Abstract

Konsep safety school bermula dari fenomena kenakalan remaja, seperti, adanya peserta didik membolos, terlambat, merokok, narkoba, razia gawai, berkembangnya paham radikalisme, dan lemahnya pemahaman tentang wawasan kebangsaan. Untuk merespon fenomena tersebut, dua sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Lombok, Indonesia, hadir sebagai madrasah yang membangun pendidikan zero accident. Didasari dengan studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana dua madrasah tersebut melakukan langkah prefentif terhadap kenakalan peserta didik melalui konsep safety school, sehingga tidak kehilangan identitasnya sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai spritualitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjawab tantangan ini, dua madrasah permodelan tersebut telah menyusun dan mengembangkan inovasi safety school tidak hanya didukung inovasi fisik, seperti fasilitas CCTV, security, tembok pembatas, tata tertib yang ditentukan, dan penataan bangunan madrasah tetapi juga ditopang dengan inovasi nonfisik, yaitu: spritual learning. Penelitian ini juga mempromosikan bahwa spiritual learning pada kedua madrasah ini direalisasikan dalam seperangkat komponen program keagamaan, seperti shalat dhuha dan dhuhur berjamaah, gerakan bina lingkungan, program one day one ayat, penguatan tartil dan tahfiz al-Qur'an, program Imtaq (iman dan taqwa), community-based madrasah, dan pemanfaatan laboratorium agama.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the role of government and public participation in the Empowerment of Youths in Sub Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang, and to determine the factors that affect the role of government and public participation in the Empowerment of Youths in Sub Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang The population of this study were 1264 young people, while the sample using the formula Slovin where samples are taken amounted to 93 youth. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the technique (1) observation, (2) Interviews (3) questionnaire, and (4) Study Library. The collected data was then analyzed using frequency tables and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the indicator of the government's role in the Village Youths Empowerment Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 69.25% instrumental categories, indicators of the Empowerment Community Participation Youths in Sub District of Panca Chert Kadidi Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 70% the instrumental categories, indicators of empowerment of youth in the Village District of Panca Chert Kadidi Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 68.6% to the category of acts and the factors that influence the Government's role in the Village Youths empowerment Kadidi District of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a score of 69 %, and the factors that influence the participation of the community in the Village Youths Empowerment KadidiDistrict of Panca Chert Sidenreng Rappang with a value of 69.67% with a role category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang keamanan dan fasilitas yang tersedia di Taman Kanak-kanak Medan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu pejabat sekolah lebih mengenal kondisi sarana dan peralatan. Oleh karena itu, Temuan studi ini dapat menjadi panduan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas dan peralatan pendidikan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi ,dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Informasi tersebut dihimpun dari kepala sekolah dan guru di Taman RA Melati Kanak-kanak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model Milles-Huberman tiga tahap. Tahapan seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan termasuk dalam proses ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan infrastruktur diperlukan di Taman Anak RA Melati berada dalam kondisi yang kurang ideal, dibuktikan dengan kurangnya jenis infrastruktur dan fasilitas tertentu, seperti pencahayaan yang memadai, tempat duduk yang memadai. , dan area bermain yang memadai. Sayangnya, sekolah tersebut tidak berada di lokasi yang nyaman; itu di belakang masjid, dan ruang kelas dua terletak di lantai dua. Tidak ada taman bermain dimana anak-anak dapat bermain dengan bebas, dan peralatan bermain jarang digunakan.

Abstract

AHYAR, 20101155310152, Department of Management in 2020, The Effect of Work Discipline, Occupational Safety and Occupational Health on Employee Productivity. This study aims to examine how much influence work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have on employee productivity at PT. Teluk Luas Kota Padang. The method of collecting data through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a population of 125 people sample 125 respondents obtained from the teknics saturated sample Formula. The analysis method used is path analysis using smartpls. The results of the research obtained based on the Partial Test There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Safety and Employee Productivity. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Occupational Health and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate a desktop-based Guidance and Counseling Information System (GCIS) using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL at SMKN 1 Palibelo. The background of the study is the ongoing use of manual methods in managing guidance services, which results in inefficiency and is prone to errors. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model as a software engineering approach. The system includes features for student data management, counseling case records, and BK activity reporting. The system quality was assessed based on four key indicators: correctness, functionality, maintainability, and usability. Testing results showed zero errors from 2,924 lines of code, fully functional features, maintainable system architecture, and high usability based on user questionnaire responses. These findings indicate that the application of information technology in counseling services improves counselor efficiency, reduces record-keeping errors, and accelerates student data access. The developed system has the potential to be replicated in other schools to support the digital transformation of educational services.

Abstract

In the context of improving the quality of early childhood education, educational management plays a central role. Effective and efficient management is able to manage various existing resources optimally so as to create a conducive and quality learning environment. In addition, management is also responsible for designing learning programs that are in accordance with the needs of child development, supervising, evaluating, and providing training and professional development for educators. Thus, the role of management is not only administrative, but also strategic in improving the quality of early childhood education services. This research is a type of literature study. Library Research refers to a series of broad and systematic activities that are closely related to various sophisticated methodologies used in careful library data collection, comprehensive reading and accurate recording of relevant information, and complex processing of various research materials. Based on the results of the literature, the data collected shows that the role of management in improving the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) is very complex and multidimensional. The studies reviewed underline the importance of comprehensive planning, including the development of relevant curricula, the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the management of quality human resources. In addition, efficient organization, effective program implementation, and structured supervision have also been shown to contribute significantly to improving the quality of PAUD.
