Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan tujuan menghasilkan paket teknologi aplikatif dalam  budidaya wijen melalui ameliorasi bahan organik dan unsur Mg , S telah dilaksanakan di Lahan Pasir pantai Keburuhuan Purworejo, tahun 2012. Lahan pasir dengan produktivitas yang rendah, dicirikan oleh bahan penyusun tanah yang dominan (>80%) terdiri dari pasir sehingga ketersediaan air dan unsur hara tanaman sangat rendah. Untuk itu diperlukan amelioran bahan organik guna perbaikan  media tanam dengan pupuk organik. Selain itu diperlukan penambahan unsur Mg dan S, guna meningkatkan kandungan minyak. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan 3 kali ulangan. Dengan dua faktor Macam Bahan Organik dan dosis. Faktor Macam Bahan Organik meliputi : B0 = Kontrol, B1 = Bahan organik dari kotoran ayam, B2 = Bahan organik dari kotoran ternak sapi, B3 = Bahan organik dari sersah daun dan sekam dan jerami. Dosis yang diterapkan meliputi: D0 = Kontrol U1 :  Hara Mg 0,2 gr, D1 = 10 ton/ha U2 : Hara S 0,4 gr, D2 = 15 ton/ha, D3 = 20 ton/ha. Dari tiga  faktor penelitian tersebut diperoleh 32 variasi perlakuan, adapun varietas yang digunakan adalah : SBR 4. Variabel dan analisis pertumbuhan tanaman meliputi: tinggi tanaman, jumlah bunga, umur berbunga, berat biji per tanaman, jumlah polong per tanaman,  jumlah biji per polong, umur panen, dan kadar minyak. Ameliorasi menggunakan pupuk kandang ayam dengan dosis 15 ton /ha, dengan penambahan Mg dan S dalam budidaya wijen di lahan pasir pantai mampu  meningkatkan kadar minyak total sebesar 15%.   Key Word :  Ameliorasi, Lahan pasir pantai, Bahan organik, varietas  wijen. Production of Sesame (Sesamum indicum l.) by organic amelioration, Mg and S  in the Sandy land ABSTRACT Research with the goal of producing the package of applied technology in the cultivation of sesame through amelioration of organic matter and the elements Mg, S has been implemented in the sand beach Land Keburuhuan Purworedjo, in 2012. Sandy land with low productivity, characterized by the dominant soil constituent materials (> 80%) composed of sand so that the availability of water and plant nutrients is very low. It required ameliorant organic materials to repair the planting medium with organic fertilizer. Also required the addition of elements Mg and S, in order to increase the oil content. The design used was Completely Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. With two factors Various Organic Materials and dose. Various factors Organic Ingredients include: B0 = Control, B1 = organic material from chicken manure, B2 = Organic matter from cattle dung, B3 = organic material from  leaves and chaff and straw. The dose applied include: D0 = control U1: Hara Mg 0.2 g, D1 = 10 tonnes / ha U2: Hara S 0.4 g, D2 = 15 tonnes / ha, D3 = 20 tonnes / ha. Of the three factors the research there were 32 variations of treatment, while the varieties used are: SBR 4. Variables and analysis of plant growth include: plant height, number of flowers, flowering, seed weight per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, harvest, and oil content. Amelioration using chicken manure at a dose of 15 tonnes / ha, with the addition of Mg and S in the cultivation of sesame in beach sand land to increase total oil content of 15%. Abstract

