Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are encouraged to implement the model of integrated Islamic education in recent years. They are supposed to integrate Islamic studies, science and technology. The present study aims to reveal the reasons why MAN IC Pekalongan implement an integrated Islamic education model, describe the implementation of students’ activities programs based on science integration, describe the implementation of curriculum development based on science integration, describe the learning implementation based on the integration of Islamic studies, science and technology. Grounded in qualitative approach, data were garnered through interview, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and data verification. The study findings expose that: first, the reasons of integrating Islamic studies, science and technology is to reach the vision of the school which aims to be excellent both on academic and non-academic areas which then be able to improve the quality of madrasah as an integrative Islamic education institution. Second, the students’ activity program used is the model of Separated Integration System (SIS). Third, the curriculum development program used is the model of Integrated Tree Curriculum (ITC). Fourth, the learning implementation uses the model of Integrating Verb (IV), Interdisciplinary Dialogic Integration (IDI), Instrumentalist Justification Integration (IJI), and reflective technique.

Abstract

The character building activity of “birrul walidainii” in students of SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency today is very much needed by society and teenagers today. Community service was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat, Jl. Garuda No. 09, Kemantran, Kramat District, Tegal Regency, Central Java. The activity was carried out on Saturday, February 20, 2021. The target of this community service is Muhammadiyah Kramat Vocational High School Students, totaling 90 students. This community service partner is SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat. This community service activity method is carried out using the method of awareness / increasing understanding of the character “birrul walidainii” in SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat students as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency. The implementation of a community service program which consists of several activities, namely awareness / increasing the importance of respect and obedience to parents, education on the urgency of the role of parents, and awareness / increasing the importance of respect and obedience to teachers. The factors that most play a role in causing delinquency in SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat students are family factors and environmental factors. Through awareness / increasing understanding of the character “birrul walidainii” in SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat students as an effort to overcome juvenile delinquency, parents and teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat have an important role in educating students of SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat. One way is to keep their children busy with general education and religious education, with the hope of fortifying students of SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat to avoid the influence of juvenile delinquency and so that parents, teachers, and students of SMK Muhammadiyah Kramat are able to establish two-way communication where Parents can immediately understand their role in educating children and children as well as students understand the meaning of “birrul walidaini”.

Abstract

This research is important to do because the effectiveness of learning in Indonesian informal educational institutions, especially Student's Education Parks is still quite low. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Physical Response (TPR) on improving Arabic vocabulary memory for TPQ students at the Nurul 'Ilmi Mosque in Semarang City and find new variations in learning methods for TPQ students who have various ages at each level. This research uses Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The participants in this study were 30 students at the TPQ Nurul 'Ilmi Mosque, Semarang City. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis. The findings in this study stated that TPR was proven to be effective in improving the memory of Arabic vocabulary in the TPQ students of the Nurul 'Ilmi Mosque in Semarang City in terms of response indicators, processes and results. This can be seen from the difference in the results of the comparison test between the control class and the experimental class with an N-Gain of 3.86 which indicates a significant level of gain in the high category. This TPR method provides an alternative for TPQ teachers in providing activities in learning that are more interesting than usual so that they can spur the development of various student's abilities and the creativity of TPQ teachers in innovating in each lesson. Keywords: Total Physical Response, Student’s Memory, Learning Arabic Vocabulary ملخص هذا البحث مهم للقيام به لأن فعالية التعلم في المؤسسات التعليمية غير الرسمية الإندونيسية ، وخاصة حدائق تعليم الطلبة لا تزال منخفضة للغاية . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير الاستجابة البدنية الكلية (TPR) على تحسين ذاكرة المفردات العربية لطلبة TPQ في مسجد نورل العلم في مدينة سيمارانج والعثور عليها جديد الاختلافات في طرق التعلم لطلبة TPQ الذين لديهم أعمار مختلفة في كل مستوى. يستخدم هذا البحث تصميم مجموعة التحكم غير المكافئ. كان المشاركون في هذه الدراسة 30 طالبا في مسجد TPQ Nurul 'Ilmi ، مدينة سيمارانج. تقنية تحليل البيانات المستخدمة هي تحليل البيانات الكمية. ذكرت النتائج في هذه الدراسة أن TPR أثبتت فعاليتها في تحسين ذاكرة المفردات العربية في أطفال TPQ من مسجد نورالعلم في مدينة سيمارانج من حيث مؤشرات الاستجابة والعمليات والنتائج. يمكن ملاحظة ذلك من خلال الاختلاف في نتائج اختبار المقارنة بين فئة التحكم والفئة التجريبية مع N-Gain 3.86 مما يشير إلى مستوى كبير من الكسب في الفئة العالية. توفر طريقة TPR هذه بديلاً لمعلمي TPQ في توفير أنشطة في التعلم أكثر إثارة للاهتمام من المعتاد حتى يتمكنوا من تحفيز تنمية قدرات الطلبة المختلفة وإبداع معلمي TPQ في الابتكار في كل درس. الكلمات الاساسية: الاستجابة الجسدية الكلية، ذاكرة الطالب، تعلم المفردات العربية

