Abstract

The pattern of educating children or the method of educating children from before birth to school age is a necessity for a mother. Mother is the first and main geographical teacher in pre-school children's education. The age of toddlers to pre-school for children is golden age. Learning while playing is a certainty, playing is the first education for children under five. The age of a toddler is like a blank cassette that can store and record something that is accustomed to and experienced in the development of a child's life. For parents, if they expect their children to become children who are good enough to have to have insight and knowledge of management of pre-school children's education. Among the many models and patterns of education management, the easiest way to deliver children to become good and noble children is quran-based management. Al-Qur'an is a holy book from the most holy God, it will be easily digested and accepted by the core of the teachings to children who are still pure. In terms of management of the pre-school education based on the Qur'an, it is intended for parents to plan for their children to always listen to the chants of the Qur'an. Then group them into playing the verses in the form of per juz al-Qur'an in one month. Then the parents evaluate the child who has been refreshed by the Qur'an, if the chanting is paused, what will happen to the child's reaction. If you cry, it means that the spirit of the Qur'an has entered your heart and soul. The situation is valid for 30 juz, so the child for 30 months has listened to and recorded 30 juz verses of the Qur'an, God willing, the age of pre-school children has been memorized and will be smart with the waslah verse of the Qur'an. This is a Qur'ani-based management that gives birth to children who love and love to read the Qur'an and the hafidz of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Aqidah Tauhid is belief and knowledge which addresses the form of God, the obligatory nature, the nature of jaiz and the impossible nature. Islam among complete religions teaches Tawheed ahlisunnah waljama'ah, in the frame of ‘Asy’ariyah Maturidiyah, which contains the characteristics of twenty charities ma'rifah, because awaluddin ma'rifatullah" started the religion of knowing God ". Knowing God means having a religion, not knowing Allah means having no religion (infidel). Five Pillars of Islam, the first pillar of the science of monotheism or aqeedah. Learning tauhid must understand the three laws, namely law ‘Aqal, adat and syariat. These three laws are called theories of philosophical aqeedah, the easiest theory to know God with the twofold concept. It consists of four parts, namely the nature of nafsiyah (wujud), salbiyah (qidam, baqa, mukhalafatu lil hawadist, qiyamu bi nafsihi and wahdaniyat), maknawi (qudrat, iradat, knowledge, hayat, sama ', basar and qalam) and maknawiyah (presence , student, aliman, hayyan, sami'an, basiran and mutakalliman). These twenty traits have ta'aluq, namely the nature of qudrat and iradat ta'aluq ta’sir, the same nature ', basar and the knowledge of ta'aluq incisive, the nature of kalam ta'aluq is done. The twenty characteristics are grouped into two properties, namely istighna 'and iftiqar. This is the core content of the content "laa ilaaha illa allah". The second monotheism is the monotheism of the Prophet Muhammad who has the mandatory four characteristics, namely: siddiq, trust, tabigh and fatanah.

Abstract

Education is the most important organ in social change in a better direction, individually and in groups of people and even a country. The agenda of change is the noble ideals of human nature. This is impossible if it doesn't start early. Measures for change starting from the education of children, early childhood and childhood is a golden age, to realize gold in their lives in the future requires education, teaching and habituation in every corner of children's activities, both at home, school and in the community. Therefore a measurable and realistic theory is needed. Among the actual and relevant theories in the community are the demographic trilogy. A theory that teaches environment-based education, both the family environment (home), the educational environment (school) and the community environment. The meaning of the family environment is to educate children of childhood as the age of gold in the area of their daily living quarters. It starts from giving a good name, giving halal food, cultivating it and getting used to listening to the revelation of the Qur'an in his home. Furthermore the educational environment, children in childhood should receive education from educational institutions that can deliver to a pure human identity, which always serves the divine rabbi. For this reason, the child should get an education from the Islamic elementary school or Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) which is based on the development of divine nature. While the most prominent community environment is a mosque or prayer room. So the age of children at the age of basic standards must be accustomed to attending, praying and studying in mosques or mushollah. If the demographic trilogy of education for children at the age of the madrasa is elaborated in education as old as the age of Islam, of course the purpose of Islamic education will be realized, namely to make people who have moral character.

