Abstract

This study is entitled Concentration Test of Three Liquid Organic Fertilizer From Agricultural Waste on Growth and Yield of Arugula (Eruca Sativa) to test the concentration of three kinds of liquid organic fertilizer, sugarcane bagasse waste, banana peel and coconut fiber with a concentration of 50 ml/l, 100 ml/l, and, 150 ml/l. This study uses a single Randomized Complete Design (CRD) method consisting of 10 treatments that are repeated 3 times, consisting of K0, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, the results of this study were analyzed with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%, the parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weightof biomass, and dry weight of biomass. The results of the study show that: (1) Giving treatment (K3), liquid organic fertilizer of banana peels with a concentration of 150 ml/l, provides interaction with parameters of observation of leaf width, root length and dry weight of biomass arugula plants, but they need to increase the concentration of organic fertilizer liquid to assist the growth process with observations of plant height parameters, number of leaves, leaf length and fresh weigh of biomass. (2) Provision of treatment with 150 ml/l concentration is the best treatment for the parameters of observation of leaf width, length of root and dry weight of biomass, but the administration of 150 ml/l concentration is not sufficient for plant nutrient requirements so there is no interaction with the growth process of plant height, number of leaves, length of leaves and fresh weight of biomass. (3) The highest dry weight of biomass in the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste with a concentration of 150 ml/l, weighing 4.32 g or an increase of 20% compared to the control.

Abstract

Research on coconut water concentration tests and chicken manure doses on arrowroot growth in the highlands was carried out in April - July 2020, located in Karangsari RT 01 RW 07, Tawangmanggu District, Karanganyar Regency with an altitude of ± 1,200 masl with andosol soil types. This study aims: to test the concentration of coconut water on arrowroot growth, to test the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth and to test the concentration of coconut water and the dose of chicken manure on arrowroot growth. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) which was arranged factorial with 2 treatment factors, namely the dose of chicken manure (D) and the concentration of coconut water (K) which resulted in 9 combinations. D0K0: without yam manure dose and without coconut water concentration, D1: 120 g dose, D2: 240 g dose, K1: 50% concentration, K2: 100% concentration. Observations were made on the treatment plot. To determine whether there was an effect of water concentration and chicken manure dose treatment, the F test was used through analysis of variance. Meanwhile, to determine the significance of the treatment, the LSD test was used at the 5% level. The results showed (1) Treatment of 50% young coconut water which was shown to be dry weight of 9.07 g showed a higher growth than without coconut water and coconut water with a concentration of 100%. In fact, it can be seen that at a concentration of 50% increased to 100% concentration there is a decrease in arrowroot growth. (2) The dose of chicken manure was not able to affect plant growth by showing no different dry weight. (3) There is an interaction between the dose of chicken manure and the concentration of coconut water.

