Abstract

AHYAR, 20101155310152, Department of Management in 2020, The Effect of Work Discipline, Occupational Safety and Occupational Health on Employee Productivity. This study aims to examine how much influence work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have on employee productivity at PT. Teluk Luas Kota Padang. The method of collecting data through surveys and circulating questionnaires, with a population of 125 people sample 125 respondents obtained from the teknics saturated sample Formula. The analysis method used is path analysis using smartpls. The results of the research obtained based on the Partial Test There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Productivity. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Safety and Employee Productivity. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Occupational Health and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kompetensi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan koesioner kepada 55 orang Pegawai sebagai responden yaitu Pada Pegawai Puskesmas Kambang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Kerja (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Pelatihan terhadap Kompetensi kerja (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kompetensi Kejra terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kompetensi Kerja (7) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kompetensi Kerja (8) Kontribusi variabel Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kompetensi Kerja yaitu sebesar 0,627 atau sebesar 62,7%, Sedangkan sisanya 37,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam penelitian ini. (9) Kontribusi variabel Pengalaman Kerja Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 0,902 atau sebesar 90,2%, Sedangkan sisanya 0,98% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ditentukan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work placement and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees as respondents, namely at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra. In this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools were used using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that Job Placement has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, There is a Work Environment that has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, Work Placement has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, There is a Work Environment that has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, Job Placement through Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra, There is a Work Environment through which Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Haleyora Power Region 4 West Sumatra.