Abstract

This paper also tries to describe the values of wisdom and values of the Qur'an in natural accounting practices in sharia. One of the aspirations of the disclosure of these values was stated in the excavation of science in universities as HR regeneration in the field of sharia accounting. If the basis of revelation is of course the truth is in accordance with justice and human benefit. Therefore it is considered very necessary to reveal the basics of al-Qur'an revelation in confirming Islamic accounting knowledge, so that it is formed in full by reconstructing economic accounting verses. So the result is that the syariah accounting verses with the parent paragraph (Q.S (2): 282; (26): 181-184; (49): 6; (17): 35). Abstract

Riau public awareness of a usury-free bank has shown the positive conversion of Riau BUMD Bank Riau Riau Islands into Sharia-based Banking. Riau Kepr Bank can be converted into an Islamic bank by not breaking the existing rules, just the process and mechanism that must be followed in accordance with the procedures and rules set by the Financial Services Authority. Bank Riau Kepri if converted will become a Sharia Bank, has the opportunity to become one of the 10 largest Islamic banks in Indonesia if analyzed from the side of Riau Riau Regional BUMD assets, but still survive in conventional banks, then only in the order of 80 of the 118 banks in Indonesia, clearly it will be increasingly difficult to compete amid the ASEAN economic market and the onslaught of global banks scrambling to enter the Indonesian market. Bumi Lancang Kuning Melayu Riau and Kepri are synonymous with Islam, even though they have lived in neighboring tribes for a long time, but the law that has always been used long ago is Islamic law based on the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Prophet and all components of society can live peacefully and peacefully. Bank Riau Kepri was converted into a sharia bank so it would eliminate the doubt (hesitation) in the hearts of employees working in conventional banks especially with the existence of the MUI Fatwa No. 1 of 2004 stating bank interest included Haram and Riba.

Abstract

Abstract The obligation to provide for a child is prioritized by a father, but if it is not capable, then the mother will take it. Ages earn a living from 0 to 21 years or get married. If a civil servant then the child salary is 1/3. The philosophy of child care obligations in Islamic UUP, if viewed from the axiological aspect of the benefit of the law, then the livelihood of children is a medium to achieve people's welfare, with the fulfillment of children's livelihood means that they have prepared quality human resources in the future, because in their livelihood three children aspects of fulfilling basic needs of children, namely primary needs, children's spiritual (psychological) needs and children's intellectual needs. From the axiological aspect of legal justice, the fulfillment of children's livelihood is full of the values of theological justice, social justice and gender justice. Whereas from the axiological aspect of legal certainty, the existence of legal sanctions on family law legislation serves as social control as a preventive measure to prevent acts of neglect of the child and repressive (forcing) parents to provide for the child by paying them later, as guarantee of child rights (child rights).

