Abstract

In the era of advanced technology like now, primary needs such as clothing and food can easily be ordered through a website or application with a smart phone or with a computer. Almost all food can be ordered through social media applications, online motorcycle taxis and restaurant-owned applications. Even kitchen ingredients can be purchased in e-commerce applications. No cakes and breads that can be ordered with these applications. Therefore, this research will create a website-based product ordering information system so that it can make it easier for customers to order products. For the system development method, the author uses the Scrum method. For programming language using PHP and database using MySQL. This system makes it easy for customexrs to order products without having to order via direct messages, sellers can manage orders easily and easily.

Abstract

The study aims to implement the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system, with a case study at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Depok. The RAD method was chosen because it can produce applications quickly and effectively, and allows users to provide fast and continuous feedback during the development process. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. The result showed that the implementation of RAD method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Depok can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the application development process, so that development time is cut and development costs can be reduced. In addition, the RAD method also allows users to provide fast and continuous feedback during the development process, so that the resulting applications are more in line more in live with user needs. In conclusion, this study shows that the implementation of the Rapid Application Development method on a website-based school accreditation digital archive system at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of application development, as well as produce benefits to application developers, schools, and related parties in developing a website-based school accreditation digital archive system.

Abstract

Lembaga yayasan memerlukan pengelolaan administrasi keuangan yang baik agar kegiatannya dapat berjalan efektif. Yayasan Gerai Yatim Duafa merupakan salah satu lembaga yang berlokasi di Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang. Dalam mengelola kegiatan administrasi keuangannya dilakukan oleh seorang pejabat administrasi. Saat ini, pengelolaan administrasi keuangan ini secara konvensional mencatat baik pemasukan maupun pengeluaran ke dalam excel. Pada saat ketua yayasan akan melakukan rekapitulasi laporan keuangan, pengurus sering menemui kendala seperti pencarian data, rekapitulasi laporan, dan penerbitan laporan, karena penyimpanan data masih berupa file offline dalam satu komputer. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan metode Extreme Programming untuk mempercepat proses pembuatan aplikasi. Dengan dibuatnya sistem administrasi keuangan berbasis web dapat mendukung kegiatan administrasi keuangan di Yayasan Gerai Yatim Dhuafa guna memudahkan pengelolaan data administrasi keuangan dan meningkatkan pelayanan rekapitulasi laporan keuangan dan publikasi kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sedemikian pesat ini harus dipergunakan dengan sebaik mungkin, salah satunya dengan menggunakan teknologi komputer. Komputer diciptakan untuk membantu atau mempermudah pekerjaan manusia yang mungkin sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Minuman Tay-Tay adalah salah satu usaha  yang bergerak dibidang food yaitu menyediakan minuman bermacam-macam varian minuman dan cemilan, memiliki karyawan sebanyak 15 orang karyawan tetap. Untuk melakukan proses pengelolaan data gaji karyawan yang tercantum pada buku absensi ditambah dengan upah lembur dan gaji pokok dan nantinya buku absensi ini akan dijadikan pedoman dalam perhitungan gaji yang akan diterima karyawan. Dengan sistem yang masih manual sering terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam perhitungan gaji serta dalam pencarian data.  Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu Prototyping. Pada metode pengembangan sistem seperti prototype ini biasanya memberikan gambaran kebuthan secara umum pada suatu software yang ingin dibuat agar tampak secara mendetail pada saat bagian masukan, proses, ataupun keluaran nya seperti apa. Dengan melakukan proses dan tahapan prototyping serta pengembangan sistem, diharapkan setelah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, maka software yang nantinya ingin dibuat dipastikan bisa diterima oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The development of information technology demands increased digital literacy from elementary and secondary education levels. Websites, as a digital medium, play a role in conveying information, promotion, and communication. However, website creation skills among junior high school students are still limited (Mz & Thahir, 2020). This community service activity aims to improve students' technological skills through a website creation workshop using the Wix platform at SMPN 15 South Tangerang. The implementation method included surveys and interviews to map initial conditions, literature studies as a theoretical foundation, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to develop training plans, and hands-on practice in drag-and-drop website creation using Wix (Afiyanti, n.d.). The results of the activity showed that students were able to understand basic website concepts and produce simple, functional, and creative websites. Wix is ​​considered effective as a learning medium because it makes it easy for beginners to build websites without programming skills, thus supporting the improvement of students' digital literacy (Andreansyah & Dharma, 2022; Indonesia et al., 2022).

