Abstract

Computers are one form of advances in electronic and informatics technology; the function of the computer itself serves as a tool for writing, drawing, editing images or photographs, or as a means of storage. Android, a Linux-based operating system, is a smart operating system that can compete with operating systems on a computer. Some of the problems identified include user difficulties in overcoming computer damage to determine whether to repair or buy a new unit, difficulty in reaching authorized service providers, risks when deciding to repair at a public service place, and limited access to information and costs repairing computer damage. This research specifically designs an Android application-based computer service application that makes it easier for people to get service services. The above research results formulate computer repair services using an Android-based platform with Android Studio and MySQL as the database for this study. This application is expected to be useful for customers in terms of time and cost.

Abstract

CRM (Customers Relationship Management) merupakan suatu pendekatan yang menyeluruh untuk menciptakan, memelihara dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. CRM mendukung suatu perusahaan untuk menyediakan pelayanan kepada pelanggan secara real time dengan menjalin hubungan dengan tiap pelanggan yang berharga melalui penggunaan informasi tentang pelanggan, berdasarkan apa yang diketahui dari pelanggan, perusahaan dapat membuat variasi penawaran, pelayanan, program, pesan dan media. Dalam penelitian ini model pegembangan sistem yang digunakan menggunakan model RAD (Rapid Application Development ) adalah model proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang bersifat incremental terutama untuk waktu pengerjaan yang pendek atau singkat, kelebihan dari model ini adalah lebih efektif dari pendekatan waterfall/sequential linear dalam menghasilkan sistem yang memenuhi kebutuhan langsung dari pelanggan, cocok untuk proyek yang memerlukan waktu yang singkat dan memakan biaya yang relatif lebih murah. Sampai saat ini sistem yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data perusahaan belum terintegrasi seperti sistem estimasi biaya, stock part, data customers, dan data supplier, sehingga pengolahan data menjadi kurang efisien, sistem booking masih menggunakan cara konvensional seperti booking masih melalui telepon dan datang langsung, sehingga antrian di customers service menjadi banyak. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan merancang sebuah sistem pengelolaan informasi customers relationship management yang saling terintegrasi satu sama lain seperti, data customers, data supplier, data parts, dan data estimasi service agar pengolahan data lebih efisien. Selain itu peneliti juga akan membuat sistem informasi booking secara online untuk calon pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan tidak perlu datang langsung untuk melakukan booking service. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi dan pengujian sistem crm ini disimpulkan bahwa dalam penerapan sistem pengolahan data sudah terintegrasi seperti sistem estimasi biaya, data stock parts, data customers sehingga proses pengelolaan data customers menjadi lebih efisien dalam hal waktu. Dalam penerapan sistem booking service, sudah menggunakan pendaftaran secara online, seperti pengisian biodata customers, estimasi service, sehingga antrian customers di customers service menjadi berkurang

Abstract

The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine is an automated system operated by abstart-programmed commands on a computer. CNC machines must be operated by a competent operator. The purpose of this research is to make a decision support system of recruitment of CNC machine operator. The method used is weighted product method. The weighted product method uses multiplication to attribute the attribute rating, where each attribute must be raised first with the attribute weights. This research has successfully applied the weighted product method in PT.Jatibaru Mandiri for recruitment of CNC machine operators so that recruitment is more objective and makes the recruitment system of CNC machine operator become more accurate..Keywords:  Recruitment Operators, CNC Machines, Weighted Product Methods

Abstract

Communication, discussion, and file sharing between divisions in a company is something every employee often does. The problem in this research is that not all users are connected smoothly so that it hinders communication and file transfers and in communication between divisions they have to install various applications on cellphones and PC users. This reduces the duration of time and efficiency in work. To solve this problem, a web-based chat application was designed. Because the development of these applications must use a good and structured design. Web-based chat application was created to solve this problem. This web-based application can be accessed via a web browser without having to install the application on a cellphone or laptop user. Based on the design of a web-based chat application that has been created, it is expected to be a solution for discussing, communicating and sharing files between employees in a company. In addition, it is useful to keep in touch and share files without having to install applications on cellphone or laptop users. The result of this research is that this web-based chat application can be a solution to keep communicating between employees who have difficulty accessing the internet.