Abstract: Islam is a comprehensive religion that encapsulates all human life including economic activities. Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di UIN Suska Riau dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor personal dan lingkungan sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha kandidat sarjana  UIN Suska Riau akademik 2018-2019. Analisis data digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda dibantu alat analisis Statistikal Product and Service Solution for Windows version 20. Hasilnya bahwa faktor personal dan lingkungan sosial  mempengaruhi terhadap minat berwirausaha kandidat sarjana UIN Suska Riau tahun akademik 2018-2019 adalah positif dan signifikan, kategori sangat tinggi sebesar 50% namun kandidat sarjana tidak akan memulai langsung untuk berwirausaha setelah menyelesaikan perkuliahan, sebesar 89% akan bekerja dulu, dari faktor personal menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 58.75% mahasiswa mengaku tidak memiliki sikap kewirausahaan, dari faktor lingkungan sosial yang sangat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha adalah orang tua mengarahkan untuk bekerja bukan berwirausaha sebesar 73.5%. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian, untuk menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha kandidat sarjana diperlukan tenaga pengajar kewirausahaan praktisi di bidang kewirausahaan dan berkomitmen meningkatkan, menumbuhkan sikap kewirausahaan disertai dukungan orang tua mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This article focuses on the discussion of Islamic and economic views on women making a living for families (husbands and children). This phenomenon is already popular in Indonesian society, with many female workers (TKW) making a living or working abroad for the sake of family survival (husband and children), this is also reinforced by soap opera shows on private national television titled “The world is upside down” as a manifestation of the socio-economic facts of the Indonesian family today which is visualized as soap operas. This is a big question mark for socio-economic observers and practitioners of sakinah or Muslim families. In general, the main task of making a family living in Islam is assigned to the man (husband). Although it is justified that women (wives) earn a living (working) to help the family economy if the husband’s income is insufficient for family needs, provided that the woman in work does not bring shame, slander and harm to herself and the continuity of her household, and can maintain her honor by always covering aurat and keep away from things that produce salaries are not halal (haram). So a woman who is a family breadwinner in the view of Islamic economics is permitted, but that as an alternative to maintaining survival and domestic life with her husband and children, also does not violate her nature as a wife and mother for her children. This analysis arises because economic activity is a social activity, so the social is very closely related to the economy, also the Islamic economy and  ocioeconomic family in Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACTFasakh nikah or khulu' is the husband's divorce right which is given to his wife to break away from the marriage bond which is considered to have no benefit. This study is a study of muqaranah mazahib fil al-fiqh. Khulu 'according to the school of Daud al-Zhahiri, Ibnu Hazm represented, argues that the khulu' is the king's divorce (talak that can be reconciled). According to the Hanbali School represented by Ibn Qudamah that khulu‘ is the fasakh of marriage. Strengthened by Imam Ahmad with the argument of the authentic hadith of Ibn Abbas, as well as the opinion of the Shafi'iyyah school. The maqasid syari'ah review of khulu' in marriage with the maqasid Ammah and Khassah approach, then analyzed using circular theory by understanding the meaning of khulu' based on general benefit, then khulu 'is the wife's divorce, because talak can basically arise from the husband referred to as the rights of divorce and also from the wife referred to as divorce divorce or khulu' or fasakh. Then the wisdom of khulu’ is the solution to the incomplete household that is not resolved, so that the wife is not neglected, the law allows the wife of the talak or divorces the husband with the concept of khulu’ or fasakh in the religious court (sharia court), in return for divorce rights for the wife.Keywords: Fasakh Nikah, Talak Khulu' and Maqashid Syari'ahINTISARIFasakh nikah atau khulu' adalah hak perceraian suami yang diberikan kepada istrinya untuk melepaskan diri dari ikatan pernikahan yang dianggap tidak memiliki manfaat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian muqaranah mazahib fil al-fiqh. Khulu' menurut mazhab Daud al-Zhahiri, Ibnu Hazm mewakili, berpendapat bahwa khulu' adalah perceraian (talak yang dapat direkonsiliasi). Menurut mazhab Hanbali diwakili oleh Ibn Qudamah bahwa khulu‘ adalah fasakh pernikahan. Diperkuat oleh Imam Ahmad dengan argumen hadis shahih Ibnu Abbas, serta pendapat mazhab Syafi'iyyah. Maqasid syari'ah mengulas khulu' dalam pernikahan dengan maqasid Ammah dan Khassah, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teori sirkular dengan memahami makna khulu' berdasarkan manfaat umum, maka khulu' adalah perceraian istri, karena talak pada dasarnya dapat timbul dari suami sebagai hak perceraian dan juga dari istri disebut perceraian atau khulu' atau fasakh. Maka khulu' merupakan solusi untuk permasalahan rumah tangga yang tidak dapat diselesaikan, sehingga hak istri tidak diabaikan, hukum memperbolehkan istri menceraikan suami dengan konsep khulu' atau fasakh di pengadilan agama, sebagai imbalan atas hak perceraian untuk istri.Kata Kunci: Fasakh Nikah, Talak Khulu’ dan Maqashid Syariah
