Abstract

The need for water supply always increases with population growth and development of the region, demandingPDAM Semarang able to provide a better service to their communities.The issue of high rate of leak, the high discharge capacity untapped and range of services is still very low whichis a major problem for the Semarang District PDAM water supply for the City of Ungaran. Similarly on thequestion of the level of customer satisfaction and service performance should be analyzed so that companies canknow the goals and strategies in improving water services to the community.Customer satisfaction to water supply services, measured in terms of customer perception in the use of watersupply. The analysis showed that customer satisfaction in the category of high levels of satisfaction are stronglyinfluenced by water pressure, adequacy of water use, quality of complaints handling and accuracy of watermeter readings.The results of the performance assessment of water services which refers to two normative rules, namely No.47of 1999 Kepmendagri obtain the final value of 58.16 is included in the category of adequate and appropriatecriteria BPPSPAM obtain the final value of 2.055 is included in the healthy category.From the results of the performance analisia taps and customer satisfaction level analysis shows that there aresome indicators of corporate performance and customer satisfaction needs to be improved and enhanced.

Abstract

Pasar Sayangan adalah salah satu pasar tradisional berskala kecil yang terletak di Jl. Pattimura, Kecamatan Sidorejo Salatiga. Kondisi kios sudah tidak layak dipergunakan dan kondisi los pedagang perlu dilakukan penataan. Sarana pendukung seperti tempat sampah, sarana air bersih dan area parkir sangat kurang. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka Pasar Sayangan perlu dilakukan Revitalisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pedagang dan pengunjung serta menciptakan lingkungan pasar yang bersih, sehat, aman dan nyaman. Bangunan Pasar Sayangan direncanakan 2 (dua) lantai. Lantai Satu terdiri Kios, Los, Kantor Pengelola, Gudang, MCK, Tempat Parkir dan Tempat Sampah. Sedangkan Lantai Dua terdiri Kios Makanan, Area Pengunjung, Kantor Pengelola, Mushola dan MCK

Abstract

Pesatnya Pesatnya perkembangan perindustrian di bidang transportasi dantatanan pertamanan kota, turut mempengaruhi industri paving block. Salah satu home industri yang berkembang dalam bidang produksi paving block adalah UD. Putra Mandiri dan UD Abadi jaya yang bertempat di jalan Prof. Suharso No. 27 Semarang. Usaha paving block ini dilakukan secara bersamaan pengelolaannya dengan kegiatan usaha lainnya seperti batako. Tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap paving block tidak diimbangi dengan ketersediaan kualitas yang memadai baik dari segi kekuatan, umur pakai, dan durability paving. Pada usaha ini masih banyak ditemukan beberapa produk yang retak dan pecah, hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh proses pencetakan yang masih menggunakan proses manual dengan tenaga manusia. Proses pencetakan manual ini menyebabkan ketidak konsistensian dalam pemadatan cetakan paving block sehingga seringkali hasil produksi tidak dapat dipasarkan karena terdapat banyak produk yang cacat. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan pemeriksaan uji kuat tekan produk Paving Block yang dihasilkan mitra dengan proses pencetakan manual, serta membandingkan kuat tekan produk tersebut dengan Paving Block hasil pencetakan dengan proses mekanis.

Abstract

Irigasi mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas pertanian suatu daerah. Tetapi, di lapangan banyak saluran irigasi yang memiliki tingkat kerusakan tinggi termasuk di Kabupaten Demak, di mana rata-rata saluran irigasi termasuk dalam kategori rusak sedang dengan nilai tingkat kerusakan 25, 47%. Cukup tingginya angka kerusakan ini menjadikan perlu dilakukan inventarisasi lebih detail tentang kondisi saluran irigasi sehingga dapat dilakukan usulan perbaikan konstruksi sehingga dalam pelaksanaan dapat menjadi lebih optimal. Pengabdian ini diselenggarakan di Desa Kangkung Demak Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Diponegoro. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini nantinya dapat dijadikan dasar perbaikan perencanaan saluran irigasi yang ada di Desa Kangkung-Demak.

Abstract

Redesign is the critical point of the construction process which aims to provide technical specification requirements that will be used at the project later. In project planning, more time and accuracy are needed to obtain the required output. Therefore, it is necessary to use BIM or Building Information Modeling software to simplify, speed up and minimize errors due to human error. This Project was made a redesign the Dean's Building and Lecture project of the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University using the BIM or Building Information Modeling application which aims to streamline structural, planning work, financing estimation, and scheduling processes. The method used is a literature study with the main data of design drawing and others data from the construction project of the Dean Building and Lectures of the Faculty of Public Health, Diponegoro University. The preparation of this Project goes through 3 stages. The first stage is to redesign the FKM Building project using Autodes Revit, the second stage is analyzing the structure with SAP 2000 and Ms Excel applications then the third stage is replanning cost estimation and scheduling using Ms Excel and Ms Project. The result of this Final Project is to obtain new best drawings, material specifications, cost estimation and scheduling.

