Abstract

The role of managers in an organization is very important because theexistence of managers becomes a doorstop or becomes one of thespearheads of success in organizing. One of the tasks or roles of themajaner is to be able to manage conflicts in the organization he leads sothat each conflict can be resolved properly and no one feelsdisadvantaged. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role ofmanagers in managing employers' organization conflicts.The role of managers in managing conflicts in an organization is veryimportant including: (1) Managers as mediators in solving problems; (2)Managers as consultants to subordinates; (3) Managers as motivators fortheir organizations; (4) Managers have an important role in decisionmaking; (5) A manager is required to be able to master all problems andcan be resolved with deliberation and good thinking before deciding; and(6) A manager is also expected to be a friend as well as a parent in theorganization so that with such circumstances organizational developmentcan be created properly and can realize what is the vision and mission ofthe organization.

Abstract

Essentially, advertising in real is a message that send by communicator to communicant.  Advertising as a tool for services or products to be come closer to consumer or target market in real has not have gender perspective.  In reality, role of men and women always makes men be higher than women sometimes ‘live’ at advertising.Key words: advertising, gender equalities

Abstract

The aforementioned communication mechanism is in addition to all relatedelements, planning, fostering and controlling the implementation of generaladministrative and financial operations, conducting and fostering thecooperation of the elements and making reports on the results of theimplementation of activities.While the type of research used is descriptive, that is research that isexploratory, systematically describing or describing the mechanisms oforganizational communication that actually occur from research objects inthe field. For data collection techniques used by interview. from the datacollected, the authors analyze it by means of analysis and qualitativetechniques.In connection with the description above, this research was carried out withthe aim to find out how the coordination service as a manifestation of theimplementation of organizational communication mechanisms.In the implementation of communication there are factors that influence thesuccess of communication that will be carried out, namely human resourcesthat drive, direct and do communication; plans that will facilitate theimplementation of communication mechanisms; as well as procedures whichare a series of work procedures to guarantee cooperation between unitswithin related organizations and agencies.

Abstract

Public service is a process of helping others in certain ways that require sensitivity and interpersonal relationships to create satisfaction and success. Every service produces products, both in the form of goods and services (Depdagri, 2004). While the main reference in the implementation of public services (Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service), it is explained that public services are activities or series of activities to meet the needs of services in accordance with the laws and regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, and / or administrative services provided by public service providers. Poor public service in Indonesia is no secret. Among the state apparatus still seems to complicate the service, so it appears if it can be complicated why it should be facilitated; if it can be slowed down why it should be accelerated; The affairs of the state cannot be finished by us alone, and so on. Such patterns and attitude patterns are certainly not in line.  Public service is a basic function of government, as governments have historically existed and been held to meet the interests and needs of the community or its members. Public service is a product of public bureaucracy received by users and the public at large. Therefore, public services can be defined as a series of activities carried out by public bureaucratic institutions to meet various forms of needs and interests of user communities. The government basically has the basic function of service in accordance with the history of the formation of the state / government with the concept of the state as a night watcher, therefore the government is obliged to serve its people to meet various needs of the community, especially basic human needs such as security, peace, and others. In contrast to various service products in the form of goods that are easy in quality value, in terms of service products in the form of services that are not easy to be in the quality value. However, goods and services are often complementary or complementary to each other, making it difficult to separate from each other. A product in the form of goods is often accompanied by a service, such as car sales business accompanied by service services in the form of warranty and service. Likewise, service services are also often accompanied by the existence of goods services. For example, electricity installation services will certainly be accompanied by the installation of electricity poles and other supporting equipment. Service services are intangible goods, so they do not appear (intangible). Although the form is not visible, but in the process of its implementation can or can be observed and felt, for example a service can be judged to run quickly, slowly, pleasantly, difficult, cheap, or expensive in terms of cost.

Abstract

Keadilan sebenarnya ada dimana-mana, sebagaimana hukum-pun juga ada dimana-mana. Keadilan dapat muncul dalam berbagai bentuk, baik keadilan sosial, ekonomi, politik dan sebagainya, akan tetapi semuanya memang mahal harganya. Hukum nasional (yang dalam bahasa akademik disebut hukum positif), tidak bisa menjadi penjamin terwujudnya keadilan itu  Keadilan, kemakmuran dan kebahagiaan, tidak akan jatuh dari langit, dan tidak akan hadir sebagai bagian kehidupan manusia tidak berusaha untuk mendapatkannya. Bahkan, terkadang manusia (baik secara individu maupun kelompok) telah berusaha secara maksimal dengan mendayagunakan akal pikirannya, akan tetapi keadilan, kemakmuran dan kebahagiaan tetap jauh juga dari kenyataan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Hukum dan kekuasaan dalam mewujudkan keadilan sosial masyarakat. Bagaimana hokum dan Keadilan Sosial Dalam UUD 1945. Mempergunakan metode yuridis normatif, dengan titikberat pada penulusuran studi pustaka, dengan cara menelaah (terutama) data sekunder yang berupa: bahan hukum primer, yiatu UUD NRI 1945 dan bahan hukum sekunder diperoleh melalui pengkajian hasil penelitian, seminar, buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah yang memuat doktrin dari para pakar. Proses analisis digunakan      metode analisis kualitatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan persepsi terhadap Citizen Journalism sebagai bagian dari ranah jurnalisme profesional serta menilai implikasinya terhadap standar jurnalistik dan perlindungan hukum bagi pelaku Citizen Journalism. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kajian literatur, wawancara mendalam dengan ahli media, dan analisis isi dari sumber-sumber online serta media cetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pendapat mengenai status Citizen Journalism dalam ranah jurnalisme. Sebagian ahli berpendapat bahwa Citizen Journalism belum memenuhi standar jurnalisme profesional, mengingat minimnya penerapan kode etik jurnalistik dan standar verifikasi yang memadai. Namun, kelompok lain menganggap Citizen Journalism sebagai salah satu bentuk jurnalisme modern, karena memiliki elemen-elemen dasar jurnalistik, seperti pelaporan berita dan distribusi informasi menggunakan media digital. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Citizen Journalism berperan dalam memberikan akses kepada masyarakat untuk menyuarakan opini mereka, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam hal perlindungan hukum. Pelaku Citizen Journalism tidak memperoleh perlindungan hukum yang setara dengan jurnalis profesional karena ketiadaan status formal sebagai profesi jurnalistik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Citizen Journalism merupakan fenomena yang signifikan dalam era digital, tetapi masih memerlukan pengembangan standar profesional dan pengakuan hukum yang lebih jelas. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya regulasi yang mengakomodasi peran Citizen Journalism tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip dasar jurnalistik untuk memastikan kredibilitas dan perlindungan hukum yang layak bagi para pelakunya.