Abstract

Research on chicken manure manure and paclobutrazol test on rice plant growth and yield has been conducted in April - August 2020, located in Dibal Village, Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency with a height of 150 meters above sea level with grumusol soil type. This research aims: to find out the effect of chicken manure and paclobutrasol manure test on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the best dose of chicken manure manure on the growth and yield of rice crops, know the influence of paclobutrasol on the growth and yield of rice crops. This study used a complete randomized group design (RAKL) factorial, namely the dose of chicken manure manure and the use of paclobutrasol resulted in 8 kinds of treatment. D0P0: without administration of manure and paclobutrasol, D1: manure manure chicken dose 0,9 kg, D2: manure chicken manure dose 1,8 kg, D3: manure manure chicken dose 2,7 kg, P1: the use of paclobutrasol. Treatment was repeated 4 times so that 32 units of probation were obtained. The experimental unit is a treatment tile consisting of 5 clumps of plants. Observations are observed on the treatment tile. To determine the effect of the treatment of plant extracts, test F is used through variety analysis. As for knowing the significant treatment, used Duncan Test at a rate of 5%. The results showed: (1) The weight of grain perpetak with the treatment without paclobutrasol with a high dose of chicken fertilizer, the result is lower than without the use of manure. While the use of paclobutrasol results is also lower with the dose of manure than without chicken manure, (2) The weight of perpetak grain with paclobutrasol treatment results higher than without the use of paclobutrasol, (3)The dose of chicken manure tends to decrease the yield, both use and without paclobutrasol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Kajian Dosis Pupuk Organik Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.)’’ telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 27 Oktober 2020 sampai 25 Januari 2021 di Desa Donohudan Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali. Ketinggian tempat sekitar 150 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya grumusol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dosis pupuk organik terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan factor tunggal yaitu pemberian dosis pupuk kandang dan POC GDM yang terdiri dari 7 macam perlakuan dan diulang 4 kali, terdiri dari K0 (Tanpa Pupuk Organik), K1 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 30 gr/polybag), K2 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 60 gr/polybag), K3 (Pupuk Kandang Kambing Dosis 90 gr/polybag), P1 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 4 ml/L),P2 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 8 ml/L), P3 (POC dengan Konsentrasi 12 ml/L). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengambil 2 tanaman pada setiap perlakuan. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan Uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati meliputi, Tinggi Tanaman, Jumlah Daun Perumpun, Jumlah Umbi Perumpun, Bobot Umbi Segar, Bobot Umbi Kering, Berat Kering Brangaksan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Perlakuan dosis pupuk organik tidak berpengaruh tehadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot kering brangkasan, bobot umbi segar, dan bobot umbi kering, tetapi berpengaruh terhadap jumlah umbi. 2) Pemberian POC GDM memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah umbi .

Abstract

Research on "Study on Types of in OrganicFertilizers on Growth and Yield of Green Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in Hydroponic Systems" was conducted from May 14, 2021 to July 11, 2021 at Jaya Wijaya Agricultural Research Center, Selamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, which is located in Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java 57136 with an altitude of ± 105 meters above sea level. This study aims to examine the type of inorganic fertilizer application on plant growth and yield, as well as to examine the type of inorganic fertilizer that gives the highest yield of watercress (Lactuca sativa L). This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor, namely the type of inorganic fertilizer. The treatments in this study were (A) Without inorganic fertilizers/plain water, (C) Nutrimax, (F) NPK 25. 7. 7 Cap Mutiara. Each treatment was repeated four (4) times, so there were 12 hydroponic media/boxes. The data were analyzed using Variance Analysis, followed by the Honest Real Difference Test at the 5 percent real level. The results showed that inorganic fertilizer treatment had an effect on the growth and yield of green lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in a hydroponic system. Abstract

Hasil penelitian tentang “Kajian Macam Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Bawang Merah” telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – April 2021, bertempatkan di Desa Gunungsari, Kemiri, Mojosongo, Boyolali dengan keringgian 400 mdpl dengan jenis tanah andosol. Penelitian ini bertujuan : Untuk menguji pengaruh perbandingan macam Zat Pengatur Tumbuh dan konsentrasi (IBA dan BAP) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang disusun secara faktorial dengan 2 faktor  perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi IBA (A) dan konsentrasi BAP (K) yang menghasilkan 9 kombinasi. A1K1 : tanpa pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh, A2: konsentrasi IBA 2 ppm, A3:konsentrasi IBA 4 ppm, K2: konsentrasi BAP 1 ppm, K3: konsentrasi BAP 2 ppm. Perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga didapatkan 27 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh BAP berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter umbi, jumlah umbi per-rumpun, Berat umbi segar per-rumpun dan berat umbi kering per-rumpun. 2). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA 0 ppm dan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh BAP 1 ppm memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat umbi kering per-rumpun seberat 61,98 gram. 3). Perlakuan pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh IBA 0 ppm dan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh BAP 2 ppm memberikan hasil terendah pada berat umbi kering per-rumpun seberat 48,24 gram