This study is entitled Study of Biofertilizer Types of Grasshopper Pest Intensity on Black Corn (Black Aztec) with the aim to study the types of biological fertilizer on grasshopper pest intensity. which began on November 9, 2019, in Jembangan Hamlet, Gagaksipat Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali District, Central Java, with a height of 150m (asl). This research uses factorial basic design complete randomized block design (RCBD) arranged in a single factor consisting of 10 treatments 3 replications. From the results of this study were analyzed with the Dancun multiple range test (Duncan Multiple Range Test / DMRT) at a level of 5%. Observations observed included: symptoms of attack, intensity of attacks, fresh weight of cob with skin, fresh weight of stover, weight of 100 seeds. The results of the research show that: (1) Symptoms of locust pest attacks appear evenly on Biotogrow biofertilizers, symptoms of pest attacks begin to appear at the age of 20 days after planting. (2) The treatment of biological fertilizers affects the intensity of pest attacks on maize plants with the highest Biotogrow biofertilizers namely 22.6 and the lowest attacks on Megarizho fertilizers namely 13.8. (3) Megarizho biological fertilizer treatment can reduce locust pest attack,.

Abstract

Research on chicken manure manure and paclobutrazol test on rice plant growth and yield has been conducted in April - August 2020, located in Dibal Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency with a height of 150 meters above sea level with grumusol soil type. This research aims: to find out the effect of chicken manure and paclobutrasol manure test on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the best dose of chicken manure manure on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the influence of paclobutrasol on the growth and yield of rice crops. This study used a complete randomized group design (RAKL) factorial, namely the dose of chicken manure manure and the use of paclobutrasol resulted in 8 kinds of treatment. D0P0: without administration of manure and paclobutrasol, D1: manure manure chicken dose 0,9 kg, D2: manure chicken manure dose 1,8 kg, D3: manure manure chicken dose 2,7 kg, P1: the use of paclobutrasol. Treatment was repeated 4 times so that 32 units of probation were obtained. The experimental unit is a treatment tile consisting of 5 clumps of plants. Observations are observed on the treatment tile. To determine the effect of the treatment of plant extracts, test F is used through variety analysis. As for knowing the significant treatment, used Duncan Test at a rate of 5%. The results showed: (1) The weight of grain perpetak with the treatment without paclobutrasol with a high dose of chicken fertilizer, the result is lower than without the use of manure. While the use of paclobutrasol results is also lower with the dose of manure than without chicken manure, (2) The weight of perpetak grain with paclobutrasol treatment results higher than without the use of paclobutrasol, (3)The dose of chicken manure tends to decrease the yield, both use and without paclobutrasol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang “Uji konsentrasi paclobutrazol dan pemangkasan pucuk pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman ubi jalar ungu (Ipomoea batatas blackie)” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 16 Oktober 2020 sampai 16 Januari 2021 di Desa Donohudan, Kecamatan Ngemplak, Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji konsentrasi paclobutrazol terhadap pangkasan pucuk untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas blackie). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang disusun secara faktorial. Perlakuan terdiri dari 2 faktor, masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang 3 kali. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah : (1) pemangkasan pucuk (P) dengan 3 (tiga) taraf yaitu : tanpa pemangkasan (P0), pemangkasan 10 cm (P1), pemangkasan 20 cm (P2), (2) pemberian konsentrasi paclobutrazol (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : tanpa pemberian konsentrasi paclobutrazol (K0), pemberian konsentrasi paclobutrazol 50 ppm (K1), pemberian konsentrasi paclobutrazol 100 ppm (K2), pemberian paclobutrazol 150 ppm (K3). Kedua faktor perlakuan tersebut dikombinasikan sehingga diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan’s Mutiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan konsentrasi paclobutrazol dan pemangkasan pucuk berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Perlakuan tanpa pemangkasan pucuk dan konsentrasi paclobutrazol 150 ppm (P0K3) memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat umbi yaitu sebesar 666,67 gram

Abstract

Research on "Study on Types of in OrganicFertilizers on Growth and Yield of Green Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in Hydroponic Systems" was conducted from May 14, 2021 to July 11, 2021 at Jaya Wijaya Agricultural Research Center, Selamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, which is located in Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java 57136 with an altitude of ± 105 meters above sea level. This study aims to examine the type of inorganic fertilizer application on plant growth and yield, as well as to examine the type of inorganic fertilizer that gives the highest yield of watercress (Lactuca sativa L). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor, namely the type of inorganic fertilizer. The treatments in this study were (A) Without inorganic fertilizers/plain water, (C) Nutrimax, (F) NPK 25. 7. 7 Cap Mutiara. Each treatment was repeated four (4) times, so there were 12 hydroponic media/boxes. The data were analyzed using Variance Analysis, followed by the Honest Real Difference Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that inorganic fertilizer treatment had an effect on the growth and yield of green lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in a hydroponic system. Abstract

