Abstract

Abstract The obligation to provide for a child is prioritized by a father, but if it is not capable, then the mother will take it. Ages earn a living from 0 to 21 years or get married. If a civil servant then the child salary is 1/3. The philosophy of child care obligations in Islamic UUP, if viewed from the axiological aspect of the benefit of the law, then the livelihood of children is a medium to achieve people's welfare, with the fulfillment of children's livelihood means that they have prepared quality human resources in the future, because in their livelihood three children aspects of fulfilling basic needs of children, namely primary needs, children's spiritual (psychological) needs and children's intellectual needs. From the axiological aspect of legal justice, the fulfillment of children's livelihood is full of the values of theological justice, social justice and gender justice. Whereas from the axiological aspect of legal certainty, the existence of legal sanctions on family law legislation serves as social control as a preventive measure to prevent acts of neglect of the child and repressive (forcing) parents to provide for the child by paying them later, as guarantee of child rights (child rights).

Abstract

The market phenomenon in Pekanbaru in the last decade is enlivened by the existence of the pop-up market. By utilizing idle land around the settlement, the sellers provide goods for daily needs. This study is a mixed research model, which uses qualitative descriptive methods and direct observation. The research shows that the pop-up market just a momentary event that occurs when there is a crowd. It can be categorized as a traditional market with basic goods and carried out on mobile. According to a business economics perspective, the pop-up market plays an important role in fostering economic development, which leads to the welfare of society. Further, the existence of the pop-up market also in accordance with the principles of Islamic business economics which give attention to the micro and small enterprises due to the target of the pop-up market in Pekanbaru is the middle and lower classes. Abstract

Indonesia from the norm, categorized countries with commitments in the HUMAN RIGHTS of children. This research aims to mengetahuai how the concept of HUMAN RIGHTS of the child according to law No. 17 Th 2016 and Islam?. This qualitative research study mixed with primary sources of LAW No. 17 Th 2016 and Islamic Fiqh Wa Adillatuhu Wahbah Juhaili and other supporters. Research results: 1). The concept of the HUMAN RIGHTS of children in law No. 17 Th 2016 on the protection of the child, that the perlindunagn against an absolute must do because starting from the international and national level already has a strong legal instrument, especially the law of Pidananya, namely article I number 1 with imprisonment the shortest 5 (five) years and the longest 15 (fifteen) years and a maximum fine of Rp 5,000,000,000.00 (five billion dollars), then the identity of the perpetrators in the halayak crowded in front of the post, was also castrated chemistry as well as the installation of electronic detection tools. 2). children's HUMAN RIGHTS Concepts in Islam include: 1). Right to life; 2. name); 3). Aqiqah; 4). BREAST MILK; 5). Eat Drink; 6). Rizqi; 7). Islamic Studies 8). The Bed; 9). Instruction Read Write; 13.) health care; 14). Teaching skills; 15.) a good place in the hearts of Parents; 16). Compassion; 17). Protection in political activities, the involvement of disputes, Wars, riots and violence; 18.) are not Exploited, economic and Sexual; 19). The protection and legal assistance; Punishment is appropriate and Humane.