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kajian Pestisida Nabati terhadap Hama Ulat Penggulung Daun (Lamprosema indicata) pada Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.)  bertujuan untuk mengkaji pestisida nabati terhadap hama ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata) pada tanaman kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Februari  2021 sampai bulan  Mei 2021, di Ds. Sekarputih Kec. Widodaren Kab. Ngawi Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian tempat 500 mdpl. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Perancangan Dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 10 macam perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali. Adapun perlakuannya yaitu P0, P1K1, P1K2, P1K3, P2K1, P2K2, P2K3, P3K1, P3K2, P3K3. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur) pada taraf nyata 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gejala serangan hama ulat penggulung daun (Lamprosema indicata) muncul merata pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam. Perlakuan pestisida nabati daun pepaya 52,5 ml/L (P2K3) mampu menekan intensitas serangan hama ulat penggulung daun dengan rata-rata yaitu 18,89, sehingga memberikan hasil yang optimal. Perlakuan pestisida nabati daun pepaya 52,5 ml/L (P2K3) pada tanaman kacang tanah memberikan hasil tertinggi pada jumlah polong dengan rata-rata 21,83 buah, berat polong kering per tanaman dengan rata-rata 37,17 gr, berat polong kering per petak 140,00 gr, berat biji kering per petak 135,67 gr dan berat 100 biji dengan rata-rata 54,33 gr.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Various Lengths of Entries on the Success of Insertion of Mango (Mangifera indica L.). with the aim of knowing the effect of various lengths of entries on the success of insertion of mango (Mangifera indica L.). This research was carried out in November 2021 – January 2022 located at the Tohudan Food Crops and Horticulture Garden. This study used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experimental design with treatments P1 (4 Cm), P2 (8 Cm), P3 (12 Cm), P4 (16 Cm), P5 (20 Cm). In this study there were 5 types of treatment with 5 replications, each type of experiment contained 2 plants so that there were a total of 50 plants. To determine whether there was an effect of treatment, this study used ANOVA analysis of variance data followed by DMRT test with a level of 5%. Parameters observed were the number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, stem diameter, and the success of insertion of finished seedlings. The results showed that the P4 (16 Cm) treatment gave the best grafting results compared to the other treatments.

Abstract

Research on the study of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on two varieties of watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris Schard) was carried out in June–August 2021. carried out at the Jaya Wijaya ResearchiCenter, Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, whichiis located in Joglo Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City,iCentral Java 57136. This study aims to examine the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on two varieties of watermelon (Citrullus vulgaris Schard). This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) method which was arranged in a factorial, consists of two factors, namely (1) varieties of watermelon consisting of: Punggawa F1(V1) variety, Baginda F1(V2) variety. (2) the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer consisting of: without liquid organic fertilizer (P0), Concentration of 20 ml/liter of water (P1), Concentration of 40 ml/liter of water (P2), Concentration of 60 ml/liter of water (P3). From the two treatments, 8 combinations were obtained and each combination was repeated 4 times, so there were 32 combinations. Data analysis was used to determine whether there was an effect of the treatment, analysis of variance was used, followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on Punggawa F1 watermelon plants had no significant effect on plant length, flower emergence time, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, and fruit length, but it did affect leaf color and fruit circumference. The highest results were the treatment with a concentration of 60 ml/liter of water (P3) was able to produce 3.92 leaf color, 39.75 cm fruit circumference, and treatment with a concentration of 20 ml/liter of water (P2) was able to produce a fruit weight of 1132.58 grams, while the Baginda F1 variety had no significant effect on plant length, flower emergence time, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, and fruit length, but had an effect on leaf color and fruit weight, fruit circumference, the highest yield was at a concentration of 60 ml/liter of water. (P3) was able to produce 4.00 leaf color, 39.75 cm fruit circumference, and 1179.42 gram fruit weigh
