Abstract

-In writing this scientific paper the author will explain about the design of Information Systems Public Health Score On Puskesmas Resources Mobile Web-based Treasures using PHP programming materials (Hypertext Preprocessor), Jquery Mobile. Needs required in an Information System development that is using UML (Unified Modeling Language), Database created using MySQL. The results of this application development include Patient data, Disease data, Regional data and Transacation data. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the software that is built is Data Processor Applications Community-based Web Health Benefits. The results of this application is expected to provide convenience in processing / processing data into information fast, precise, accurate and certainly useful for all parties.

Abstract

Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk memulai pembangunan atau pengembangan sebuah sarana dan  prasarana insfraktutur yaitu melakukan tender proyek. Dalam kegiatan tender, panitia tender harus menyeleksi kelengkapan dokumen dan mengverifikasi keabsahan dokumen, membandingkan dokumen penawaran tiap peserta untuk mendapat penawaran yang terbaik. Solusi yang tepat untuk permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan dibuatnya sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasiskan komputer dengan metode SMART dalam menentukan keputusan  dengan tepat dan mampu mebantu mempercepat dalam menyeleksi pemilihan jasa konsultan atau pemborong proyek sehingga bisa menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunankan oleh pihak Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Bengkulu dalam proses tender proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah dibuat sebuah sistem dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQl. Telah diuji 10 sampel perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode SMART didapatkan hasil perhitungan yang valid

Abstract

Sheikh Azra'i Abdurrauf is a muqri from North Sumatra who masters the sciences of the Koran such as tajwid, fashahah, tafsir, and the science of qira'at. However, as a cleric who played a role in producing Al-Quran scholars and scientists for the next generation, his character and role are not visible in historical records and tend to disappear with his death, if no one uncovers and re-examines the role of this cleric. in written form, it is feared that the history and role of the Islamic scholar Sheikh Azra'i Abdurrauf will be lost. The aim of this research is to review the role of influential Al-Quran scholars from North Sumatra who are active and active in the international arena so that they remain visible in historical records and are not forgotten and provide motivation. for students of the Koran, qori-qoriah, and successors of the Koran in the future. In this research, the author used the library research method, namely searching for and collecting books related to the research discussion, the results of this research are understandable a muqri from North Sumatra, Syakh Azra'I Abdurrauf is very influential in the national and international arena because of his work and achievements as a judge on the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) national and international level, teaching at the Jakarta Al-Quran Science College (PTIQ), filling in IZA 'AH in Saudi Arabia and received an award as a professor of hafizd of the Koran.

Abstract

Introducing the educational services offered by Kota Marudu Community College Sabah (KKKMS) to the general public requires an effective promotional approach. However, as a government higher education institution, the implementation of promotions must optimize financial resources sensibly and ensure that information reaches the intended target audience. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the most effective promotional mediums for KKKMS in disseminating information and reasons for students to enroll in KKKMS. This study also aims to identify the preferred promotional mediums for KKKMS and the students' interest in obtaining information about the educational services offered by the college. This research was conducted quantitatively with 74 KKKMS students using a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel software. The results of this study indicate differences between the types of effective promotional mediums for KKKMS in spreading information to prospective students, compared to the students' preference for promotional mediums they are interested in to obtain information about the college. Therefore, the College's Communication and Corporate Relations Unit (UKK) is expected to enhance the management quality of the unit in terms of promotional implementation methods through more effective mediums, to publicize the offered services to the target audience, and align UKK's finances by selecting more effective advertising platforms so that the implemented promotional approach can enhance the increasing student enrollment rate in the present time

Abstract

This study explores the integration of AI-driven process optimization in Waste-to-Energy (WtE) systems to enhance urban sustainability. The research focuses on designing a gasification-based WtE system, incorporating AI predictive control to optimize energy conversion processes. The AI system adjusts operational parameters in real-time, improving energy conversion efficiency by 25% and reducing carbon emissions by 40%. Additionally, the system's waste-to-energy conversion rate is projected to increase by 20%, and operational costs are expected to decrease by 30%. Data collection and analysis are carried out using advanced sensors to monitor key parameters such as temperature, gas composition, and energy output, which are then processed by machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis. The results show that the AI optimization significantly enhances system performance, offering a sustainable solution for urban waste management. The study highlights the technical and operational challenges of integrating AI into existing WtE systems, including the need for infrastructure upgrades and scalability considerations. It also discusses the socio-economic impacts, including job creation, reduced energy costs, and improved public health. The findings demonstrate the potential of AI-based WtE systems in reducing waste, generating clean energy, and mitigating climate change, positioning them as a viable solution for sustainable urban development.
