Abstract

Affective assessment in looking at elementary school students' critical reasoning abilities is considered to need to be analyzed as a complex process of changing students' attitudes in implementing the Pancasila student profile. Analysis involves receiving and mastering data, data analysis, and data evaluation, which must be taught to students because these skills are very necessary in life. The aim of the research was to analyze the affective assessment of elementary school students' critical reasoning abilities in terms of gender. The research method used is quantitative research. The research subjects were 32 students in Class 5 of Keraton 1 State Elementary School for the 2024/2025 academic year, divided into 12 male students and 20 female students. Data analysis used the independent t test. The results of the research show that there is no significant difference in the form of affective assessment of critical reasoning ability, in terms of the gender of class V students. The results of the independent t test obtained a significance value of 0.204 > 0.05, meaning that the average critical reasoning ability of women (3.205) is higher. higher than men (3.085) with a difference of 1.120 which is considered not significant. The results of critical reasoning indicators (seeking information, assessing information, making conclusions, and making decisions) show that there are no significant differences based on student gender. The implication of the research is that teachers are able to improve critical reasoning skills, researchers can then analyze other factors or develop other research objects.

Abstract

Background : Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that requires multi-modal and continuous treatment, mainly with antipsychotic. Along with the increasing life expectancy of schizophrenic patients, various problems due to prolonged blocking of dopamine receptors have emerged, especially dopamin receptor supersensitivity and it's clinical implications.Aim : This study aims to determine the problems with long-term use of antipsycotics and the clinical implications of dopamine receptor supersensitivity..Methods : PubMed and Google Scholar were searched using the following keyword: (schizophrenia) AND (long term antipsychotic OR prolonged antipsychotic) AND ( D2 receptor OR dopamine-2 receptor) AND (supersensitivity) using the journal publication filter for the 2000-2019 issue. We also used textbooks published in the last 10 years and were related to writing themes.Review : Given their chronic nature, it is often necessary to give schizophrenia patient long-term antipsychotics. Prolonged blocking of D2 receptor can results variety of unpleasant effect, including dopamine receptor supersensitivity. This phenomenon can cause problematic implications such as dopamine supersensitivity psychosis, treatment-resistant schizophrenia and tardive dyskinesia. The risk of these side effects arises if antipsychotic use is not done wisely, such as the use of higher-than-recommended doses, antipsychotic polypharmacy, improper indications, and only rely on antipsychotics without maximizing the role of other therapeutic modalities. Summary : Clinicians need to pay attention to the rationality of the use of antipsychotics and conduct intensive supervision to reduce the risk of any clinical implications of dopamine receptor supersensitivity. Keywords: schizophrenia, long term antipsychotic, dopamine, receptor D2, supersensitivity.

Abstract

This mixed-method research aims to determine the interaction between the learning process using the two models and university students organizational experience on conflict resolution skills (Factor 1), and to determine the difference in influence between organization experience called BSLT (Factor 2). The research by using sequential explanation population was all PGSD university students at Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon, in 30 university students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The research instrument uses test questions and interview guidelines. The results of this study found that the influence of Factor 1 had no effect. However, based on the results of Factor 2, it shows that there is an influence between the conflict resolution skills of university students who have taken BSLT and those who have never taken BSLT. This shows that the experience of taking BSLT has an effect on university students' conflict resolution abilities, compared to just using the learning model. The impact of university students mastering good conflict resolution skills is the creation of a positive climate in the organizational and campus environment. As well as university students' agility in eliminating potential conflicts that develop, so that they can be resolved immediately. Abstract

Learning disabilities represent significant challenges in elementary education, with teachers playing crucial roles in identifying and addressing these difficulties. Understanding teachers' intervention strategies is essential for improving educational outcomes for students with learning disabilities, particularly in Indonesian elementary school contexts where research remains limited. This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at SDN 1 Keraton, involving 22 second-grade students and their homeroom teacher. Data collection utilized systematic classroom observations during Pancasila Education lessons on school rules and in-depth interviews with the teacher. Triangulation techniques ensured data validity, while inductive analysis identified learning disability patterns and teacher intervention strategies across educator, mentor, and assessor roles. The study revealed that 68.2% of students (15 out of 22) experienced learning disabilities, categorized into four types: material comprehension difficulties (54.5%), assignment completion challenges (45.5%), low classroom engagement (59.1%), and behavioral adaptation issues (36.4%). Teacher intervention strategies showed mixed effectiveness, with successful implementation of supportive classroom environments but limited provision of individualized guidance, emotional support, and competency-based assessments. The teacher demonstrated awareness of varied instructional approaches but struggled with systematic implementation, particularly in addressing social-emotional aspects of learning disabilities. The higher prevalence rate compared to international standards suggests contextual factors unique to this educational environment. While teachers employed multi-faceted approaches encompassing educator, mentor, and assessor roles, significant implementation gaps existed. The findings align with previous research emphasizing the importance of comprehensive support systems but highlight challenges in translating theoretical knowledge into consistent practice. These results contribute to understanding learning disability prevalence in Indonesian elementary contexts and reveal the complexity of teacher intervention strategies in resource-limited settings.
