Abstract

The problem of educated unemployment has increased from year to year, this is due to the paradigm that the output of graduates from higher education is as a job seeker, so the application of accommodator learning styles in entrepreneurship learning is very relevant to solving these problems. The purpose of this study is to measure the accommodator learning styles of students in entrepreneurship learning and to examine the effect of accommodator learning styles on entrepreneurial learning on student entrepreneurial spirit. The research method used is experimental and ex-post facto explanatory. The population and sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents in the experimental class. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis and t test. The results indicated that the learning style of the accommodator showed that the majority of students were classified as active experience, for the assessment of the student portfolio the results were very good and good. the application of the accommodator learning style was able to grow an entrepreneurial spirit by 55.3%.  Permasalahan pengangguran terdidik mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini disebabkan oleh paradigma bahwa output lulusan dari perguruan tinggi adalah sebagai seorang job seeker, sehingga penerapan gaya belajar akomodator pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan sangat relevan untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur gaya belajar akomodator mahasiswa pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan menguji pengaruh gaya belajar akomodator pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap entrepreneurial spirit mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dan ex-post facto yang bersifat eksplanasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 responden pada kelas eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan uji t. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan gaya belajar akomodator menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa tergolong dalam active experientation, untuk penilaian portofolio mahasiswa hasilnya nilai sangat baik dan baik. penerapan gaya belajar akomodator mampu menumbuhkan entreperenurial spirit sebesar 55,3%.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic boarding schools is the leadership of caregivers or called cleric or master teachers. Leadership in developing entrepreneurship is also in the clergy. This study aims to interpret the role of cleric leadership in the development of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a case study at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. The unit of analysis of the research is ulama, teacher or cleric, business unit management, santri, community members of Islamic boarding school cooperatives. Data collection methods used in-depth interviews, participatory observation and content analysis of documentation. This research design uses a qualitative design with a case study model. Data analysis and data validity testing used triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, method triangulation and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that Kiai's leadership plays an important role in the development of pesantren entrepreneurship. Kiai's important roles are (1) initiating, (2) facilitating, (3) mobilizing teachers, santri, and wali santi, and (4) mobilizing alumni to become investors in the pesantren business unit. Kiai also play a role in collaborating with other parties and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The success of the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School in building a financial business network has been recognized nationally. Sidogiri is a boarding school with the largest business unit in Indonesia. This study aims to interpret the business spirit of Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a case study research design at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. The unit of analysis for this research is the kyai as caregivers, teachers or ustadz, business unit administrators, students, alumni, and the community. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, analysis of financial statements, and analysis of documentation. Qualitative research design with a case study model. Data analysis and data validity testing used source triangulation, method triangulation, and time triangulation techniques. The findings of this study indicate that (1) the spirit of financial institutions is the religious spirit to leave the business that contains usury, (2) the business education carried out by the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school uses a programmed curriculum in madrasah dinniyah (3) an integrated education curriculum between theory, practice, internship, assignment curriculum to manage financial business units (4) business education is given to students at the senior level madrasah dinniyah with fan mu'amalah (5) students who graduate are given the task of managing financial business units (6) the boarding school together with alumni create business unit branches, and (7 ) business unit management is left to alumni.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the role of kyai leadership in developing pondok pesantren business unit to analyses the contribution of kyai in economy institution. This research is multisite case study in two pondok pesantren that are Sidogiri Pasuruan and Minhajut Thullab Banyuwangi. Analysis units of this research are kyai, teacher, ustadz, cooperative staffs, santri (student), society around pondok pesantren and pesantren cooperation members. The data were conducted by interview, observation, and document analysis. The design of this research is qualitative design applying multi sites case study technique model. Data analysis and data validity test using triangulation i.e source, method and time triangulation. The research shows that kyais have an important role in developing business unit of pesantren.

Abstract

Sharia mutual funds are viewed through the Net Asset Value or NAV. The NAV of Sharia Mutual Funds can be driven by factors from the money supply and inflation. Both of these factors are strong enough to increase the NAV of Islamic mutual funds. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of the money supply and inflation on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds in 2017-2021. The results of the study stated that the variables of money supply (X1) and inflation (X2) together have a significant effect on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y), the variable money supply (X1) partially has a significant effect on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y). And the inflation variable (X2) partially affects the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y)

Abstract

Background: Pendidikan pada anak usia dini  merupakan salah satu program dalam ranah pendidikan non formal yang memiliki tujuan utama untuk membina dan merangsang perkembangan anak usia dini sejak lahir hingga usia sebelum masuk pendidikan formal.  Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan  pendekatan dasar yang mencakup berbagai aspek perkembangan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anak-anak usia dini dengan program pendidikan karakter  dalam nilai-nilai islam. Metode: Pendekatan yang diusulkan dalam PKM penanaman dan peningkatan nilai-nilai Islam pada anak usia dini melalui metode cerita atau dongeng, permainan peran, dan kunjungan ke tempat ibadah. Selain itu juga menanamkan nilai-nilai islam dengan metode ceramah yaitu aqidah,ibadan dan akhlak. Tahapan kegiatan dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, kerjasama, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.  Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan di desa Pesanggrahan, ditemukan bahwa anak-anak usia dini lebih tertarik pada metode penenaman nilai-nilai islam dengan metode cerita atau dongeng, permainan peran dan kunjungan ke tempat ibadan. Namun, pada metode ceramah merasa kurag tertarik karena merasa cepat bosan dan kurang menarik hanya dengan mendengarkan ceramah saja. Dengan mendengar suasana menjadi monoton dan tidak ada kegiatan yang menyenangkan. Kesimpulan: Pemahaman bahwa anak-anak usia dini lebih tertarik pada metode penanaman nilai-nilai Islam melalui metode cerita atau dongeng, permainan peran, dan kunjungan ke tempat ibadah adalah suatu temuan yang berharga.

Abstract

Petani dan pelaku usaha pisang termasuk kelompok terdampak pandemi Covid-19 yang perlu mendapat perhatian secara serius. Kelompok usaha ini mengalami kesulitan karena pasar utama terganggu. Ditengah kesulitan ini mereka tetap perlu bertahan dan meningkatkan kualitas dan jejaring relasi. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan agar petani dan pelaku usaha pisang dapat tetap bertahan dan terus meningkatkan kualitas produksinya. Melalui layanan konsultasi dan pendampingan online, diharapkan petani dan pelaku usaha pisang dapat meningkatkan jaringan pemasaran melalui group social media. Petani dan pelaku usaha antusias mengikuti kegiatan dengan bukti peserta konsultasi melalui WA dan Zoom terus meningkat.
