Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to knowing the mentality of a suspect who is undergoing a criminal legal process at the investigation level. Second, knowing the mental health development of suspects who are undergoing legal procee-dings at the investigation level. Thrid, knowing the Urgency of guidance and counseling for suspects who are undergoing criminal legal proceedings at the investigation level. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. There are also informants in this study are the suspects, investigators, lawyers, former suspects; data collected by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this study are that people who undergo criminal proceedings at the investigation level experience mental and psychological disturbances and pressures, and require counseling guidance but there are no rules in the Republic of Indonesia that govern the permissibility and guidance and counseling. Against suspects who carry out criminal legal proceedings at the investigation level, while for assistance in terms of legal proceedings, the state prepares lawyers (lawyers) who are prodeo for those who are able to pay, so the state invites to appoint its own legal advisors (lawyers). Abstract

his study aims to describe how teachers and students in Islamic religious education learning activities use google classroom as a learning medium. This research is a qualitative descriptive study in class VIII SMP Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Data collection was carried out using several data collection techniques, including: interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research findings show that the use of google classroom in Islamic religious education learning activities is used as a stone tool by teachers and students in the implementation of distance learning activities. Google classroom is used in distance learning activities, because: 1) google class room provides virtual classrooms; 2) google Classroom has features that make it easier for teachers to provide teaching materials and materials to students; 3) Means of discussion and communication between students and teachers without being limited by space and time; 4) as a tool for teachers in giving assignments and assessments to students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Google Form application is used as a medium in conducting learning evaluation activities at SMP Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study in class IX students at SMP Rahmat Islamiyah Medan. Data collection was carried out using several data collection techniques, including: interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results show that the Google Form Application has been used by teachers since the emergence of the covid-19 pandemic. The Google Form application is mostly used to evaluate learning for students, both formative evaluation and summative evaluation.
