Abstract

Kinerja dosen dalam perguruan tinggi merupakan bukti nyata yang dihasilkan oleh dosen sebagai prestasi yang ditujukan sesuai perannya. Penilaian kinerja dosen mengacu sistem secara formal dan terstruktur untuk mengukur, menilai, dan mempengaruhi sifat-sifat yang berkatian dengan pekerjaanya.Tujuan dalam penelitan ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja dosen menggunakan Fuzzy Inference System metode Sugeno. Variabel fuzzy yang digunakan adalah pengabungan dari varibel-variabel penelitian sebelumnya diantaranya pengajaran, penelitian & publikasi, abdimas, penunjang, materi, disiplin dan sikap. ini menghasilkan Aplikasi kinerja dosen yang di dimulai dengan merancang use case diagram, class diagram sebagai bagian dari unified modeling language untuk memodelkan perangkat lunak, selanjutnya merancang interface aplikasi. Berdasarkan penilaian kinerja dosen yang dilakukan oleh aplikasi menggunakan sample 10 dosen, diperoleh skor terendah 60 dan skor tertinggi dengan nilai 100.

Abstract

Abstract The community service activity aims to optimize the potential of teachers in making presentations through collaboration. Meaningful collaboration media presentations that will be used are done together. This makes the presentation made better, more complete, and has an attractive appearance. SMK Catur Global is a school that is adaptive to the development of learning technology. One of them is the technology of making teaching media in the form of presentations. Prezi application is used to make presentations that allow collaboration between teachers to make presentation material. The implementation method begins with (1) Introduction: create virtual classes using google classroom. Then upload the application and material and register all training participants in the classroom. The application was installed before the training. Stage (2) Implementation: We explained the importance of innovation in making presentations and the importance of teamwork, participants were divided into small groups according to their fields, and demonstrated their use using computers. Each group chooses one teaching material to make their presentation. Each group made a presentation of the teaching material. Each group can discuss with the speaker if experiencing difficulties. Stage (3) Evaluation: each group presents their work and uploads it to the virtual class. The speaker gave input so that the presentations made could be better. The results of this training train teamwork in producing the best work, train creativity in using computer application technology to improve learning outcomes, make teaching effective, make it easier to see material in one main picture. Keywords: Community Service, Prezy, Team Work, SMK Catur Global Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi guru dalam membuat presentasi melalui kolaborasi. Kolaborasi bermakna media presentasi yang akan digunakan dikerjakan secara bersama-sama. Hal ini menjadikan hasil presentasi yang dibuat lebih baik, lengkap, dan memiliki tampilan yang menarik. SMK Catur Global merupakan sekolah yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah terhadap teknologi pembuatan media ajar berupa presentasi. Aplikasi Prezi digunakan untuk membuat presentasi yang memungkinkan terjadi kolaborasi antar guru dalam membuat materi presentasi. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan (1) Pendahuluan: membuat kelas maya menggunakan google classroom. Kemudian mengunggah aplikasi dan materi serta mendaftarkan semua peserta pelatihan pada classroom tersebut. Aplikasi sudah diinstal sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan. Tahap (2) Pelaksanaan: Kami menjelaskan pentingnya inovasi dalam pembuatan presentasi dan pentingnya kerjasama tim, peserta dibagi dalam kelompok kecil sesuai bidangnya, dan mendemonstrasikan penggunaanya menggunakan komputer. Setiap kelompok memilih satu materi ajar untuk dibuatkan presentasinya. Setiap kelompok membuat presentasi dari materi ajar tersebut. Setiap kelompok dapat berdiskusi dengan pemateri jika mengalami kesulitan. Tahap (3) Evaluasi: setiap kelompok mempresentasikan karyanya dan mengunggah pada kelas maya. Pemateri memberi masukan agar presentasi yang dibuat dapat lebih baik. Hasil pelatihan ini melatih kerja sama tim dalam menghasilkan karya terbaik, melatih kreatifitas dalam penggunakan teknologi aplikasi komputer untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, mengefektifkan cara mengajar, memudahkan melihat materi dalam satu gambar utama. Abstract

