Abstract

Purpose this study to test empirically the influence of fundamental factors on Stock Return. Quantitative research, with purposive sampling method of property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 using the quarterly period. which meets the criteria has been selected as a sample of 23 companies to analyze data by techniques used in this study are multiple regression and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with a significant level of 5%. results of this research show that only partially Interest Rate that significantly influence the Return of Share, while the Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Inflation is not significant effect on Stock Return. While simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Interest Rate and Inflation significantly influence Stock Return.Keywords: Fundamental Factors, Stock Return.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the financial performance measured through Return OnAssets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE),Operating Cash Flow (OCF), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Economic Value Added (EVA) partially and simultaneously affect the Rate of Return (ROR). The population in this study are allaward winning companies namely Annual Report Award (ARA), Indonesian CSR Award (ICA),Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Awards (ISRA) year 2013-2015. The sampling techniqueused is purposive sampling, after passing through the screening process obtained 38 samples ofthe Company. The analize technique used is linear regression. The results showed that ROA hadsignificant negative effect; ROI, EPS, ROE, NPM have a significant positive effect; OCF has nosignificant negative effect; EVA doesn’t show any significant positive effect on ROR. Simultaneously ROA, ROI, EPS, ROE, OCF, NPM, EVA have significant positive effect to ROR.Keywords: EPS, EVA,NPM, OCF, ROR.

Abstract

The research aims to know the relation of education level with fertility, relation of childrens value with fertility and relation of educations level,childrens value and first age marriage with fertility.The method used in the research is survey method. The population in this research are 250 respondents with a total sample of 125 respondents, taken with the random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questioners, interviews and observation. To outher using SPSS.The approach of the research is quantitative research with survey method. Data analysis is using multiple correlation with 95% significance. The result of research shows that there is a relation of educations level, childrens value and first age marriage with fertility F count (23,782) F table (2,679), there is a relation of educations level, childrens value and first age marriage with fertilty.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup, hubungan nilai anak dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup, hubungan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup dan hubungan tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi berjumlah 250 pasangan perkawinan usia muda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 125 wanita pasangan perkawinan usia muda yang diambil dengan teknik random sampling jenis simple random sampling dengan metode undian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur dan observasi.Analisis data menggunakan korelasi ganda dengan signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup diperoleh nilai F hitung (23,782) Ftabel (2,679). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif tingkat pendidikan, nilai anak dan usia kawin pertama dengan jumlah anak lahir hidup.Kata kunci: fertilitas, nilai anak, tingkat pendidikan

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah ilmu pengetahuan, yang memiliki proses (ilmu) dari tiga unsur utama, yaitu hakikat objek, proses pencarian kebenaran dan kegunaan. Pelajaran matematika merupakan pelajaran yang dipelajari dari jenjang SD, SMP, SMA sampai jenjang perguruan tinggi. Karakteristik matematika yang abstrak dan sistematis menjadi salah satu alasan sulitnya siswa mempelajari matematika. Meskipun demikian kenyataannya yang terjadi di sekolah menunjukan bahwa siswa tidak menyukai matematika karena di anggap sebagai bidang studi yang paling sulit di antara bidang studi yang lainnya    Salah satu upaya membantu belajar siswa dengan menyerap pelajaran ke dalam bentuk game edukasi. Game  Edukasi  adalah  game  digital  yang  dirancang untuk pengayaan pendidikan (mendukung Pengajaran dan pembelajaran). Hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa : 1) Hasil  data  pengujian kuesioner siswa, bahwa  aplikasi game  yang  dibangun termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan Hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 96%. 2) Hasil  data  pengujian kuesioner guru, bahwa  aplikasi game  yang  dibangun termasuk ke dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan Hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh adalah 90%. 3) Hasil data  pengujian kompatibilitas pada perangkat smartphone dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua fungsi pada aplikasi Game Edukasi Pembelajaran Matematika Untuk Anak Sekolah SD Kelas 1 dan 2 Berbasis Android dapat  dijalankan dengan baik.Kata Kunci: game edukasi, matematika.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and motivation on employee career development. A conducive work environment and strong motivation are considered important factors in encouraging employees to develop their skills and competencies, which ultimately contribute to career advancement. The research method used was a quantitative survey with sampling from employees of various companies. Data was collected through a questionnaire containing questions regarding employees' perceptions of the work environment, motivation levels, as well as their career progression. The regression analysis results show that a supportive work environment significantly enhances employees' career progression, while intrinsic motivation also plays an important role in accelerating career advancement. The implications of this study suggest that companies should pay attention to the quality of the work environment and provide the right motivational boost to optimize employees' career development.

Abstract

This purpose of this reserch was to determine: (1) The effect of the product on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (2) The influence of place on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (3) The effect of price on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (4) The effect of promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (5) The effect of product, place, price, and promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression line analysis, and multiple determinant coefficient (R2). The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of the product on interest in visiting the Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (2) There is a significant influence of place on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (3) There is a significant effect of price on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (4) There is a significant effect of promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun. (5) There is a significant effect of product, place, price, and promotion on interest in visiting Dungus Forest Park in Madiun.
