Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan apakah terdapat pengaruh positif  dari motivasi kerja perawat dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Nadhotul Ulama Jombang. Penelitian berjenis kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh menggunakan angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Nadhotul Ulama Jombang yang berjumlah 40 orang, dan sampel yang dijadikan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisa data dengan menggunakan metode statistik Regresi Linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat Rumah Sakit Nahdlatul Ulama Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi motivasi kerja karyawan pada pt sedulur guyup rukun. penelitian adalah penelitian eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mandor dan kuli pt. sedulur guyup rukun pandanwangi jombang sebanyak 44 karyawan, dengan teknik sampling jenuh.analisis data menggunakananalisis jalur dan sobel tes. pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan program  spss versi 20.00. berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, insentif mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi karyawan dan motivasi kerja memediasi insentif dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sedulur Guyub Rukun Pandanwangi Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Experiental Marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian menggunakan metode explanasi (explanatory) dengan skala pengukuran Likert 5 point, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 sampel, metode pengumpulan data dengan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Analisa Jalur, dan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan Experiental Marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe Jombang, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe Jombang, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif menjadi mediasi Experiental Marketing terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jos Cafe Jombang. Saran dalam penelitian selanjutnya yaitu agar dapat menggambarkan Experiental Marketing, Kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen di Jos cafe jombang secara menyeluruh perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan dalam jangka waktu penelitian yang lebih panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, skills, and work environment on work effectiveness. Types of primary data, data collection methods through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population used is employees of the production division of PT. Putra Restu Ibu Abadi has 96 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that there is an effect of work discipline on work effectiveness, the more disciplined the employees of the production division work, the more effective their work will be. There is an influence of work skills on work effectiveness, the more productive employees have skills in work, the more effective the work. There is an influence of the work environment on the effectiveness of work, a good work environment, the more effective the work of production employees.

Abstract

Tofu is one of the most famous processed soybean food products in Indonesia. Research Object of the Z Tofu Factory in Jombang Regency. The problem with the Z tofu factory is that the raw materials produced for making products do not all become finished tofu products, every month there are always damaged products from the production output, this shows that employee productivity is not yet optimal. The sample used in this research used saturated sampling, namely all employees in the production section at the tofu factory, totalling 45 employees. Data analysis uses path analysis with SPSS. The research results explain that there is a significant positive influence of work experience on job satisfaction, meaning that the more employees have more experience at work, the more satisfied employees are in their work. There is a significant positive influence of work experience on employee work productivity, meaning that the more experience the employee has at work, the higher the employee's work productivity. There is a significant positive influence of job satisfaction on employee work productivity, meaning that if employees feel satisfied with their work, employee work productivity will increase. Job satisfaction is an intervening or mediating variable between work experience and employee work productivity. The findings in this research are that employee experience of more than 5 years is able to provide satisfaction with work results so that it can increase work productivity. The conclusion of this research is that work experience has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work experience has a positive effect on work productivity, job satisfaction has a positive effect on work productivity, job satisfaction is a mediator between work experience and employee work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of morale on employee performance in Altis Production as well as to find out whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee performance at Altis Production. This study used explanatory research. For this research instrument is a questionnaire using a likert scale. The object of research to be studied is Altis Production employees with 42 samples used, the sample technique that will be used for sampling is a saturated sample. The analysis method to be used is multiple linear regression analysis. The R2 Square value of 0.472 means that morale and work discipline play a good role in influencing employee performance at Altis Production by 47.2% The results of the study concluded that high morale can improve the performance of Altis Production employees. High Work Discipline can improve the performance of Altis employees.