Measurement/reading of the talents of each personal educator(teacher) and education personnel need to be done. Among the applications that can be used to take such measurements is to use the Talents Mapping application. Measurement with Talents Mapping aims to analyze the suitability of talent with the field of work, and provide recommendations of the results of reading the talent on the leadership/management. Before the measurement is done, it is necessary to explain talents mapping. This is necessary to provide initial insights and knowledge about Talents Mapping, and the measurement methods to be performed. After the measurement results are obtained, discussions can be made on the results of these measurements. The results of measuring/reading the talents of each personal educator and education personnel with the Talents Mapping Application is expected to help determine the suitability of talent with the field of work pursued by educators and education personnel, as well as provide recommendations of the results of reading the talent to the management/school leadership Keywords: Talents Mapping, Talent, Educators, Educational personnel, Strength Topology Abstrak Pengukuran/pembacaan bakat tiap personal tenaga pendidik(guru) dan tenaga kependidikan perlu dilakukan. Diantara aplikasi yang bisa digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Talents Mapping. Pengukuran dengan Talents Mapping bertujuan untuk menganalisa kesesuaian bakat dengan bidang kerja, dan memberikan rekomendasi hasil pembacaan bakat tersebut pada pihak pimpinan/manajemen. Sebelum dilakukan pengukuran, perlu dilakukan penjelasan tentang Talents Mapping. Hal tersebut diperlukan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan awal tentang Talents Mapping, dan metode pengukuran yang akan dilakukan. Setelah hasil pengukuran didapatkan maka bisa dilakukan diskusi terhadap hasil pengukuran tersebut. Hasil dari pengukuran/pembacaan bakat tiap personal tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dengan Aplikasi Talents Mapping diharapkan dapat membantu mengetahui kesesuaian bakat dengan bidang kerja yang digeluti oleh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, serta memberikan rekomendasi hasil pembacaan bakat tersebut pada pihak manajemen/pimpinan sekolah. Abstract

The cafeteria of Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, has a problem that is a lot ofgarbage left by visitors to the canteen. Waste consists of plastic, paper, food scraps placedat the canteen table by visitors to the canteen. The location of the trash can is far from thevisitors, and the number of trash bins totaling 4 pieces, unable to accommodate the garbagefrom visitors to the canteen can get problems in environmental pollution for the future. Sohe made a study that produced a garbage bin robot with an industrial system 4.0, which isto assist the task of human work. With the aim of reducing the trash left by visitors to thecanteen and the convenience of visitors to put garbage on the robot. Using the protoypingmethod in the system of making garbage bins with the stages of collecting design processneeds, building prototypes, evaluating & repairing, producing a robot with a smartphonecontroller based on boarduino applications so that robots can work according to the needsexpected by researchers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi Virtual Tenant Network di OpenDaylight dalam arsitektur teknologi Network-Define Networking. Masalah utama dalam membangun infrastruktur jaringan komputer adalah sangat tergantung pada vendor perangkat jaringan. Harga perangkat jaringan juga relatif mahal dan kompatibilitas setiap perangkat juga merupakan bagian dari masalah yang membutuhkan solusi. Teknologi Open-source Network-Define Networking memungkinkan pengembang infrastruktur jaringan tidak bergantung pada vendor perangkat jaringan. Metode penelitian menggunakan simulasi. Indikator kualitas layanan (Kualitas Layanan) yang diuji termasuk penundaan, jitter, throughput, dan paket yang hilang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berada dalam kategori baik karena nilainya di atas standar yang ditetapkan oleh International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T).

Abstract

The research aims to apply the fingerprint and Short Message Service technology in the attendance system. Presence or attendance is an important activity in the lecturing process. SMK Global Teknologi has a problem in the student attendance data. The human error factor in captured student attendance is a problem in itself. On the other hand, there are cases of students who went to school but did not arrive at school to become complaints from parents. Fingerprint technology has been proven to be able to validate someone as proof of attendance, while the SMS gateway is proven to be a reliable telecommunications technology for data communication. The research method used was to conduct observations at the SMK Global Technologi. The interview method was carried out with the principal, representatives of parents, teachers, and students. The system development method used is Waterfall which consists of the stages of planning, analysis, design, finally implementation. The testing method used a black-box. The results of the research are the application of student attendance information systems with an attendance system indicator that has been integrated between parents, teachers, homeroom teachers. So that student attendance data can be directly known. Keywords: Attendance System, Fingerprint, SMS Gateway Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan teknologi fingerprint dan Short Message Service (SMS) dalam sistem presensi. Presensi atau kehadiran merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. SMK Global Teknologi memiliki masalah dalam data presensi siswanya. Faktor kesalahan manusia dalam merekap kehadiran siswa menjadi masalah tersendiri. Disisi lain adanya kasus peserta didik yang berangkat ke sekolah tetapi tidak sampai kesekolah menjadi keluhan orang tua. Teknologi fingerprint telah terbukti dapat memvalidasi seseorang sebagai bukti kehadiran, sedangkan SMS gateway terbukti untuk sebagai teknologi telekomunikasi yang handal untuk komunikasi data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakuan observasi di SMK Global Teknologi. Metode wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, perwakilan orang tua, guru, dan siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan penerapan. Metode pengujian menggunakan black-box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diterapkannya sistem informasi kehadiran peserta didik dengan indikator sistem kehadiran sudah terintegrasi antara orang tua, guru, wali kelas. Sehingga data kehadiran siswa dapat secara langsung diketahui. Kata kunci: Sistem Kehadiran, Fingerprint, SMS Gateway

