<![CDATA[Sri Saniyah, 2024. The Influence of Educational Facilities on Teacher Work Performance with Teacher Work Morale as an Intervening Variable. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 42 respondents. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe educational facilities, work enthusiasm and teacher work performance at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant effect on teacher work performance at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher work enthusiasm has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 4) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant effect on the work spirit of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun, Sampang Regency. 5) To test and analyze whether educational facilities have a significant indirect effect on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Torjun Sampang Regency with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable. The research results show that: 1) Educational facilities have a significant effect on teacher work performance as evidenced by a p value of 0.039. 2) Educational facilities have a significant effect on work morale as evidenced by the p value of 0.002. 3) Teacher morale has a significant effect on teacher work performance as evidenced by a value of 0.001. 4) Educational facilities on teacher work performance with teacher work enthusiasm as an intervening variable have a significant effect with a p value of 0.040.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on its approach, this research is included in the type of cross-sectional research. The research sample was 70 respondents. The purpose of this research is 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees. 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of leadership style on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Community Health Center. 3) To test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant indirect effect on the performance of Tampojung Pregi Pamekasan Health Center employees which is mediated by motivation. The results of the research show that: 1) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.225. 2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee motivation at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, with an original sample value of 0.390. 3) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tampojung Pregi Public Health Center, Waru District, which is mediated by motivation with an original sample value of 0.104.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the credit sales accounting system applied to the credit sales accounting system at PT. XYZ. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive type with a case study approach and provides a picture between the subject and the object under study. In this case the research is intended to describe the credit sales accounting system. Based on the results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the credit sales accounting system applied at PT.XYZ is quite good, seen from the responsibility for the functions and authorities of each section and the achievement of a controlled credit sales accounting system in achieving company goals. But there are still a number of things that need to be fixed, such as the fact that there are still parts that run multiple functions in PT.XYZ.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on nurse performance by considering the role of nursing service quality as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at the Bluto Health Center, Sumenep Regency, which is one of the first-level public health service centers in the area. The research method used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 37 nurses became research respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results showed that workload had a significant positive effect on the quality of nursing services (coefficient 0.461; p = 0.001) and nurse performance (coefficient 0.343; p = 0.003). Conversely, work stress had a significant negative impact on the quality of nursing services (coefficient -0.362; p = 0.02) but did not have a significant direct effect on nurse performance (coefficient -0.129; p = 0.290). In addition, the quality of nursing services is proven to have a significant positive effect on nurse performance (coefficient 0.526; p = 0.000). Furthermore, the quality of nursing services is proven to mediate the relationship between workload and work stress on performance. Workload increases performance through service quality (coefficient 0.243; p = 0.020), while work stress decreases performance through the same pathway (coefficient -0.191; p = 0.040). This study emphasizes the importance of managing workload and stress to improve nurse performance through improving the quality of nursing services.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the influence of patient characteristics and the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) on patient satisfaction, with the quality of health services as a mediating variable, at the Bluto Health Center, Sumenep Regency. Using an explanatory quantitative approach, data from 44 respondents were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that patient characteristics and SPM had a significant positive effect on the quality of health services, with path coefficients of 0.471 (p = 0.010) and 0.398 (p = 0.017), respectively. However, patient characteristics and SPM did not have a significant direct effect on patient satisfaction, with path coefficients of 0.106 (p = 0.517) and 0.018 (p = 0.907), respectively. In contrast, the quality of health services had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction (path coefficient 0.757; p = 0.000). Indirectly, patient characteristics (path coefficient 0.356; p = 0.031) and SPM (path coefficient 0.301; p = 0.025) have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction through the quality of health services. These results emphasize the importance of the quality of health services as a significant mediating factor. Improving the quality of services is the key to optimizing patient satisfaction through the implementation of SPM and adjustments to patient characteristics.]]>

<![CDATA[Warung Madura is one form of micro-enterprise that plays a significant role in supporting the local economy in Jember City. However, the success of this business still faces complex challenges, ranging from competition with modern retail outlets to limitations in capital and business strategies. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, business location selection, and entrepreneurial characteristics on the business success of Warung Madura. The research method employed is quantitative with a descriptive-associative approach, involving 100 respondents who are owners of Warung Madura selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, the three independent variables—entrepreneurial orientation, business location, and entrepreneurial characteristics—have a significant influence on business success. These findings indicate that a combination of entrepreneurial mindset, strategic location selection, and strong personal traits of entrepreneurs are the key factors in promoting the sustainability and growth of Warung Madura amid an increasingly competitive market environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Digital Literacy Proficiency, Entrepreneurial Competence, and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interest among students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember. This study focuses on identifying students' interest in entrepreneurship. A quantitative approach was used, employing regression analysis to test the relationship between independent variables (Digital Literacy Proficiency, Entrepreneurial Competence, and Entrepreneurship Education) and the dependent variable (Interest in Entrepreneurship). Students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember were selected as the research subjects because they align with the research problem. Data was collected through a questionnaire (Google Form) administered to students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember and will be analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that Digital Literacy Proficiency positively and significantly influences students' entrepreneurial interest with a calculated t-value of 19.417, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.966 and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Entrepreneurial Competence also has a positive and significant effect on students' Entrepreneurial Interest with a t-value of 14.828, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.966 and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Entrepreneurship Education also has a positive and significant influence on students' entrepreneurial interest, with a calculated t-value of 14.274, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.966 and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the evolving landscape of personal finance management (PFM) in the digital era, focusing on the transformative role of financial technology (FinTech). The research addresses the problem of insufficient understanding regarding the interplay between FinTech features and user behavior in achieving financial effectiveness. The primary objective is to conceptualize how FinTech innovation, user interface (UI) quality, user trust, and digital literacy collectively influence PFM outcomes. A qualitative literature review method was employed, analyzing over 20 peer reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings reveal that FinTech innovation and UI quality directly enhance financial decision making by improving automation and user experience. However, their impact is significantly mediated by user trust and moderated by digital literacy. These psychological and cognitive factors determine whether technological features lead to sustained engagement and improved financial behavior. The synthesized model illustrates a multidimensional framework where technological sophistication must be complemented by trust and digital competence to achieve meaningful financial outcomes. The study concludes that FinTech’s potential in enhancing PFM lies not only in its features but in its ability to foster user confidence and capability. This integrative approach provides valuable insights for FinTech developers, policymakers, and educators aiming to promote inclusive and effective digital finance solutions.]]>
