Abstract

Pada saat ini masalah terbesar di Indonesia adalah pengangguran. Pengangguran terjadi salah satunya karena kurangnya informasi dalam mencari suatu pekerjaan. Dan dalam mencari informasi lowongan pekerjaan masih mendatangi perusahaan-perusahaan untuk melihat pengumuman lowongan kerja, melakukan pencarian di media cetak seperti koran, majalah, brosur atau informasi dari mulut ke mulut. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan informasi lowongan pekerjaan berbasis Whatsapp dengan metodeNatural Language Processing(NLP) untuk memudahkan para pencari kerja mendapatkan informasi secara detail. Mengingat setiap orang pasti memiliki aplikasiWhatsappbagi setiap penggunasmartphone. Maka dari itu dibuatkan sistem informasi berbasis Whatsapp karena selain penggunanya banyak, Whatsapp memiliki layanan chatbot. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut pelamar kerja lebih mudah mencari pekerjaan sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan seperti umur, minat, lokasi dan perkiraan gaji.Para pelamar kerja dapat mencari pekerjaan lebih mudah, cepat dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Increasing end-user satisfaction (EUS) on mobile-based AIS is influenced by an actual usage (AU). AU increases if Small Medium Enterprise managers feel the perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) of using mobile-based AIS. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU on AU, (2) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU on EUS on mobile-based AIS, (3) analyze the effect of AU on EUS on mobile-based AIS, and (4) analyze the effect of PEOU and PU to EUS on mobile-based AIS through AU. The results of this study are (1) PU has a positive effect on AU and PEOU has a negative effect on AU because to improve AU requires a guidebook that is easy to learn and the lack of ability to use system applications make it not easy, (2) PEOU and PU affect EUS on Mobile-based AIS but the most positive and dominant influence on EUS on mobile-based AIS is PU, (3) AU has a positive effect on EUS on mobile-based AIS, and (4) PEOU negatively affects EUS on mobile-based AIS through AU due to the use of AIS based on mobile, which is done repeatedly and for a long time is still unable to mediate PEOU and SME managers feel difficult to use the purchasing and sales system application to produce on time reports.

Abstract

Deaf students discuss activities with other students, Deaf students need tools in participating in discussion activities, whereas so far, Deaf students have only relied on the ability to read the lips of their interlocutors. This research produces an assistive or assistive technology, namely the Android-based MVTe (Mobile Voice To Text) application where this application simply changes the voice in written form. This application was developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The RAD method speeds up the work process due to its compact working process. The application trial was carried out on an IT expert, 5 deaf students, and 5 lecturers in the Information Technology Faculty, Universitas Merdeka Malang. The average test result is 81.3% with a feasible category for use.

Abstract

Presensi yang diterapkan di Fakultas Teknologi Informasi masih menggunakan lembar kertas yang ditanda tangani oleh setiap mahasiswa hal ini sangat tidak efisien dan membuat mahasiswa tidak disiplin. Dengan diterapkannya sistem presensi menggunakan fingerprint berbasis web memudahkan mahasiswa melakukan absen dan mencegah adanya manipulasi yang dilakukan mahasiswa dan admin dapat melakukan kontroling diluar area fakultas, hasil laporan absensi bisa berupa hasil real termasuk jam berapa mahasiswa terlambat absen atau tidak melakukan absen. Program ini menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan SQL yang dapat menjadi alat bantu rekapitulasi kehadiran mahasiswa. Sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lagi untuk keperluan selanjutnya dapat ditambahkan data berupa jadwal kuliah dan data absen dosen maupun staff karyawan yang ada di Fakultas Teknologi Informasi.