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam Kuliah Kerja Nyata atau PKM-KKN bertujuan untuk melatih softskill mahasiswa. Seorang dosen pendamping ditentukan untuk membimbing dan mengarahkan 30 mahasiswa. Program PKM-KKN ini dilakukan di Desa Sukawijaya Kecamamatan Tembelang Kabupaten Bekasi Jawa Barat. Program utama kami adalah sosialisasi teknopreneur dan internet marketing. Metode pelaksanaan dengan cara berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman melalui kegiatan sosialisasi kepada remaja karang taruna dan siswa sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah di Desa Sukawijaya. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah para remaja karang taruna dan siswa sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hidayah di desa sukawijaya diharapkan dapat bersikap bijak dalam penggunaan perangkat teknologi informasi khususnya smartphone dan internet untuk mengopotimalkan potensi kompetensi pribadi, usaha pribadi dan potensi masyarakat Desa Sukawijaya.

Abstract

Scheduling problems occur in various fields, e.g., education, health institutions, transportation, sports, etc. Main scheduling problems in education is course scheduling which creates schedules for students and lecturers. In this study, course scheduling allocates the lecturers in the form of team teaching and courses into the class and a certain time to even out the workload of lecturers per day and a group of students per day in one week without breaking the constraint. The method used in this research is a genetic algorithm where Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya as the case study. The genetic algorithm process is done by getting several candidate solutions that undergo a process of selection, mutation, and crossing over to produce chromosomes with the best fitness values. The objective function in this research is minimizing the average variance of the workload of lecturers and students per day in one week. The parameters used in genetic algorithm are determined based on the Design of Experiments mechanism (DOE). The optimal parameter values ​​used to run the program are as: population size = 50, with probability of crossing over = 0.4 and probability of mutation = 0.008. The results of scheduling with genetic algorithms show that the value of the workload variance lecturers and students by considering team teaching is better than actual scheduling. The application of the genetic algorithm method results in a decrease in the standard value deviation of the workload of lecturers and a group of students in one week is 0.114 (3.68%) and 3.11 (55.7%). In addition, course scheduling uses a genetic algorithm with consider team teaching better than genetic algorithm without considering team teaching because there is no class schedule that clashes in real conditions.

Abstract

The population of cats and dogs is increasing, whether they are kept or not. The public's awareness to raise these animals needs to be supported by a business place for keeping and buying and selling pet food or a PetShop. People who keep animals often have difficulty (1) finding the nearest PetShop, (2) access to the location, (3) knowing what services are provided, even (4) knowing whether there is a willingness to consult animal care and make a consultation appointment. This study aims to bring together PetShop and the community in the care and maintenance of animals, especially cats and dogs in Bekasi City. The system development life cycle method used is WaterFall. The WaterFall method consists of 5 stages, namely: Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. On stage Contruction, the Haversine Formula is inserted to find the nearest PetShop and with the help of the Google Maps API, a route to the PetShop is determined from the application user. Unified Modeling language (UML) diagrams are used during the analysis and system design processes such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Data Models, and User Interfaces. The result of this research is the ZuPet Web application which was built according to the Waterfall system development methodology, and the Haversine Formula has been inserted to optimize the search for the shortest route. The functionality of the application has been tested using the BlackBox Testing method. The application can be accessed at the address https://zupet.my.id.

Abstract

The word processing application, Microsoft Word, will make it easier for students to work on the job training report quickly and effectively. A lot of knowledge that students can get when making reports with a scientific approach. SMKS EKUIN Pangeran Jayakarta Vocational High School students have a problem with this. The purpose of this community service program is to overcome these problems, namely that students still do not optimize word processing applications to make job training reports with a scientific approach. The solution we give by providing mentoring training is effective in optimizing the use of word processing applications that are integrated with the Mendeley Library Manager and the use of the Style, Caption, and Equation functions. Participants were also presented with how to add and develop knowledge and practice the 10 finger fast typing method. The implementation methods carried out are (1) Presentation, the material is explained briefly, concisely and clearly, (2) Demonstration, the material is demonstrated directly, participants see it, (3) Direct Practice, participants carry out and practice the material presented, (4) Mentoring, Participants are helped during practice. Problems encountered can be resolved immediately, and (5) Google Classroom, utilization of this Learning Management System to see the progress of learning, discussion, and unlimited time assistance. Participants can asked the mentor anytime if there are any questions. The results of this program, after training, the first is that participants will know and gain knowledge and skills. Second, if participants always practice these skills, they will definitely be able to operate word processing applications optimally, typing can be completed quickly, tasks such as making papers, proposals, and any reports, especially job training reports, can be prepared properly and using a scientific approach so that their knowledge will increase.