Abstract

Ketela tree / cassava is a plant that is widely found in Sambiroto Village, Pekalongan District. Abundant availability does not guarantee the welfare of the community to the potential of these resources. This is because during this time cassava is marketed in fresh form without further processing. While the young cassava leaves are only sold in the form of ikat units as vegetables. To be able to increase the selling value of cassava leaves, efforts are needed to turn it into a processed product that is of high economic value and durable. One of the processed forms of cassava leaves that are worth selling high is cassava leaf chips. Along with the abundance of resources in the form of cassava leaves that are still not optimal potential, in Sambiroto Village can be found a lot of housewives who do not work, so that a lot of their time is loose that should be if used properly can be used to entrepreneurship develop home industry, it is also conveyed by the Village Secretary about the low interest and knowledge of Mothers to entrepreneurship. So that carry out socialization and Entrepreneurship training with the target of Housewives and also Teenagers, because usually teenagers are full of ideas and innovations that may one day play a role in helping to improve the village economy. Activities carried out include entrepreneurial socialization, creative business training, digital marketing training. The result of this devotion is that I found that mothers and adolescents actually have the desire to entrepreneurship but do not yet have knowledge about entrepreneurship and develop the potential of a resource that is around.

Abstract

The part that needs to be improved from the Gejlik Village community is increasing the community's ability to master knowledge in terms of entrepreneurship and how to market their products. The service team teaches regularly in Gejlik Village once a week, to be precise on Sundays, to improve the ability of the people in Gejlik Village. Continuous training is needed to have a profound effect on increasing these abilities. Teaching is carried out by a service team that has an educational background both from a scientific background and several successful entrepreneurial practitioners. The training has resulted in a significant improvement because this program has actually been going on for 2 months. The community's motivation to learn also becomes greater as evidenced by their great enthusiasm in practicing what is exemplified by the teacher. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of this PKM has been effective. In addition, the knowledge of the village community towards the material that has been delivered has increased.

Abstract

The distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has raised various educational problems. However, it raises new creations in utilizing technology to support educational activities. One of them is the use of podcast media as an alternative. This study will discuss how the use of podcast media in the distance learning at SMP N 1 Kajen, Pekalongan district. In conducting the research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews with the waka curriculum, teachers and students of class VIII, observation and documentation of distance learning activities. The results show that the use of podcast media at SMP N 1 Kajen as an alternative media that is not boring in the distance learning process because it utilizes streaming on the Youtube channel. This media was also responded positively by students with many students providing comments or responses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses pembelajaran yang selama ini berjalan masih monoton terkait materi pelajaran/keilmuan sesuai mata pelajarannya saja. Guru belum mampu mengajak siswa untuk berfikir kritis komprehensif dengan memberikan wawasan yang lebih luas kepada peserta didik melalui sumber-sumber keilmuan lainnya. Permasalahan ini direspon oleh pengelola dan segenap guru MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang integratif, melalui harmonisasi keilmuan agama dan saintek guna meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas lulusannya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran berbasis harmonisasi ilmu agama, sains dan teknologi (Saintek) di MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Kepala Madrasah, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Keasramaan, guru mata pelajaran al-Qur’an Hadis, Fiqih, Geografi dan Fisika, serta delapan siswa kelas X. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data, pengamat, teori yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, mendisplay dan menverifikasi data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pembelajaran berbasis harmonisasi ilmu agama dan Saintek di MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan meliputi kegiatan; 1). Penyusunan silabus dan RPP dengan model Harmonisasi Verb (HV), 2). Penyusunan materi ajar dengan model Harmonisasi Konten Materi (HKM), 3). Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan model Harmonisasi Justifikasi Dialogis (HJD), 4). Kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran dengan teknik refleksi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The increased number of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, which has not been matched by an improvement in education quality, is the impetus for this study. There are still several Islamic educational institutions that have not been able to adequately integrate religious knowledge with science and technology. This is the objective of the boarding school program of the State Islamic Senior High School (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) Insan Cendekia Pekalongan. This study seeks to present the implementation model of student activity programs based on scientific harmonization at MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan boarding school. Field research was utilized in this qualitative research design. This study's informants include the Head of Madrasah, the Deputy Head of Curriculum, the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, the Deputy Head of Dormitory, and students in the tenth grade. The researcher obtained information via interviews, observations, and documentation. In the meanwhile, the researcher verified the accuracy of the data by triangulating data sources, observers, and hypotheses. The data is then evaluated using reduction techniques, presentation, and data verification. According to the findings of this study, the implementation of student activity programs via the boarding school system at MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan adopts a separated integration system (SIS) paradigm.
