Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 epidemic has been declared as a pandemic by WHO since March 11, 2020. The determination was based on the geographical spread of the virus which has reached 114 countries including Indonesia. This is the aim of community service (PKM) Faculty of Engineering, University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, this time, taking part in socializing how to tackle and prevent COVID-19 pandemi. The theme of this PKM is the socialization of the role of social media in order to help cope with the COVID-19 and give procedure how to make and at once distributed of hand sanitizers and hand soap in the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. The method used is education by using a media pamflet which contains the role of social media in providing information about the COVID-19 outbreak, prevention and how to overcome it and the use of social media wisely. Also given additional knowledge about how to make hand sanitizers and hand soap. This method was chosen, as a form of social distancing when the implementation of large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Bekasi. The results of the PKM were seen from the enthusiasm of the community in accepting the pamflet, and the distribution of hand sanitizers and hand soap. It is expected that from this community service activity, the people of the village of Sukaraja, Tambelang can be smarter in utilizing existing social media and understanding about the COVID-19 outbreak, how to prevent and know how to make hand sanitizer, hand soap so that it triggers the entrepreneurial spirit. Penetapan itu didasarkan pada persebaran virus secara geografi yang telah mencapai 114 negara termasuk Indonesia. Hal ini yang menjadi tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) Fakultas Teknik Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya kali ini, yaitu ikut terjun mensosialisasikan cara menanggulangi dan mencegah pendemi COVID-19. Tema dari PKM ini yaitu sosialisasi peranan media sosial dalam rangka ikut menanggulangi wabah COVID-19 dengan pembuatan dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap di desa Sukaraja, Tambelang, Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dengan menggunakan media pamflet yang berisi peranan media sosial dalam memberi info tentang wabah COVID-19, pencegahan dan cara menanggulanginya serta penggunaan media sosial dengan bijak. Juga diberi tambahan pengetahuan tentang cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Dipilihnya metode ini, sebagai wujud social distancing saat berlakunya pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) di Bekasi. Pamflet ini diserahkan kepada warga bersamaan dengan pembagian hand sanitizer dan hand soap. Hasil dari PKM dilihat dari antusias masyarakat dalam menerima pamflet, dan pembagian hand sanitizer serta hand soap. Diharapkan dari kegiatan PKM ini, masyarakat Desa Sukaraja, Tambelang bisa lebih cerdas dalam memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada dan memahami tentang wabah COVID-19, cara mencegah dan menanggulanginya, serta tahu cara pembuatan hand sanitizer dan hand soap sehingga dapat menjadi pemicu bagi jiwa kewirausahaan. Abstract

Abstrak: Indonesia memiliki memiliki 3276 perguruan tinggi di lingkungan Kementerian Riset, Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Sesuai dengan UU No 14. Tahun 2005 Pasal 46 ayat 2 adalah Dosen memiliki kualifikasi akademik minimal, lulusan program Magister untuk program Diploma atau program Sarjana dan Lulusan program Doktor untuk program Pascasarjana. Angka kredit merupakan satuan nilai yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang dosen untuk mengajukan kenaikan jabatan fungsional. Pengajuan jabatan fungsional dapat diketahui berdasarkan Permendikbud RI No 92 Tahun 2014 dan Petunjuk Operasional PAK 27 Januari 2015 sehingga dapat dihitung. Jumlah dosen Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya per Agustus 2018 yang memiliki kepangkatan Asisten Ahli 84 Orang, Lektor = 44, Lektor Kepala = 13, Guru Besar = 3.Perhitungan angka kredit yang masih manual dapat menyebabkan kesalahan hitung sehingga akan berdampak pada kesalahan hitung terhadap angka kredit. Ketidaktahuan dosen terhadap nilai angka kredit yang tertera untuk setiap bidang juga dapat berpengaruh terhadap perhitungan angka kredit. Sistem ini mampu membuat dan menghitung jumlah penilaian angka kumulatif dan media pengingat dosen bahwa harus mengurus jabatan fungsional akademik. Sistem yang dirancang pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk membantu dosen pengusul untuk mempermudah melakukan penghitungan dan juga membantu bagian kedosenan dan tim penilai untuk melakukan verifikasi data pengajauan. Hasil dari sistem informasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan dosen dan bagian kedosenan bahkan pimpinan sebagai bahan pertimbangan pengajuan kenaikan jenjang jabatan akademik dosen memudahkan untuk membuat usulan kenaikan jabatan fungsional berikutnya. Kata kunci: Angka Kredit, Jabatan Fungsional Akademik, Kepangkatan Abstract: Indonesia has 3276 universities in the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education. In accordance with Law No. 14. Credit number calculations that are still manual can cause a calculation error so that it will have an error in calculating credit numbers . Ignorance of lecturers on the value of credit numbers listed for each field can also affect the calculation of credit numbers. This system is capable of making and calculating the number of cumulative number assessments and reminder media for lecturers that must take care of academic functional positions. The system designed in this study was used to help the proposing lecturers to make it easier to do the calculations and also to help the lecturers and the assessment team to verify the monitoring data. The results of this information system can be used by lecturers and lecturers and even the leadership as material for consideration of the increase in the lecturer academic position makes it easy to make the next functional promotion proposal. Abstract

