Abstract

Service function in the governance of an area is an absolute must to empower the community, it is becoming an important key in managing good governance (goodgovernance) with the basic principles of effective, efficient, transparent and accountable, would be the basis for taking a policy community development, local governments shouldbe able to involve the public directly from the planning, management and supervision, the public wrapped facilitate the attainment of the objectives of decentralization itself. Theresearch proves that government services Depok in issuing IMB residence on Investment Board and Licensing Services (BPMP2T) not running optimally, the indicator communityspirit to make the IMB is still very low, there are still many obstacles in the process of implementation and the persistence of rogue officers take the opportunity to receive a reward of making pictures of the building / process IPR misunderstanding in this case because the community and the community's own desire to be completed more quickly. Hospitality, care and concern public service workers is becoming very important to note.Attendant care and concern that can be proved with a firm stand indiscriminately or notselective to the rules that apply in this case is the maintenance of IMB in BPMP2T Depok. In addition, the chain of bureaucracy that must be passed by the community in the management of IMB extremely consume energy and time. Abstract

Frankfurt School of Thought, which rooted in Marxism and Critical paradigm, provided many ways to interpret the meaning of communication. This school of thought is primarily based on the main tenets of Critical Theory, i.e. totality, consciousness, anomie, and critic. Some questions arise concerning the ontology, epistemology, and axiology dimensions of Frankfurt School of Thought. Ontology discussion concerning the nature of communication involved an intensive outlook of Giddens’s Structuration Theory. Epistemology involved a discussion with Gramscian concepts of hegemony. Meanwhile, the problem of axiology is best addressed in Habermas fashion of agent-structur-dialectics.

Abstract

Pulau Maitara merupakan suatu pulau kecil yang sangat potensial dengan berbagai macam kekayaan sumber daya alam. Salah satu potensi yang terdapat di pulau ini adalah ekosistem laut dangkal khususnya ekosistem terumbu karang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sebaran terumbu karang dengan aplikasi Teknologi Penginderaan Jauh dengan menggunakan Citra Alos Avnir-2di Pulau Maitara Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berbasis Teknologi Penginderaan Jauh dengan menggunakan algoritma lyzenga dalam mengetahui sebaran terumbu karang di perairan dangkal. Selain itu, survey lapangan juga dilakukan secara langsung untuk mengetahui jenis tutupan substrat yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam menguji tingkat akurasi hasil klasifikasi citra. Penelitian penurunan dari nilai konstanta yang digunakan dan diperoleh algoritma lyzenga baru dengan persamaan nilai yang didapatkan : if i1<=54 then log(i2) + (0.6197*log(i3)) else null. Adapun uji kebenaran hasil klasifikasi citra lyzenga yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 87.2 % dengan luasan pemetaan karang hidup di perairan Pulau Maitara sebanyak 24.93 ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pluit Branch Office, North Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in the study is the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The sampling method uses the saturated Sempling formula and the sample in this study amounted to 71 respondents. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the multiple regression analysis calculation Y = 6.704 + 0.123X₁ + 0.724X₂. Based on the calculation of the classical assumption test, the regression model is free from multicollinearity, there is no heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The correlation value is 0.820 which means that there is a strong relationship between Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination value is 0.672 or 67.2% while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation of the t-test hypothesis, it is known that Leadership Style has an influence on Employee Performance, this is from the Hypothesis Test value obtained the t count value> t table or (4.311> 1.667). And for Work Discipline there is an influence on Employee Performance, this can be seen from the t count value> t table or (11.491> 1.667). Based on the calculation of the F-test hypothesis, it is known that the F count value> F table or (69.586> 3.13). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pluit Branch Office, North Jakarta
