Abstract

Data imbalance is one of the problems in the application of machine learning and data mining. Often this data imbalance occurs in the most essential and needed case entities. Two approaches to overcome this problem are the data level approach and the algorithm approach. This study aims to get the best model using the pap smear dataset that combined data levels with an algorithmic approach to solve data imbalanced. The laboratory data mostly have few data and imbalance. Almost in every case, the minor entities are the most important and needed. Over-sampling as a data level approach used in this study is the synthetic minority oversampling technique-nominal (SMOTE-N) and adaptive synthetic-nominal (ADASYN-N) algorithms. The algorithm approach used in this study is the ensemble classifier using AdaBoost and bagging with the classification and regression tree (CART) as learner-based. The best model obtained from the experimental results in accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure using ADASYN-N and AdaBoost-CART.

Abstract

Waste has become a significant problem in Indonesia, especially in the capital city of Jakarta due to many disasters caused by it. The one cause of flooding is the blockage of river flow by waste. The monitoring of litter is essential to find out the waste intensity in the river. The research was formed which aims to produce an application that can detect, track, and calculate river waste using YOLO v3 algorithm. This research was done in order to simplify the process of monitoring waste in the river and can calculate waste using video. This research uses 340 images directly from photos and videos, captured by researchers-detection of waste processed frame by frame by changing video into several structures. From the acquired result from the experiment, it's proven that YOLO v3 can be used for detection and counting waste recorded on video. The result of this research is an application that can detect waste and it is able to detect said objects with 98.74% of confidence from case video.

Abstract

Abstract. Extracting information from a large amount of structured data requires expensive computing. The Vector Space Model method works by mapping words in continuous vector space where semantically similar words are mapped in adjacent vector spaces. The Vector Space Model model assumes words that appear in the same context, having the same semantic meaning. In the implementation, there are two different approaches: counting methods (eg: Latent Semantic Analysis) and predictive methods (eg Neural Probabilistic Language Model). This study aims to apply Word2Vec method using the Continuous Bag of Words approach in Indonesian language. Research data was obtained by crawling on several online news portals. The expected result of the research is the Indonesian words vector mapping based on the data used.Keywords: vector space model, word to vector, Indonesian vector space model.Abstrak. Ekstraksi informasi dari sekumpulan data terstruktur dalam jumlah yang besar membutuhkan komputasi yang mahal. Metode Vector Space Model bekerja dengan cara memetakan kata-kata dalam ruang vektor kontinu dimana kata-kata yang serupa secara semantis dipetakan dalam ruang vektor yang berdekatan. Metode Vector Space Model mengasumsikan kata-kata yang muncul pada konteks yang sama, memiliki makna semantik yang sama. Dalam penerapannya ada dua pendekatan yang berbeda yaitu: metode yang berbasis hitungan (misal: Latent Semantic Analysis) dan metode prediktif (misalnya Neural Probabilistic Language Model). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Word2Vec menggunakan pendekatan Continuous Bag Of Words model dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Data penelitian yang digunakan didapatkan dengan cara crawling pada berberapa portal berita online. Hasil penelitian yang diharapkan adalah pemetaan vektor kata Bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan data yang digunakan.Kata Kunci: vector space model, word to vector, vektor kata bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Submission of thesis proposals is often constrained by the problem of time compatibility between students and the head of the study program. The development of technology, especially the internet, should be used to overcome this problem. This study aims to build a web-based thesis proposal submission application. The development of a web-based thesis proposal submission application is carried out using the UML-based Web Engineering (UWE) method. The result of this research is a web-based thesis proposal submission application that can be used by admins, heads of study programs and students. In this application, students can submit a proposal by filling out the submission form in accordance with the specified period. Proposals submitted by students will be grouped by study program. Proposals submitted have three statuses, namely correct, accepted or rejected. Students can see the status of the proposals submitted after being checked by the head of the study program. In the application there is a thesis proposal submission log. After the proposal is received, the proposal submission form cannot be accessed. Abstract

Game sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari pada masyarakat Indonesia. Bermain game menggunakan komputer ataupun handphone adalah salah satu kegiatan yang digemari oleh banyak orang, terutama anak-anak dan remaja. Game juga dapat menjadi sarana pembelajaran dan sarana untuk melatih kemampuan kognitif. Terdapat banyak genre game, salah satunya adalah genre action. Game dengan genre action memiliki keunggulan untuk melatih kemampuan kognitif karena membutuhkan konsentrasi untuk dimainkan. Kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan pada 10 Desember 2020 yang lalu ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi pesertanya untuk memahami konsep game engine dan dapat membangun game action sederhana menggunakan game engine.

Abstract

Abstrak: Gagasan Rorty terhadap objektivitas bermanfaat di era pluralisme budaya, terutama di era internet. Menerapkan ironi dan liberalisme Rorty dalam masyarakat global di mana orang-orang terhubung sangat menarik. Implikasi dari ide ini akan membuat masyarakat internasional mengambil bagian dalam penghormatan sementara ironi pribadi orang tetap personal. Meskipun ide-ide ini mungkin bukan pilihan yang paling baik, mereka konsisten dengan prinsip ironi manusia itu sendiri, tidak memutlakkan kebenaran objektif, antara lain, sebagai cita-cita universal. Sementara solidaritas akan sangat cocok untuk berempati dengan yang liyan dalam komunitas internet, orang-orang menghormati kebebasan berbicara atau berekspresi orang lain, dan sementara pengaturan internet tetap melindunginya. Melalui prinsip ironi dan solidaritas kemanusiaan, ide-ide Rorty masih berguna untuk menerapkan arahan dalam masyarakat yang terhubung dalam multi-budaya global seperti dunia maya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop foreign language modeling primarily of Hokkien's language in Latin Acts by using a library of Python named Numpy. Detailing is done based on the manual dictionary manually for this research based on several sources. Detailing is done by entering the Hokkien word to be corrected to compare to the existing word dictionary. The result of this research is a system that can only correct the mistake of writing the Hokkien-speaking word that has only one syllable. And the results of this study can only run through the Python code only.

Abstract

The lack of a corpus in Indonesian makes text processing in Indonesian have little interest in processing the text, therefore the aim of doing POS-Tagging is to do word labeling that takes into account the essence of the sentence based on the words contained in the sentence into a per-word tagset , the tagging process uses the N-gram, TnT, and Classifier Based methods. The three methods are used because the three methods have similar work methods and work by looking at the traces of learning and working on the previous method. The method that produces the optimal tagger of the three methods is the Classifier Based method because this method is a combination of the three methods, so that the tagger results issued are more optimal than the other two methods.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a model to recognize painting types of figurative and non-figurative using self-organizing map (SOM) algorithm. This research used painting images from WikiArt which was formed into figurative and non-figurative types. Methods used in this research implements bag of visual words (BoVW) model to represent image features, SOM algorithm as a classifier, and incremental model as a software development method. Features of an image based on BoVW model formed using scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT) and K-means methods. The BoVW feature representation then classified using SOM which uses rectangular topology and gaussian neighborhood function. The result of this research is an application to recognize painting images with 83.3% accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Long Short-Term Memory algorithm to the conversion of informal sentences into formal sentences using Indonesian sentences. Development of LSTM model application software to convert informal sentences to formal sentences in this study uses the incremental method. The BLEU evaluation determines whether or not the predicted sentence is accepted by measuring the closeness of the context of the formal sentence from the dataset. This research produces a website-based application. The conclusion obtained is that the training model that is built produces accuracy and loss values with a value of 0.7011 and 3.7401. Based on these results, an assessment of the training model is not good enough. This is due to several factors that cause the model training to experience overfitting.