Himpunan Cantor ditemukan oleh Henry John Stephen Smith pada tahun 1874 dan diperkenalkan oleh George Cantor pada tahun 1883. Himpunan Cantor merupakan himpunan dari irisan semua interval tutup yang memiliki sifat-sifat yang khusus. Dalam tulisan ini, akan diperlihatkan bentuk himpunan Cantor 1 5 , 1 7 , …. Kemudian, akan dibuktikan bahwa himpunan Cantor 1/2????−1 , dengan 2 ≤ ???? < ∞, yang diperumum merupakan himpunan Cantor, dengan mengonstruksi dan menunjukkan bahwa himpunan ini memenuhi definisi himpunan Cantor, yaitu dengan mencari berapa banyak dan panjang setiap himpunan tutup yang termuat, dan panjang total dari interval tutup yang tersisa dalam setiap langkah proses konstruksi, serta panjang total dari partisi yang dibuang dari himpunan tersebut. Selain itu, akan ditunjukkan pula himpunan Cantor 1/2????−1 yang diperumum memiliki sifat khusus, yakni merupakan himpunan kompak, takterhubung total, tidak padat dimana-mana, dan takterhitung.

Abstract

Scheduling problems occur in various fields, e.g., education, health institutions, transportation, sports, etc. Main scheduling problems in education is course scheduling which creates schedules for students and lecturers. In this study, course scheduling allocates the lecturers in the form of team teaching and courses into the class and a certain time to even out the workload of lecturers per day and a group of students per day in one week without breaking the constraint. The method used in this research is a genetic algorithm where Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya as the case study. The genetic algorithm process is done by getting several candidate solutions that undergo a process of selection, mutation, and crossing over to produce chromosomes with the best fitness values. The objective function in this research is minimizing the average variance of the workload of lecturers and students per day in one week. The parameters used in genetic algorithm are determined based on the Design of Experiments mechanism (DOE). The optimal parameter values ​​used to run the program are as: population size = 50, with probability of crossing over = 0.4 and probability of mutation = 0.008. The results of scheduling with genetic algorithms show that the value of the workload variance lecturers and students by considering team teaching is better than actual scheduling. The application of the genetic algorithm method results in a decrease in the standard value deviation of the workload of lecturers and a group of students in one week is 0.114 (3.68%) and 3.11 (55.7%). In addition, course scheduling uses a genetic algorithm with consider team teaching better than genetic algorithm without considering team teaching because there is no class schedule that clashes in real conditions.

Abstract

Academic consultation activities between students and academic supervisors are necessary to help students carry out academic activities. Based on the transcript of grades obtained, many students do not choose the appropriate final project/thesis specialization fields based on their academic abilities, resulting in a lot of inconsistencies between the course grades and the final project specialization fields. The purpose of this research is to minimize the subjectivity aspect of students in choosing their final project academic supervisors and minimize the inconsistencies between the course grades and the final project specialization fields. The method used in this research is classification data mining using the Decision Tree and C4.5 Algorithm methods, with the attributes involved being courses, course grades, and specialization courses. The C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm is used to transform data (tables) into a tree model and then convert the tree model into rules. The implementation of the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm in the specialization field decision support system has been successfully carried out, with an accuracy rate of 70% from the total calculation data. The data used in this research is a sample data from several senior students in the Informatics program at Ubhara-Jaya. The results of the research decision support system can be used as a good recommendation for the Informatics program and senior students to direct their final project research. It is expected that further research will use more sample data so that the accuracy rate will be better and can be implemented in website or mobile-based applications.

