that are necessary to be trained such as breathing technique, songs’ intonation, producing the vocal resonance and phrasin techniques. These vocal techniques are necessarily mastered by the song leaders in order to be able to sing and lead the congregation to sing out the songs in Buku Ende in correct tunes and manner to worship the God so that the worship services could run well. Abstract

One learning model that is regulated by Covid-19 during online learning is Project-Based Learning (PBL). Prior to the pandemic, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Dairi had begun the Project-Based Learning method, although at the time, it relied solely on digital technology for communication. Although online learning has been implemented, it cannot be optimized because the only platform available is Whatsapp for communication. With the school environment and strategic location in the capital city of the Dairi Regency, integrated learning should be implemented, particularly in Project-Based Learning, to maximize adaptation to this new habit. Researchers are therefore interested in developing a platform that can support and transform Project-Based Learning learning model. The method utilized for system development is the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of this study reveal a platform that can accommodate teachers and students in the use of Project-Based Learning (PBL), with 80.22 percent of the responses falling into the "Very Good" category.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine whether there were significant differences in learning to write poem of students. This research was conducted in 2022 at SMP Negeri 1 raya Kahean.This is a quantitative research using an experimental approach and using the one group pretest-post test model. Furthermore, this research will be compared with the related-test sample at the significant level or the 0.05 level (95%). The result is pre-test mean value = 55.03 and post-test mean value = 86.83. from the data analysis, the research hypothesis was tested using the “t” test. From thr research results obtained tcount =27.31 with a significant level of 0.05 (95% confidence level) with df 29 obtained t table: 2.074. thus, if tcount > ttable, namely (27,31>2.074) then Ho is rejected, With Ho rejection, Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the result of the ability to write the poem of students for the class IX grade of SMP Negeri 1 Raya Kahean are better after using the glasser method.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for determining the location of hotel development on Samosir Island. This DSS is constructed using the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method. The criteria used in this study include Distance (C1), Natural Beauty (C2), Cleanliness (C3), Transportation (C4), and Atmosphere (C5). The choice of MABAC as the method is made because it provides flexibility for decision-makers to specify preferences and consider variations in criteria. The ranking results from MABAC indicate the top three locations, namely LH04, LH03, and LH01. By implementing the DSS using the MABAC method, this system is expected to make a significant contribution to optimizing the selection of hotel development locations in Samosir. The findings of this research illustrate that the use of the DSS with the MABAC method can be relied upon as a guide in addressing the impact of sustainable hotel growth in crucial tourist destinations such as Samosir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jisaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sisa SD Negeri 096117 Baringin Raya. Sampel penelitian pada kelas V yang diambil dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah siswa 30. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa tes, sebelum tes diberikan tes terlebih dahulu divalidasi. Desain penelitian ini adalah One Group PretestPosttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) Terdapatnya perbedaaan skor pada pretest dan posttes, pada pretest skor maksimun yaitu 77 dan pada posttes 90. Skor minimum pada ujian pretest 33 dan pada posttest 63. Dari nilai hasil siswa terdapat perbedaan nilai siswa sebelum diajarkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dan sesudah diajarkan menggunakan model. (2) Analisis data menggunakan uji t diperoleh tx yaitu 10,542 dengan taraf signifikansi α=5% diperoleh ttabel yaitu 2,048. Hasil perhitungan uji t disimpulkan bahwa thit>ttab yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi penyesuaian mahkluk hidup dengan lingkungannya. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw mengajarkan siswa untuk bekerja sama dan bertanggung jawab untuk berbagi materi kepada teman-teman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi pembelajaran IPA di sekolah, dimana kewmatan pembelajaran masih berlangsung secara konvensional yuutu didominasi oleh guru sehingga membuat siswa kurang antusias dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPA dan rendahnya hasil belajar IPA pokok bahasan sifat-sifat cahaya Dalam hal ini peneliti berusaha mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan metode Elaborasi pada proses pembelajaran IPA di kelas. Fokus penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan metode Elaborasi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pokok bahasan sitat-sitat cahaya siswa kelas V SD Negeri 091352 Huta Rajah tahun ajaran 2019/2020? 2)Bagaimana hasil belajar IPA pokok bahasan sifat-sifat cahaya dengan penerapan metode Elaborasi siswa kelas V SD Negeri 091382 Purba Sinombah tahun ajaran 2013, 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan metode Elaborasi dan mengetahui hasil belajar IPA pada pokok bahasan sifat-sifat cahaya dengan penerapan metode Elaborasi siswa kelas V SD Negeri 091352 Huta Raja tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa: tes, Observasi, wawancara dan catatan lapangan. Dimana tes digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif siswa setelah mengalami proses belajar mengajar, observasi digunakan untuk mengamati proses pembelajaran dan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar afekuf dan psikomotor, wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui respon siswa, serta untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan,dan catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melengkapi data yang tidak terekam. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah penulis melakukan dua siklus dalam penelitian tindakan kelas dan memperoleh data-data yang diperlukan dari fakta-fakta yang ada, maka peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Proses pembelajaran IPA pada pokok bahasan sifat-sifat cahaya melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu (1) guru melakukan percobaan awal, (2) siswa mengamati percobaan, (3) siswa merumuskan hasil pengamatan sementara, (4) siswa melakukan percobaan sendiri, (6) siswa mampu mengaplikasikan dan memberi contoh, (7) guru memberikan evaluasi. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA melalui penerapan metode Elaborasi dapat meningkat dari siklus 1 ke siklus II. Hasil belajar aspek kognitif meningkat sebanyak 13,9% sedangkan hasil belajar aspek psikomotor meningkat sebanyak 13,8 %, dan hasil belajar aspek afektif meningkat 10,41%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions of science learning at schools, where learning activities are still taking place conventionally, namely dominated by teachers so that students are less enthusiastic about participating in the science learning process and the low science learning outcomes on the subject of the properties of light. In this case the researchers tried to overcome these problems by using experimental methods in the science learning process in class. The focus of the research in this thesis are: 1) What is the learning process by applying the experimental method to improve science learning outcomes on the subject of the properties of light for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Affd. ill. Bah Butong academic year 2022/2023? 2) What are the results of studying science in the subject matter of the properties of light with the application of the experimental method for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Afd. III. Bah Butong academic year 2022/2023? This study aims to describe the learning process by applying the experimental method and knowing the results of science learning on the subject of the properties of light by applying the experimental method to fifth grade students at SD Negeri 091423 Afd. III. Bah Butong for the 2022/2023 academic year. In this study used data collection methods in the form of: tests, observations, interviews and field notes. Where tests are used to determine students' cognitive learning outcomes after experiencing the teaching and learning process, observation is used to observe the learning process and to determine affective and psychomotor learning outcomes, interviews are used to determine student responses, as well as to obtain the information needed, and field notes are used to complete the unrecorded data. The approach used is a qualitative approach and the type of research is classroom action research. After the writer carried out two cycles of classroom action research and obtained the necessary data from the existing facts, the researcher can draw the following conclusions: The science learning process on the subject of the properties of light goes through several stages, namely (1) the teacher conducts initial experiment, (2) students observe experiments, (3) students formulate temporary observations, (4) students conduct their own experiments, (6) students are able to apply and give examples, (7) the teacher gives an evaluation. While student learning outcomes in science learning through the application of experimental methods can increase from cycle I to cycle II. Cognitive aspects of learning outcomes increased by 13.9% while psychomotor aspects of learning outcomes increased by 13.8% and affective learning outcomes increased by 10.41%