Abstract

The library in its management is still not well-database so that the data managers carried out at the library of SMPIT AL Mustopa have not been systematic and still use the old-fashioned way of recording student data so that it results in frequent data collection errors that include lending, book returns, delays and fines. With the old way system causes users to spend a long time to borrow books. So this research will complement those shortcomings by making a computerized Library System using the PHP programming language and Mysql database and so use the Prototype model test technique. Application development uses a prototype approach that can help customers and system developers explore the specifications of the system requirements as desired by the customer. The findings of this study are computerized web-based library systems between book data and users so as to facilitate the performance of agencies in providing information, processing data and computerized library reporting that is easily maintained and developed and helps minimize errors in processing library data

Abstract

 Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk melatih siswa dan guru SD IT AL Mustofa menggunakan Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams pada masa pandemic covid 19. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, siswa dan guru dapat mengoptimalkan penggunakan Microsoft Teams dalam proses pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan untuk menggali masalah yang berkaitan dengan potensi pembelajaran daring di masa pandemic covid 19. Pada tahap ini dilakukan penyampaian materi daring dan pelatihan cara mengakses dan menggunakaan Microsoft Teams. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kendala selama pelatihan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini mengakibatkan bertambahnya pengetahuan guru SD IT Al Mustofa tentang pembelajaran daring dan terampil dalam menggunakan Microsoft Teams sebagai media pembelajaran online yang interaktif dan menyenangkan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar pada masa pandemic covid 19 dan adanya produk daring yaitu Microsoft Teams sebagai media pembelajaran online yang mudah digunakan.

Abstract

Dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi. Terutama dengan visi misi revolusi industri 4.0 tentu membawa dampak juga kedalam ranah pendidikan. SMP lT Mustofa satu visi misinya menyiapkan generasi yang siap disegala tantangan masa depan. Pihak sekolah menerjemahkan salah satunya era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dimana siswa didiknya pada bidang teknologi dibekali dengan teknologi kekinian yang sedang trend salah satunya Machine learning. Maka salah satu yang menjadi dasar untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat di sekolah tersebut adalah dengan mengenalkan knowledge tentang Machine learning untuk klasifikasi gambar dengan App Inventory. Metode Kegiatan dilakukan Langsung di Lab Sekolah dengan tahapan sebagai berikut, Pada hari pertama diadakan pemaparan materi bagi siswa tentang Pengetahuan umum tentang Machine Learning, Pada hari kedua, pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pengenalan tentang program MIT App Inventor dan bagaimana membedakan gambar dengan komputer, diharapkan dapat dipergunakan oleh para siswa untuk kegiatan yang kelak akan mereka selenggarakan, Pada hari ketiga, pengabdian masyarakat memberikan pelatihan tentang machine learning tentang kecanggihan otak komputer, Yang dipergunakan merupakan data program sederhana komputer. Dari penyampaian materi pengolahan komputer ini diharapkan siswa dapat mengaplikasikan nya kelak. Baik dalam penggunaan program Teachable Machine semoga bisa menjadi bekal sebagai dasar pengetahuan jika ingin melanjutkan ke bagian pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan machine learning. Karena dari diskusi yang terjalin saat praktek dilakukan, banyak yang tertarik terhadap bidang pekerjaan yang terkait dengan ini, dan merasa materi yang disampaikan berguna menjadi acuan dasar.

Abstract

Dar El-Amir Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic boarding school that has been established since 2008 with a total of 140 students over time, a problem arose. Problems that are often encountered are related to the management of student data, teacher data, employee data, homeroom data and report cards which are still conventional, namely by writing using this paper, it can result in the emergence of larger duplicate data and damage to good data such as blurry writing or missing data. To solve these problems, an integrated academic information system must be made in order to facilitate data management and can be web mobile, meaning that it can be used on any device such as a laptop or mobile phone. This study uses the waterfall technique, this technique can be interpreted like a waterfall because there are stages that must be passed. The effect of studies that have been carried out by applying the waterfall technique shows that this academic information system can be useful for the management of student data, teacher data, tu staff data, homeroom data and report cards so as to make the data management process faster, more efficient and effective and help in the process dissemination of information related to the academic activities of Islamic boarding schools.