Abstract

Construction planning and management is carried out as an attempts to find out various aspects that will be use in facilitating the construction, so it is following the applicable requirements, building functions, and economy. In construction projects, problems are often found at the planning stage or during construction, such as clashes between design elements or between schedules which can cause delays in project construction, large amounts of waste generated after construction, cost overruns during construction, and other problems caused by a lack of accuracy and poor coordination that can disrupt the productivity of construction projects. As technology develops, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is use as a solution to overcome various problems in the construction sector with a system that can collect and manage important data in the construction planning process that is integrated into accurate 3D modeling. In this final project, Building Information Modeling (BIM) will be used to plan the 6-floor Flats of the Ministry of Social Affairs BBRSPDF Surakarta City. Outputs be generated can be in the form of superstructure and substructure plans, namely the design of foundation structures, columns, beams, and plates, 2D Detail Engineering Design (DED), 3D modeling, and construction management plans in the form of Budget Plans, and scheduling.

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) technological innovations can assist in designing construction designs to be integrated with each other, so that the process can be more effective and efficient. This Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology can be applied to various construction works, including road and bridge construction work. In this study the authors will plan the construction work of a prestressed concrete bridge at Temanggung Hospital which includes bridge geometric planning, structural loading and reinforcement calculations, 3D modeling and calculation of concrete volume and reinforcement using Autodesk Revit, as well as designing a cost budget and time schedule using Microsoft Project. From the analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained a 17,453-meter-long Full Circle bend plan with a 4% incline, the elevation of the bridge is 14,470 meters from the riverbed, the design of the bridge at the Temanggung Hospital is safe against work loads, the total cost needed in the construction of the Temanggung Hospital Bridge is Rp. 7,875,323,851, with a duration of work of 5 months starting from 1 August 2023 to 9 December 2023.

Abstract

Widening irrigation canals is important as part of the Indonesian government's efforts to increase crop yields, reduce poverty, and achieve food independence. This community service program is very much needed by the people of Kangkung Village, Demak Regency, due to the uncertain climatic conditions and the lack of adequate irrigation networks used by the community to irrigate the farmers' fields. This actual condition is the background for selecting the object of community service research to study, analyze and formulate the right irrigation channel model to help irrigate of plantation and agricultural lands for the Kangkung village community and its surroundings in order to increase the production of agricultural and plantation products.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang sangat rawan terhadap gempa bumi karena posisinya yang terletak pada dua samudera, tiga lempeng dunia, serta ring of fire. Di Indonesia saat ini sistem peringatan dini yaitu seismograf hanya mampu dipasang di tempat tertentu seperti pegunungan dan pantai. Oleh karena itu, persyaratan tersebut membuat sistem pendeteksi gempa bumi tidak dapat digunakan di daerah kota besar sehingga perlu adanya inovasi berupa sistem detektor keretakan bangunan akibat gempa bumi dengan menggunakan vibration sensor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan vibration sensor serta pengaruhnya dalam meminimalisir korban jiwa dan mengetahui kerusakan yang terjadi. Untuk membuat sistem detektor keretakan bangunan menggunakan vibration sensor melalui beberapa tahap yaitu (1) survey dan analisa kebutuhan (2) pembuatan alat (3) pengujian. Mekanisme sistem kerja alat ini adalah ketika data masuk akan diuji dua sistem dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan pada software IDE Arduino dimulai dari prototipe berupa dinding yang dipukul hingga terjadi retakan. Pada sistem pertama getaran yang dihasilkan akan ditangkap dan diolah  oleh NodeMCU ESP8266 sehingga akan menghidupkan buzzer dan LED sebagai indikator kerusakan. Pada sistem kedua getaran akan ditangkap NodeMCU ESP8266 dan ditransmisikan menuju PC dengan platform ThingSpeak berupa nilai getaran secara visual. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sistem detektor keretakan bangunan akibat gempa bumi dengan menggunakan vibration sensor mampu berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang dirancang dan dapat diaplikasikan di kota-kota besar untuk meminimalisir korban akibat bencana dan mengetahui besaran nilai getaran yang terjadi.Kata kunci: vibration sensor, gempa bumi, NodeMCU ESP8266