The research on "A Study of Manure Dosage on the Growth of Garut (Maranta Arudinacea L)" was carried out from April 25, 2021 to July 19, 2021 at the Jaya Wijaya Research Center, Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, which is located in Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari District, Kota Surakarta, Central Java 57136 with an altitude of ± 105 mdpl.. This study aims to examine the appropriate dose of manure on the growth of arrowroot plants. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD), with a single factor, namely the dose and type of organic fertilizer. The treatments in this study were chicken manure 160 grams/plant (A1), chicken manure 320 grams/plant (A2), chicken manure 480 grams/plant (A3), Chicken manure 640 grams/plant (A4), Goat manure 0 grams/plant (K0), Goat manure 240 grams/plant (K1), Goat manure 480 grams/plant (K2), Goat manure 720 grams/ plants (K3) and goat manure 960 grams/plant (K4). Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so there were 30 polybags. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variety, followed by Honest Significant Difference Test at 5% level. The results showed that the treatment of manure had a very significant effect on plant growth. Treatment (A2) gave the highest yield at plant height of 87.50 cm and number of leaves of 27.25 strands. Treatment (A4) gave the highest yield of 5.25 units of tiller and 664.50 gram of wet stover weight. Treatment (A1) gave the highest yield on the dry weight of the stove, which was 113.75 grams. The greenness of the treatment leaves (A1), (A2), (A3), (A4), (K1), (K2), (K3) and (K4) resulted in the same average value of 5.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh ekstrak tanaman terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas bawang merah(Allium Ascalonicum L.)  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2021, yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Lencoh Rt.10/Rw.2, Kecamatan Selo, Kabupaten Boyolali dengan ketinggian tempat 1.400 mdpl, jenis tanah andosol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Untuk Mengkaji Pengaruh Ekstrak Tanaman Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tiga Varietas Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) dan hasil terbaik dari perlakuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktortorial, terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan. Kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan. V1 : Varietas Bima Brebes, V2 : Varietas Tajuk, V3 : Varietas Beuji, Z0 : Tanpa Ekstrak Tanaman, Z1 : Ekstrak Bonggol Pisang dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l, Z2 : Ekstrak Bawang Merah dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l, Z3 :  Ekstrak Rebung Bambu dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l. Kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali dengan sempel tengah 3 polybag sehingga didapatkan 108 polybag. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh tersebut, digunakan analisis ragam. Analisis selanjutnya mengunakan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5% untuk mengetahui perlakuan-perlakuan yang berpengaruh dan yang tidak berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dari Pengaruh Ekstrak Tanaman Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tiga Varietas Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) (1) Ekstrak Tanaman Bonggol pisang memberikan pengaruh terhadap Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi,jumlah umbi,  pada varietas Bima Brebes. (2) Ekstrak Tanaman Bawang Merah berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah umbi per tanaman Tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi, pada varietas Tajuk. (3) Ekstrak Tanaman bonggol pisang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah daun per tanaman, Tetapi tidak memberikan pengaruh tinggi tanaman, diameter umbi, pada varietas Bauji.   Kata kunci : Ekstrak tanaman, Varietas bawang merah, Pertumbuhan, Hasil.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Giving Various Doses of NPK Fertilizer and Goat Manure on the Growth and Yield of Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L), aims to determine the effect of giving various doses of NPK fertilizer and goat manure on the growth and yield of sorghum plants, carried out starting in May 2021. until August 2021, at the Green House or Experimental Garden of the Slamet Riyadi Faculty of Surakarta, which is located in Kadipiro Village, Kec. Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java with an altitude of ± 105 meters above sea level and the type of soil is Alluvial. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method which was arranged in a factorial manner consisting of 16 treatments, each treatment repeated 3 times. The fertilizers used are NPK fertilizer and goat manure. The data from this study were analyzed using the BNJ test (Real Honesty Difference) at the level of 5%. Parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of seeds per panicle, dry weight of seeds per panicle, weight of 1000 seeds, number of seeds per panicle, weight of wet stover, weight of dry stover, and panicle length. The results showed that: 1 Treatment of goat manure dose of 70 g/plant gave the best results on the weight parameter of 1000 seeds and treatment of goat manure dose of 105 g/plant gave the best results on the weight of wet stover. (2)NPK fertilizer treatment of 8 g/plant gave the best results on the number of leaves parameters, NPK fertilizer treatment of 6 g/plant gave the best results on the parameters of dry weight of seeds per panicle and number of seeds per panicle. While NPK fertilizer 8 g/plant gave the best results on the parameters of wet weight of seeds per panicle and dry weight of stover, NPK fertilizer treatment of 6 g/plant gave the best results on parameters of wet stover weight.(3) The interaction between the dose of goat manure (K) and NPK fertilizer (N) did not affect all observations.