Abstract

This study aims to design and build a web-based inventory availability prediction system using the K-Means Clustering algorithm to improve stock management efficiency at Alya Fotocopy MSME. The system processes historical inventory data to classify items into fast-moving, medium-moving, and slow-moving categories. The results show that the K-Means algorithm can assist business owners in making stock control decisions more accurately and efficiently. Keywords: K-Means, Inventory Prediction, Data Mining, MSME

Abstract

Inadequately managed asset inventories remain a common issue in educational institutions. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi IKAT (STT IKAT) in South Jakarta still performs inventory recording manually using Microsoft Excel, resulting in several problems, including data inconsistencies, difficulties in monitoring assets, the absence of location and transfer history records, and delays in generating inventory reports. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Inventory Information System as a digital approach to asset management at STT IKAT. The system was developed using an iterative method consisting of requirements identification, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. System design employed UML modeling, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, supported by an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for database design. The developed system provides two user access levels, namely Super Admin and Admin, and includes features for managing inventory data, recording asset locations and conditions, tracking inter room transfers, handling borrowing activities, and generating room-based inventory reports. The implementation results indicate that the system contributes to more effective inventory management, enables real-time asset monitoring, and produces reports more quickly and accurately than the previous manual approach.

Abstract

Proses pengolahan data sertifikasi kelistrikan pada PT. Royal Citra Abadi untuk penerbitan NIDI dan SLO masih manual melalui grup WhatsApp. Hal ini menyebabkan data pelanggan sering terpisah, sulit dicari, serta rentan terjadi kesalahan teknis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini membangun sistem informasi berbasis website dengan dashboard internal untuk mengelola proses sertifikasi. Pengembangan perangkat lunak ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, sedangkan perancangannya memanfaatkan UML beserta ERD. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, framework Laravel, database MySQL, dan Tailwind CSS. Keamanannya dijamin melalui penerapan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) yang membagi akses menjadi petugas lapangan, admin NIDI, admin PJT, admin SLO, dan superadmin. Pengujian dengan metode black box testing membuktikan semua fitur utama berjalan dengan baik sesuai skenario. Penerapan RBAC sukses membatasi akses, meningkatkan perlindungan data, serta membuat seluruh proses sertifikasi terpusat, terdokumentasi, dan terpantau secara waktu nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based reservation system for child registration at Jackids Daycare using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system was built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Supabase database. It provides package selection features (Visit, Trial, Daily, Monthly), online registration forms, admin dashboard, and automatic email confirmation. Blackbox testing on 11 pages with 15 scenarios showed all features functioned as expected and were declared valid. The system successfully overcomes manual recording problems at Jackids Daycare by centralizing data, reducing the risk of losing physical forms, and simplifying data search.

Abstract

School libraries play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning activities; however, library management at SMK Islamiyah Ciputat is still carried out manually using ledgers. This situation makes the process of recording book data, member information, loans, returns, and report generation less effective and prone to recording errors and data loss. Furthermore, the lack of a digital catalog makes it difficult for students and teachers to quickly obtain information about book availability. This study aims to design and develop a web-based library information system at SMK Islamiyah Ciputat to improve the efficiency of data management and access to library information. The developed system features book data management, user management, a digital catalog, borrowing and return transactions, and library reports. The results of the implementation show that the web-based library information system can help library staff manage data in a more structured manner, reduce reliance on manual record-keeping, speed up the information search process, and make it easier for students and teachers to check the availability of books in the collection. Black-box testing shows that the system’s main functions operate in accordance with user needs.