Abstract

Many software development projects encounter problems related to over- or under-estimation of effort. Accurate effort estimation is crucial for successful project management, but it can be challenging when resources are limited, and little is known about the project. The commonly used method for effort estimation is Use Case Points (UCP), which is mainly used for application-based objects and takes use cases as input. However, UCP has weaknesses, particularly in the high variation of weight factor values for Unadjusted Use Case Weight (UUCW). To address this problem, Fuzzy Use Case Points (FUCP), which is a combination of fuzzy logic and use case points, can be used. By applying fuzzy logic to the UUCW category, FUCP derives new weight factor values for UUCW. The implementation of FUCP to calculate effort estimation in ten government-based projects in this research has shown that FUCP yields the closest value to the actual effort required. It has also been demonstrated that FUCP outperforms UCP in terms of accuracy, with an improvement of 6.51%.

Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is an assessment of the basic competencies that all students need in order to be able to develop their own capacity and participate positively in society. The aim of AKM is to measure competency at the individual student level, which is expected for all students to reach a proficient or proficient level of competence. The minimum competency assessment since 2021 has been carried out online using the AKM-Kelas application provided by the Pusmenjar Kemdikbud. The challenge that later arises in implementing this is the ability of the school community to operate the application, apart from facilities and infrastructure, some schools do not yet have computer laboratory facilities. Based on this, the Kampus Mengajar (KM) program from the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) will work together to socialize and assist in using the AKM-Class application. In line with this, the participants in the Kampus Mengajar Batch 4 (KM-4) program at SDN 02 Jatireja designed a mentoring program for using the AKM-Kelas application in collaboration with the community service program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat - PkM) from Informatics lecturers at Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya. Through this mentoring program, teachers and grade 5 elementary school students are the main targets as training participants. The main focus of this training is how to install desktop-based applications for teachers as proctors and install Android-based applications for students as AKM participants. This training program is carried out in stages over three consecutive months. The results of this training show an increase in competence that must be owned by teachers and students in the aspects of: AKM knowledge, literacy, numeracy.

Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia is still overshadowed by the covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, this covid-19 has a new variant called covid-19 Omicron. Covid-19 Omicron in Indonesia continues to increase. The Ministry of Health predicts that the addition of Covid-19 Omicron cases in Indonesia is expected to continue until it reaches its peak in February 2022. For this reason, some parts of the education world in Indonesia are still carrying out online learning. Because of concerns about this omicron wave, the Three Pillars of Higher Education, were carried out online with the object of research being the youth of mosques in North Bekasi. The purpose of this socialization is to provide information and descriptions of positive and negative things or the impacts resulting from the development of digital literacy and teach them about the art of good language when they have to appear in public. The method used is to provide webinars/socialization on digital literacy and good language arts among mosque youths.

Abstract

Every household produces used cooking oil because the use of cooking oil is one of the primary needs of society.Waste cooking oil if not managed properly will make the environment dirty and can contaminate water and soil.To overcome this problem, innovation is needed in the management of used cooking oil by involving thecommunity so that the waste can be utilized to become recyclable products that can be reused in everyday life andeven become products of economic value that are environmentally friendly. One of the potential wastes of cookingoil is the high content of fatty acids that can be used to make soap. Soap products can be obtained from thehydrolysis reaction of fatty acids with bases (alkali). Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) activity wascarried out to increase the added value of used cooking oil by processing it into bar soap. This PkM activityincludes four stages, namely observation, information transformation, digital literacy and activity evaluation. Thetarget of this service program is housewives (IRT) in Srimukti Village, Bekasi Regency. From the results of asurvey conducted after the training activities, the participants were very satisfied with the ease of obtaininginformation about the implementation of the training, the training material in the form of processing used cookingoil waste and improving digital-branding skills which were considered very necessary for residents and the waythe instructor delivered material that was easy to understand.