Abstract

Research on the study of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on two varieties of watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris Schard) was carried out in June–August 2021. carried out at the Jaya Wijaya ResearchiCenter, Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, whichiis located in Joglo Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City,iCentral Java 57136. This study aims to examine the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on two varieties of watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris Schard). This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method which was arranged in a factorial, consists of two factors, namely (1) varieties of watermelon consisting of: Punggawa F1(V1) variety, Baginda F1(V2) variety. (2) the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer consisting of: without liquid organic fertilizer (P0), Concentration of 20 ml/liter of water (P1), Concentration of 40 ml/liter of water (P2), Concentration of 60 ml/liter of water (P3). From the two treatments, 8 combinations were obtained and each combination was repeated 4 times, so there were 32 combinations. Data analysis was used to determine whether there was an effect of the treatment, analysis of variance was used, followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on Punggawa F1 watermelon plants had no significant effect on plant length, flower emergence time, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, and fruit length, but it did affect leaf color and fruit circumference. The highest results were the treatment with a concentration of 60 ml/liter of water (P3) was able to produce 3.92 leaf color, 39.75 cm fruit circumference, and treatment with a concentration of 20 ml/liter of water (P2) was able to produce a fruit weight of 1132.58 grams, while the Baginda F1 variety had no significant effect on plant length, flower emergence time, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, and fruit length, but had an effect on leaf color and fruit weight, fruit circumference, the highest yield was at a concentration of 60 ml/liter of water. Abstract

Pupuk masih menjadi masalah bagi petani. Kuota pupuk subsidi semakin berkurang dan harga pupuk semakin meningkat. Harga pupuk yang tinggi membuat biaya usaha tani semakin meningkat. Salah satu solusi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan beralih menggunakan pupuk organik. Penggunaan pupuk organik dapat mengurangi biaya pembelian pupuk, memperbaiki struktur fisika, kimia, dan biologi tanah, serta mengurangi serangan oleh hama dan penyakit. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat tentang pembuatan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) dari bahan berbasis kearifan lokal di Karangharjo Pulokulon Grobogan Jawa Tengah sehingga petani tidak tergantung pada pupuk kimia subsidi. Metode kegiatan pengabdian adalah penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan ZPT. Peserta diberi materi terkait manfaat ZPT, cara mendapatkan, cara memperbanyak, dan aplikasi di lahan pertanian. Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan ini, dilakukan kuisioner sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mitra dari 51% menjadi 60% setelah kegiatan tentang cara pembuatan ZPT. Mitra berhasil mempraktikkan cara membuat ZPT dengan menggunakan bahan berbasis kearifan lokal Grobongan. Kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan terbukti dapat membantu petani dalam menyediakan pupuk organik sebagai pengganti pupuk subsidi.
